deserve 1 star Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Package should have arrived 17th December,I received an email on 20th to tell me my package was on it's way,I received the email 30mintues after they allegedly attempted delivery. Track information said a calling card was left - I had no calling card. Delivery was rearranged for today (21 Dec) ,I tracked the parcel for 2hours then all of a sudden it was updated to say delivered! I do not have my parcel and the number listed on their website does not put you through to a human. Their webchat service is just as shocking,it takes hours to get through to someone only for them to regurgitate what the tracking information says. I don't know how this company are even in business.

Three parcels delivered in the last week. One was an expensive electrical item - left when we were out. No attempt to leave it in a safe place with a neighbor. Luckily it was still there when we returned and it wasn't raining. Twice more this week parcels have been left when we were home with NO attempt made to knock the door. Again - both were retrieved safely without damage from the weather. Well deserved accolade of worst courier company

I wouldn't even give one star if that was an option. Had my parcel since the 12th due to deliver on 14th. Then email saying there has been a delay. Heard nothing until a further email today saying they'd deliver between 8 and 10. Another email saying delivered at 9.20. Not to me they haven't, Checked cameras to check they'd not left at a neighbours and no one even attempted delivery. Phoned customer service which is all automated so they just confirm it delivered with no option to speak to anyone. Would not recommend if it was the last delivery service on earth

They lost my parcel in depot, a box of Christmas gifts from my elderly mother. She has dementia, and all Yodel keep saying is contact sender. How on earth do they expect an elderly lady with dementia to deal with this? Disgraceful.

Parcel from Littlewoods meant to be delivered by Yodel 11/12. Date keeps changing on the delivery app without reasoning, and it is impossible to get response by any staff at either Yodel or Littlewoods to help with issue. Terrible service by both and no parcel to be seen 2 weeks after purchase!

Tracker said my parcel had been delivered, not true as I was at home at the said time. Contacted the driver who's details were on the tracker, he informed my he was not the driver but would phone me back, he didn't. Contacted Yodel via web chat, they confirmed driver had delivered it to the correct address but would interview the driver and would email me back within the next 24 hours. Did not receive a response so contacted them again, I was told response would be within 24 working hours, no surprise did not receive a response. Contacted them again, they reverted to the driver has delivered it and I should contact the seller so basically they have washed their hands of it. Cannot get a replacement in time for Xmas so need to go to Plan B whatever that may be !!!!!!!

Attempted delivery 2x and been in both times, contacted them both occasions on webchat as phone cuts you off and won’t let you speak to anyone! “It won’t happen again” and consecutive days happened I think strapping the package to a balloon and letting it float away would have more chance of been delivered than a yodel package Total shambles!!!!! Cannot leave lower than 1 star otherwise would have!

My virgin media parcel was due today, correct address was given & on the day of delivery yodel put on the app there was an issue with the address huh? Tried to ring, can’t even speak to anyone human. Went on the online chat and they said my tracking ID Was wrong when I used the same one and was able to use it! Terrible service,!!!

Ordered on 12th December from the North Face company who use Yodel for their deliveries. On 16th December informed parcel sent and tracking number. Kept checking yodel app and nothing appeared and on 18th December message saying won’t be long. Checked app and said delivery would be on 20th December. On 19th December was checking my messages and seen 2 from Yodel first one saying delivery would be that day between 13.21 and 15.23. Next message saying your parcel delivered at 13.51. Went to my door no parcel, checked around house and with neighbours no parcel. Went on we chat with Yodel they said they would have to speak to driver. Monday 20th tried web chat again no response. Called Warrington office automated answer said package handed to customer, never was and not even a knock on the door as4 adults and a dog at home all day on 19th when parcel was handed to customer according to Yodel. Reading reviews on Trustpilot and on Reviews.io this is typical of Yodel and The North Face. Find out what courier a company use and if Yodel don’t order. As for The North Face don’t order on line direct whilst they are using Yodel for their deliveries.

They keep saying my parcel is loaded and out for delivery 4 days in a row I'm still waiting so I'll have a disappointed Grandaughter at Christmas I'll never order from a company that uses Yodel again

An order from Amazon (letter box sized) has been stuck in an impenetrable Yodel warehouse for over a week? I've always frowned when I've read the courier is Yodel delivering my goods - by far the most incompetent courier in the UK with no signs of improvement.

