Driver didn't deliver or attempt delivery, but it says delivered, certainly not to my address! Probably to their mate!! Customer service dept are shocking, no help at all!! Gave me the wrong email address for complaining and disconnected me 3 times!! Said they'd investigate the issue but this was not completed and ended as inconclusive which no one told me, I had to continually chase for an answer. Would definitely not recommend using these! Most unreliable company ever!!

Yodel has consistently sent messages saying my package was "handed to the resident". I have lost 3 packages in the last week. I took screenshots via their own app and proved the delivery driver was 2 miles from my home at the time he apparently " handed" me the package. I'm now awaiting the third replacement bottle of wine from the wine Company. I have asked them not to use yodel for my deliveries or I will have to cancel my wine subscription with them. I hope they put a tracker in the third replacement package and catch the thieves who 'disappear' so many packages. Yodel is by far the worst delivery service ever. Customer service is non-existent.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. This was verified by Yodels tracking app clearly showing the address it was delivered to (not my address). I went to the house to pick up my parcel it was empty. Neighbours said the family had moved out a few weeks ago. Discussions on web chat after spending 25 mins trying to get through on the phone Yodel confirmed the parcel had been delivered to this address. Following my complaint I was shown a photo of the parcel sat on a window sill of the house it was delivered to as proof of delivery (again not my house). They now claim after 'interviewing' the driver a week after the delivery the parcel was in fact delivered to my address. Fuming no accountability and zero responsibility once the parcel is delivered to any random address.

Yodel said the courier ’handed the parcel to the customer’. I was not in when they said they ‘delivered the parcel’. I did not receive any communication that they were delivering the parcel. There was no note left at my house. When I rang Yodel, they said “the tracking says the parcel was delivered”. After a number of calls, one adviser said they would need to do an internal investigation and this would take up to 48 hours - but assured me I would get an email response. I didn’t receive any communication from them, so I called them again and all they said is the parcel SHOULD NOT have been left in an unsafe place (on the pavement) and the courier SHOULD HAVE had a signature. They then said the company/person who sent it would need to make a claim. No explanation was given to me why the courier left a large parcel outside my door which is the middle or a row of cottages on the pavement. The sender paid for a tracked signed for service. I asked to speak to a manager and they said no manager was available. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life and I am not young! Stay clear of Yodel!!

Worst delivery drivers I’ve ever dealt with. They give you a box to write specific instructions in which are always completely ignored. The drivers knock and wait 30 seconds for you to answer the door before they run back into their unmarked vans and disappear. Also their contact us number is just an automated service that only made me even angrier and solved nothing. I want my money back for next day delivery.

My package was left with a neighbour DESPITE it being requested NOT to because they are in the process of leaving the property and aren't there often. Contacted YODEL who refused to take ANY responsibility for their NOT fulfilling what they were contracted to do. The name given as the recipient of the package was Ryan when my neighbours are a couple and the male is called Matt! YODEL were less than helpful....AVOID!

Only 1 star, because that was the only way of reviewing. Two days running they attempted delivery (no card left). I had left appointed neighbour's door number. Nobody knocked at her door (they were home, all day, both days. I then changed delivery address to my work, reception manned around the clock. Yodel attempted delivery? Really? Despite online chats, nothing resolved. Ironically, their complaints phone number is incorrect.

Yodel must delivered tracked 48 parcel 2-3 days like a Hermes and Royal Mail And advised drivers don’t leave parcel outside the door delivered to neighbours is best thing

Left parcel outside front door was at home but did not bother to knock just drove away .this is not the first time surely Yodal can see some many bad reviews but the CEO refuses to do anything about their useless drivers .

This is not a one star review, it is a zero star review. In all honesty, Yodel have bungled 80-90% of my deliveries over the years. And on top of that, their tracking system, customer service webchat, and “CEO complaints department” are also worse than useless. They are the worst courier company on the planet, by a long way.

Left my parcel(electrical item)outside my front door in full view of passers by then put a card through my front door telling me that they had done so !!!!! It sat there for 5 hours as we were out !!!!

