Parcel didn't arrive. Felt like a ping ball in a live chat game between Yodel and eBay when I tried to track it down or get a compensation.

I have 2 parcels from Belgium at the same time, it is from the same seller using same courier Yodel. I have contacted the customer services for 3 days due to asking confirmation many different information. Each day has different request to confirm. 1. On Friday, I contacted the Live Chat and got told I would receive the parcel on the day. Then I did not because the driver cannot find the property, it is so unbelievable. 2. On Saturday (next day failed to deliver) I contacted the Live Chat again due to I need to give further information for address. After using so call what3words to give property location on Apps and contacted their Live Chat. And I got told they would deliver at the same day. Because I do not want to waste my Saturday in case they did not come, I contacted the Live Chat again (2nd time), they asked me to confirm the address again and said cannot 100% they will deliver on Saturday. Afterwards, I contacted the Live Chat again (3rd time), then the Live Chat team has checked wrong parcel tracking. I told him he was not checking the one I was asking. He said I needed to contact my seller to confirm something and said this was what he saw. He just not listened what I told him and I asked him to check the tracking I told him. Of course I did not receive anything on the Saturday. 3. Today, Monday then I have highly expected the parcel will arrive after confirmed my address twice and the information on their Apps. So I double checked with the Live Chat in the morning, and asked them to confirm if the parcel will deliver today. Then the Live Chat team asked me to confirm what is content inside the parcel. I am so disappointed that they asked me to confirm something which they claimed they have attempted to deliver on Friday, on the other hand I received the other parcel which has never asked me to confirm anything. Also, the driver called my intercom to open the door so I expected he would come up, and he has almost left the building after I saw Delivery missed. I called him and asked him why are you leaving. He said no one answer in the intercom. I said you did not press correct one and why you were trying to leave since I have opened the Gate for you. I have been being polite to say Thank you to him that he has not gone after I called him because I have gone to meet him in the Entrance. Honestly I am so disappointed with Yodel's experience. I would avoid to buy anything from the seller who using Yodel international. And of course I have not received my parcel which I should have received last Friday.

Terrible experience with our local collection point. Very rude owner, who refuses parcel drop offs on certain days or if you've more than 1 or 2 parcels, constantly can't find parcels marked as delivered and throws parcels around etc. Complaint was made to Yodel, whose only available course of action is to pass comments back to him! He barred me from his shop for making a complaint, and has since been refusing packages delivered with my name, so I can't even have a friend collect as they are all being returned to sender, and my orders all cancelled as undelivered. Yodel aren't interested in my complaints, and seem to be happy to continue to use this business as a Yodel collection point, despite numerous complaints of a similar nature from local customers.

Picked my normal click and collect store,to then receive a message to collect my parcel from a store further away and now I have to get a bus to this store what is the point of using click and collect for your convenience if the driver leaves your parcel where he wants.

Yodel direct are add hock for Yodel apparently ran by parcel2go and oh my oh my what an absolute diabolical service. Lost my parcel. I am the sender and maker of one of art pieces. I clearly have shown them receipts for the parcel being scanned in at the parcel shop yet they still keep saying there was nothing to collect and won't refund me. Now it turns out, after spending a week trying to get the case reopened they want me jump through hoops. Proving this and proving that - when I have clearly sent bank statements of transactions, refunds to my customer, conversation between us saying she has not received it... And still they are refusing to refund me when my parcel was insured. Trust me do not use this company. I have used Yodel direct for some time and never had to use customer service. You are passed from pillar to post with noone wanting to take the responsibility for lost parcels. Yodel direct is owned by Parcel2go...Parcel2go won't take any responsibility neither will Yodel. So this sham of a courier service in the middle treat you like a criminal when you eventually get through to the right people. I will never use Parcel2go or Yodel again...seems they made this add hock company up so they can rip people off and neither company wants to take responsibility. Shocking!!!

Yodel delivered my large size cardboard magazine package. The driver paid no attention to the "DO NOT BEND" written all over it and folded the package into four and stuffed it into my letterbox and left it there stick outside. The contents was a magazine from 1971 ruined by and idiot in 2024. What loutish and immature behaviour. Yodel seemed disinterested and sent me a bog standard script of "we will treat your complaint internally". Very disappointing service. Be warned!

