As a former physical education teacher and trainer, I am used to daily exercise. I started the program on a trial basis to see if it would add to my daily routine. I found it to be a well-structured and well-composed program that even a complete beginner, physically inactive person, can start at their own level, but due to the nature of the exercises, it can be done in a way that is suitable for an old but active athlete like me as a morning mobility exercise to start the day, preparing the joints for the daily challenges.