Very dissatisfied with delivery as parcel was left hanging out of mail box and I don’t have the parcel ,also had given a safe place to leave parcel which the driver obviously ignored very simple instructions to follow.

Received an email from Yodel today to say delivery had been attempted and card left, neither is true, I have waited by the door all day with my porch door ajar so I can hear, just incase - although the front door opens into my living room and my sofa is by the front window which overlooks my driveway so there's no way I could have missed them. I even checked the supposed attempted delivery time and I was feeding my baby on the sofa at this time, no toilet trips etc! I even tried calling the driver directly and what sounded like a small child answered.... I have been unable to get through to an actual person at Yodel either on the phone or online via the web chat....I've given up now due to pure frustration.....terrible service...and I thought Hermes were bad....at least you got your parcels with them even if they were thrown over your fence or left on your driveway!!!! Shocking service.

Sorry I tried many times to find solution to my case I bought a watch and my watch never came to my address delivery I complained to yodel about my watch not arrived to me yodel replying to my my watch was delivery to me I said I can proof it's not was delivered to me I have camera here yodel sent me a picture about delivery when I saw the pictures I said this not my place here it's a company big company you delivered to a house to a bricklayer we not doing any construction here and you can see on pictures I sent to you it's coming different place yodel just said your delivery was done see the picture from my drive and till today yodel not check who's saying the true this mean yodel don't care with your customers

Delivery promised for Thursday 29 Sept but failed due to incorrect postcode ,then promised again for Following Monday but never arrived.Then on Tues Yodel system showed parcels of wine returned to supplier.Customer Services absolutely useless and have had to wait for refund from Supplier.No explanation no apology !

What is their problem? A simple parcel from Argos and they can't even be bothered to do their jobs and actually park outside of the address and deliver the parcel! You can see them on the map. They lie when it's time to go home! Even their customer service team have confirmed their precise location when they scan,"attempted delivery," was the wrong coordinates or whatever they call their internal tracking of their drivers! Waste of my day and time for the first attempt! I then had no choice but to book another delivery day! They didn't show up because the next attempt to deliver I had to physically change my address to my NEXT DOOR neighbour in my flats as I knew I had to look after my Mum. A CHANGE OF FLAT DOOR NUMBER BUT SAME ADDRESS, as I knew the elderly couple would be in! It took two days for them to reprint the address at the depot! Can you believe that? TWO DAYS! The third attempt they didn't even bother to even try to deliver! Apparently they needed more info regarding my next door neighbours address. Example- if I lived at Flat 3- my neighbour would be FLAT NUMBER 4! WHAT IS SO HARD TO REPRINT THE SAME ADDRESS BUT DIFFERENT DOOR NUMBER IN WHICH I HAD TO SELECT THE ADDRESS FROM THE DROP DOWN BOX ON THE APP?? What further information do these incompetent staff require???? Waste of my neighbours time! WHY IS IT SO HARD??? You call customer services and all they do is send an email to HAYES DEPOT! The lazy staff at the depot DO NOT READ INTERNAL EMAILS! Till this day I've not had a call back from the depot manager even though their customer service team has emailed them and requested that action! Bad staff stems from bad management and Head office staff must be no better, as clearly there is an ongoing problem with this particular depot and nobody is investigating! They make me ill and I HATE THIS COMPANY! I would have Hermes/Elvri courier service anytime but unfortunately ARGOS do not use them. I have my parcels delivered by Hermes for years and not once have I ever had any issues! I'm contacting Argos and making a huge complaint and than trading standards! Hayes depot staff are disgraceful, lazy and lie! The worst possible staff and company in the UK! Dates of the lazy couriers who are also pathological liars, that were due out for delivery: 01.10.22 - 05.10.22- 07.10.22- 08.10.22: I requested a refund from Argos and the parcel will be sent back to the company.

Yodel delivered my parcel 1 day early which is great, thank you. On the other had there track dose not work as I tried several attempts to track my parcel but on the yodel tracking site it stated it that they hadn't received it yep, funny that is as we already have it.