I explained the circumstances with my package showing as returned to retailer on Yodel tracking, retailer says they haven't gotten it and that Yodel is still delivering it, Yodel are saying I had to have dropped it off somewhere to be returned, but I never received it to do that, Yodel are saying that they can't help me because I can't verify the drop off location that I used, when I never even got the parcel to begin with. Customer Service wouldn't even entertain me because they need a drop off location to 'Verify' but the address the parcel was being sent to can't be used for whatever reasons? All in all, the chat ended abruptly while they were typing, thanks Chetan Chetan and then it pops up 'Chat has been deleted' I can't even save the chat to show my side of things? Ridiculous.

If I could leave ZERO i would. An absolute shambles of a company and service centre (GLASGOW). Ordered a parcel online and requested delivery on Saturday 8th June, waited in all day only to receive a message saying they had tried to deliver it. I contacted Yodel directly to explain that this was incorrect as I had waited in all day for it, they then told me that the driver had infact gone to the wrong address and was nowhere near my home when they 'tried to deliver it'. Fast forward another week - rescheduled the deliver for the following Saturday 15th June - this time as i was unavailable my dad agreed to sit in and wait for it..... guess what! NO delivery again! Contacted Yodel again! and this time there was a problem in the Glasgow delivery centre which meant parcels werent being distributed on Saturday! They then decided to take matters into their own hands and try and deliver my parcel on Monday when i 1.) didnt request it and 2.) wasnt available ! The customer service advisors could also do with a lesson on dealing with requests - i'm not asking for futile apologies but bearing in mind that it's not the customers fault wouldnt go a miss! An absolute shambles of a courier - avoid if you can.

I have registered email and mobile to receive 2hr delivery time. Yodel tried to deliver yesterday i missed them, today i have tried live chat, rubbish. Tried the link to track and receive 2 hr window - rubbish. This complaint is NOT against the delivery person, but the system / company.

Dreadful company. Ordered 3 items from 3 different companies. They claim they tried to deliver which is absolute nonsense. Now in the position of awaiting 3 refunds and yodel could not give a toss.

Useless company, not going to even bother wasting any more my time doing a detailed review!! Wasted hour upon on hour on the live web chat, but the truth is they just don't care and no matter what they say it never happens, deliveries to my business keep turning up well after 6pm and being marked as failed and they will not do anything about it!!!!!!!!!!!

To whom it may concern, I am absolutely appalled with the service I have received. I posted 5 parcels on the 12th June. With complete detailed proof of postage. One of the parcels Has been stuck on the tracking as 'We have it's since the 12th June. I have contacted via web chat in two occasions and got absolutely nowhere. I raised a claim for loss of parcel and they said they were investigating it. This item is a bespoke one if a kind piece and there has been zero effort put into finding it! I sent over proof of posting documents etc and within an hour they had refused my claim for loss saying 'there was nothing to pick up'. This is absolutely NOT the case. They were all scanned in and left at the parcel shop. I am absolutely appalled that they will not honour my loss claim. I also contacted web chat after this and was not helped in the slightest. There is no way for me to appeal their decision. It's absolutely ridiculous when they can clearly see it was dropped off at the parcel shop and undoubtedly collected the same day as the others. For some reason it has not been scanned properly into the system and now it is lost. I use Yodel for all my deliveries and have never had any major issues up until this point. I would like this looking into and either my parcel found or full refund of the cost of the item. Which I spent many hours creating and will now have to refund my customer. If this is not addressed I will have to take it up with the ombudsman.

My parcel, which contains live plants, arrived at Yodel's Kilmarnock depot on 12 June. Since then there has been no further update and I am worried the plants might be dead by now. I have been having ongoing problems with Yodel for some time - they usually deliver to the wrong address or do not deliver at all. I tried a live chat earlier today but that was a total waste of time. Whenever I order goods online now I always ask which delivery company they use. If it's Yodel I order from elsewhere.

Horrible company! I will never ever use them again! Live chat is just a wasting of time, no contact over the phone! Damaged parcel and no responsibility from them!

Sorry , doesn't cut it,you left a card,that's untrackable ,no date no time. Your online chat is a waste of space, you telephone operators,tell me they can see my parcel online,give me the tracking number which comes up unknown.why these companies use yodel is beyond me.bad experience again,must remember to check out the delivery methods before I order in future,lesson learnt.

Lied about attempted delivery. Waste of time trying to contact customer service, spend 20 minutes in a queue to be told they can't check he GPS on the drivers to see if they have actual been. Beyond a joke how this company is still in business

Awful awful company. Stayed in all day for the parcel, following their live tracking on the app. Delivery van arrives, I open the door and he drove off. Don’t attempt to deliver. Then went on live chat to complain and explain how important the parcel was and then were like robots, pointless and literally couldn’t wait to get rid of me.