I ordered from North Face, order was despatched but Yodel never delivered it. Can't speak to anyone and live chat is useless . I contacted their complaints department who basically lied and blamed it on the weather. Yodel are rubbish, still waiting for my refund. In the future I will check if Yodel are the carrier before I order.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. 2 appalling experiences in recent weeks. First one yodel lost my parcel (which was my daughters birthday present) and the attitude seemed to be “oh well 🤷‍♀️“. Second one was some flowers which I sent to a relative, vase was smashed to pieces and the box looked like it had been used for a game of football. So my experience of yodel is; it’s complete pot luck if you get your parcel, and if you do, god knows what state it will be in. I wonder how these stay in business.

I ordered some Christmas present from Zara . They were super good abs rapid to send them but yodel was an absolute nightmare ! They never delivered and when trying to contact them o was left for ours ( an entire day ) in waiting list or you were directed to a totally non useful machine . No possibility at all to talk to an operator! Terrible and unprofessional !!!

Says my parcel was delivered. I sure did not get it, nor did I get a card, nor was it dropped off at my neighbors. Yodel should add ''Parcel stolen by driver'' on their tracking updates. Worse courier services ever!

I supposed to receive a parcel from Samsung promotion claims/Ingram Micro based on my September super deal on Galaxy S21. The original parcel tracking system shown it's been delivered. I received nothing when I arrived home from work. After all complains to Yodel, driver said I left it in porch, I'm living in a flat at 15th floor of a court. There is no porch!!!! Parcel needed a signature or taking photo on door to be handed to me, none of them has proof. Parcel was enough small to be dropped to post box on my flat door, wasn't needed to be left anywhere else. Literally the original parcel has been stolen and driver recorded on tracking system as been delivered. After 2 months chasing my case with Samsung promotion department. They accepted to send me a replacement. The last THU 16th DEC. I received email from YODEL parcel in on the way, I was at work, I wanted to change delivery option to collection points and after work go to collect it. YODEL just left neighbour option available. I didn't want it. I Called driver, driver said will be redlivered tomorrow. FRI 17th Dec. I left wirh no other choice to stay at home and don't go to work. I stayed at home all day and awaken 5 am. All day at home, nobody buzzed intercom, nobody knocked my dlat door and front of my eyes staying at home , YODEL TRACKING SYSTEM SHOWN "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" and also shown " NO AVAILABLE NEXT ESTIMATED DELIVERY AT THIS TIME" In my opinion YODEL assign the 1st clas, wel paid and direct employed drivers to the nice and push arears, easy deliveries, houses in good areas. So those drivers are happy and carry on the job responsible so receivers in those areas are happy. And YODEL assign most of low class, selfemployed, low paid drivers to the poor areas like area I'm living in. Those drivers do whatever to release thier angers against YODEL and make job easier for themselves and record whatever they want about parcel delivery operations at no egfective supervisory either those records are true or false. DRIVERS ARE THE 1ST TIER OF DELIVERY RECORDS. So parcel receivers like me must pay for those kind of conflictions at YODEL. The driver assigned to my parcel delivery is a lier and absolutely recorded false and wrong information about " been delivered" for original parcel, he stole my parcel. Driver whose been assigned for my replacement parcel. He is a lier as FRI 17th DEC, I was at hpme, in my flat whole day at no contact. These sort of drivers who has problem with YODEL and are dissatisfied about thier jobs and contracts, do whatever make the delivery operations easier at no responsibility. They do whatever to release thier angers against employer YODEL, to bring them to talk for better contract conditions. AND PARCEL RECEIVERS LIKE ME WHO LIVS IN 15TH FLOOR OF A COURT AT POOR AREAS MUST PAY FOR THAT. YODEL is The worst UK delivery company and thier drivers terror satisfication of parcel receivers and also terror thd big brand small parcels so male people hate of Those brands like Samsung.

Parcel late tracking page useless it is saying out for delivery that was 16/12. Can't get on to webchat and cannot get to talk to a human. How this Company is still going, they are absolutely dreadful
