Dreadful to deal with now, if I could give the score of 0 I would. I have always used Hoseasons but I no longer will. In January we booked to stay at a lodge at Caistor Lakes for my birthday on the 19th July, we arrived and checked in, we wasn’t informed about the problem with the lodge and we walked over to it and discovered that one of the main windows to the lodge was smashed. Apart from the fact we’d paid £1,144 and we didn’t want to have to look at an ugly window that was crudely taped up, that we’d be walking around barefoot because of the hot tub, but we also had our dog with us. There was no way we were going to stay at the lodge which could have potentially injured our beloved dog. Eventually Caistor Lakes were less than helpful but eventually they agreed to a full refund. That was on the 19th July, I heard absolutely nothing from hoseasons until I contacted then, which I could only do via email as there is no other way of contacting them, I sent numerous emails which they ignored, I eventually contacted them via the chat app and I was told I’d be receiving a refund. I finally received part of the refund on the 9th of August and the remainder on the 14th of August, they have however deducted the £72 cancellation fee, which I was disgusted about, considering the lodge was unfit for purpose and the cancellation was not my fault. I will never use Hoseasons again.

Customer services team are so rude and unhelpful. Booked a stay at a park in Mablethorpe via their website, only to arrive and find out the booking didn’t complete, despite receiving initial confirmation. When I rang I was told this can happen sometimes if two people book at the same time and nothing they can do. The patronising woman then said I should have waiting for my arrival pack before travelling for four hours with my children. I asked why someone hadn’t called me, her reply ‘we don’t do that’. I had to pay £200 extra direct to the holiday park and despite emailing Hoeseasons three times, I’ve had no reply. Will never use them againy.

Having paid over £3500 for a week in Wales July 2924 For a beach side property We ended up going home early numerous issues no response to email. The reviews of others say it all issues to numerous to mention Don’t book with this company

Our holiday was cancelled a day before travel. Customer service was absolutely awful. Refund to take 3 to 5 days! Appalling. Also got details in error of someone else’s cancelled holiday DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I booked a holiday with the low deposit for my family but BEWARE if you lose a family member my grandad passed away I completely forgot about the holiday they then sent me a ccj so be careful

Stayed at par sands on arrival .went to caravan .we were told it was a gold plus but clearly not .it was a standard .no table chairs or even decking .tv cables hanging but no were to go .. there was no proper safety checks Displayed the oven wouldn't cook the small on arrival was awful.yes it had been cleaned to a standard .. went to customer service to ask if this was the right caravan . and they said yes.on the monday24th we checked in.driving in and out off site but on Thursday we couldn't get in .as they blocked reg number .we were told we can't park by caravan as we were classed as a commercial vehicle ..so having a husband classed as disabled he had to walk to caravan . for rest off week . this became a problem for him.(Must say they broke there terms and conditions there.) But looking around the site of a eve I noticed sign written vans .(We not). The shower had no safety mat as shower itself had a very slippery flooring.(My husband did slip in shower) Told front desk got oh dear . the customer service is awful . But the worst bit was we had found out that the caravan we were put in had just been sold back to the site . So no up date was done .it was the case off get money in .I have never been so disgusted in a place .as it was my husbands 64th birthday I thought I would book at par sands and having family living here we thought it be nice . but I was totally wrong . The customer service staff need to be trained in customer service.all very nice as you book in but if you ask any thing it all changes I would not recommend this place to any one . We stayed in D16 outrageous . So disgusted with holiday . thanks for making my husband walk . When in so much pain .. think twice if won't good customer care. For a well kept park it sure is disrespectful ..

Before we even go no communication tried phoning 30 mins as there so busy and then a agent tells me can't help me AVOID !!!! POOR!!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!! UNHELPFUL NEVER AGAIN

Turned up to our property to find Hoseasons had not secured it with the owner (who had also ignored my messages about our arrival time 'cos they didn't recognise the name') Ended up booking into a Premier Inn with elderly parents who we were taking away for respite care. When customer care eventually called back they acknowledged mistake, apologised and said someone was on it. Nearly 2 weeks later and no-one responds and they still have our money for the booking we made 3 months ago. Utterly unbelievable crapness. Minus 5stars!

