Absolute joke. Reported my car been on fire on 27 Jan2024, still no response. Everyday I’m calling for two and half hours and then they put the phone down. Police been asking me when can I remove the car as it’s a safety hazard. Got through to one person and they said 2 files open and put me on hold again before ending the call. No courtesy car no compensation. Fake phone numbers fake company

They cancelled my insurance after I forgot to pay and made me go through a complicated appeal application. They said most are reinstated and told me not to worry and then cancelled me after 17 years of on-time payments. Horrible and uncaring company. Don’t believe a word they say.

Darren Robb doesn’t return our calls. Promised numerous times to sort out our flooded property. We have been out our house since 15/12/2022 after the water tank burst. We are pensioners 76 and 77 no way to treat anyone!!

I can only conclude this is a company who are struggling; either that or they have a complete ignorance of, or disregard to ethical business practice. My experience has been one of stress, frustration and financial loss simply caused by their lack of communication. They proved themselves to be quite engaging while they wanted something from me but once they got that and it then came to me wanting a reasonable enquiry answered by them (which they promised me) and payment, they went quiet and then even quieter still. They have failed to answer my communications, they have failed to address my reminders, they have failed to respond to and address my formal complaint (leaving themselves well outside of regulatory timeframes) and they have failed to acknowledge and respond to my Data Subject Access Request (placing themselves at serious risk of breach of GDPR and UK Data Protection laws). Each communication written to them has received an automated system generated response which confirms the business has received each one I have sent. All of this has been ongoing for 4 months now and I have reached the stage of wondering whether they actually have any claims or complaints handling staff in their business? Having given them good warning of my intended actions if they continued to ignore my communications, I have now reported their conduct to The Financial Conduct Authority, The Information Commissioners Office and their Board of Directors. In addition I have proceeded to leave reviews on various relevant platforms relating my experiences and should anyone else have similar experiences of Davies Group (I can’t believe I’m alone here), I would strongly suggest you consider a similar course of action.

Davies Group are SO BAD!!! It’s been almost 2 years since I made a claim for storm damage where my window had came in and water ruined my kitchen floor and walls. Darren Robb came and tore of my kick-boards, he left them misaligned and when I opened my dishwasher they cracked the door and kick-board. Absolutely devastating and Urban Jungle didn’t even help, what a scam - there should be more regulations are insurers.

Horrendous insurance company. My vehicle was hit by another driver on the 9th October 2023, it’s now the 1st January 2024, the car is still sat outside my house, unusable. The communication and customer care is non existent, disgusting in fact. I have now had to make an official complaint, and will now have to wait another 8 weeks before involving the financial ombudsman. Stay well clear of this company, they’re an absolute disgrace.

If it were possible, I would give it zero stars. After 10 months of lies, dragging out the case, cheating the client, not answering the phone, not replying to emails, I finally received compensation. I am surprised that RSA Insurance cooperates with "something like this". I definitely do not recommend it.

Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. You can have fancy websites but when it comes down to customer service and integrity you are amongst the worst in any industry. Wake up and smell the coffee ☕️ 😌

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We have been in the middle of a claim with Davies Group for around 6 months after a home flood destroyed our living room. They have managed to loose documents and damage the TV taken for electrics testing to the point it couldn't be repaired and didn't bother to tell us. Every aspect of our claim has been chased by ourselves and we lived with exposed asbestos in our house for 8 weeks before they did anything. We removed the water and sodden carpets ourselves after documenting everything. We complained and didn't get anywhere. The customer service has been at times shocking but the lack of communication and dedicated claims handlers mean unless you call them you will never get a reply to an email or any further in your claim. We are devastated we won't have our home for Christmas and it has been really difficult to come home to. Avoid yourselves the heartbreak and avoid at all costs. No compassion and no help would give 0 if I could.

They have NO idea of customer service, all the do is acknowledge receipt of mail and never give a positive reply We will not be travelling with anyone offering this service

Really should be allowed to zero star a review 1 star ratings flatter to many con man companies. So past onto these through ladybird insurance brokers, also through the French insurance company they put me with. Our car was hit start august took them over 40 days to collect car so no courtesy car given now 66 days in cars written off god knows how long we will wait for a settlement figure to be sorted but am not holding out much hope, you spend hours on the phone past from pillar to post I think I have about 15 numbers for them now it’s a shambles and half the time you don’t even know you will be dealing with these till it’s to late and you have been past to them, complaint made 4 weeks ago to ladybird insurance 2 weeks later told it was pasted to these as urgent and told we would hear in 3 days or by letter in a week to acknowledge the complaint but they haven’t failed in being constant in failing this aswell …. By law they shouldnt be allowed to get away with making a lot of money but offer zero back to customers

They must be the worse insurance company to deal with. No reply to emails. Request information over & over again it’s like a drip feed to hold up payment. The staff are hand picked to be the rudest in the business. Say the wrong word and they hang onto it to reject your claim. If I had a choice I’d be seeking a new insurer Unfortunately I’m tied in with the housing association. I made an official complaint back in august I’m still waiting on acknowledgment of this My advice to anyone thinking of going with this company think again. If you challenge the caller that she has picked you up wrong she threatens to hang up on you. She apologised is I thought she made a mistake I didn’t think she made a mistake She 100% made one by not listening to my conversation She had made her mind up. My claim was being reject I got the feeling she got some kind of pleasure telling me that. If my claim was rejected due to wear & tear I accept that. It’s the whole attitude that has sickened me Karma is a wonderful thing

Lost my phone on holiday sent them what they asked for, communication great new phone arrived this morning exactly the same as I had lost took a total of 7 days to receive my phone 3 of the days I was abroad thanks for the service

I've had the misfortune of dealing with Davies Group on account of the fact that they were appointed by my insurer (AM Trust) as a 3rd party claims management company. I won't bore you with all the details. Suffice it to say, they seem to take pride and pleasure in treating AM Trust customers with disdain. They claim to respond to emails, for example, within 5 days, yet in the last 16 days their only proactive communication has been to tell me they didn't receive an important email attachment (even though it was attached to my sent item). I have tried chasing things up myself but the last time I tried, I only managed to speak to a chap who was helping out answering the phones, which seems to indicate they're understaffed. In my (admittedly limited) experience of dealing with insurance claims, this is the slowest, most painstaking process I've encountered. I could be forgiven, I think, for wondering if they're deliberately slowing things down at every available opportunity, possibly for commercial reasons. I'll be withdrawing my custom from their client, AM Trust, at the earliest opportunity, based entirely on my experience of dealing with Davies Group. I'm under no illusion that both companies probably view me as an insignificance but at least I can vote with my feet.

This company are just appalling. We had to claim for several items during a house move. We have had an administrative nightmare. The staff won't reply to emails, when you try calling there is no answer. When they finally do respond they are rude. We have now waited over 2 months for our claim to be resolved. What's more frightening, they have send DPD to collect the item a staggering 3 times to the wrong address. We have raised this with them and the fact an elderly woman lives at the address and has caused her severe stress and anxiety. Do not use this company under any circumstances!!! This is our second experience and both were horrific!

Unprofessional, ruthless, relentless. My family had an insurance agency and my father was an agent as well as my sister. My father had me take our a policy in college over 30 years ago in case I became disabled and could not pay back my loans. So much for paying my whole life.

An incompetent team of scammers, avoid it all cost. Always make sure you only communicate with them through emails otherwise they will cook up stories which you never imagined. This company should be removed from doing their business and serving the public.