Booked a cottage (No. 2 of 3 in a short space of time) and had an urgent phone call less than 48 hours before leaving home informing me the property was no longer available due to issues that needed the attention of the owner. They sent me alternative properties, all more expensive than I paid and none of them competitive with other providers in the timescale I was now working to. I cancelled the booking because they just were not interested in providing a decent service to ensure that I continued my holiday with them. It is clear that Hoseasons just do not care once they have taken your money and that is all they are interested in. Beware!

Website booked the wrong when I typed the dates I wanted. Due to no availability, couldn't change the booking, so I cancelled to rebook in a different park through hoseasons.co.uk and they charged themselves of £479.95 as cancellation fees only refunded £25.25 of my full payment of £505. The areas may be nice, but I doubt I will be booking through hoseasons.co.uk ever again.

I would give zero if I could. Not even gone away yet! We are taking my mum away for a week. She is in palliative care and awaiting open heart surgery. Partly my fault that I didn't fully look into accessibility of what we booked, but trying to put it right is a nightmare. Hoseasons are impossible to communicate with us. The holiday village number is permanently engaged. Just terrible customer service. I thought about changing myself on line, but to cancel booking now, I would lose about 80 per cent of what I paid. I will keep trying but not impressed.

Booked Lakeside in Burnham on Sea with Hoseasons unaware it wasn't a Hoseasons site, I spifficactly asked for a caravan with low steps as I have chronic back pain & find climbing steps almost impossible if they're to high, I was assured that they were not high, when we arrived i was horrified to see these huge metal steps with at least 7 inches between each step, asked them to be changed but was told there were none available that would fit yet there lots of identical caravans on site with better steps in fact no one else had the same as us, so bad were they that i tripped hurting my arthritic knee & my back, i have scoliosis & Neaufibrosis, i then spent the rest of the holiday in the caravan afraid to go out & hurt myself worse. I have contacted Lakeside who said I had to contact Hoseasons as I'd booked with them, but can't get thru.

Beverly Smith, customer services agent provided excellent professional booking confirmation. She was attentive, fantastic communicator and practised good active listening skills to correct an earlier mistake my daughter and another Custome Agent had inadvertently created. A real Star and an asset to the Company. We really appreciate your assistance Beverly - a heartfelt thanks from both my Daughter and I.

My partner and I are both clinicians with the NHS. Being able to get time off together is rare and therefore a luxury. We also have two dogs, so finding accommodation to cater for us and two dogs at a time we can take together, takes planning. We managed to secure a dog friendly lodge in Wiltshire with Hoseasons. Hallelujah!!! I immediately paid in full. We subsequently planned, booked and paid for several excursions and events in the area to align with our June holiday. This morning I received a rather curt and minimally apologetic email from Hoseasons to advise that our accommodation was no longer available. On phoning, we were advised that the owner of the lodge was moving it off site and that was that. I asked if there was any alternative accommodation.. seems not. The only option was a refund. Had I cancelled this break, I would have lost some if not all of the money paid, yet, when the reverse situation is applied, I have no recourse. Not only do we not now have a holiday, we are unable to claim back the money paid for events we've booked. Utterly shambolic. I will never consider this site nor Hoseasons ever again.

Almost impossible to speak to a real person .We booked a holiday with Hoeseasons and noticed two weeks before we were due to go that no money had been taken from our account to pay for it .After trying to negotiate their A I.bot reply system to no avail I finally managed to speak to a human who told us that despite them sending us a booking reference number that the holiday booking had failed and because of that they hadn't sent us a confirmation .We recieved nothing to say the booking had failed or why .they then told us that as no money had been taken the accommodation was no longer available but would I like to book a smaller, lower grade accommodation instead . NEVER AGAIN

Accommodation not as shown on pictures. Complained to holiday park and was relocated, albeit they grumbled a bit about carpeting with my dog and the extra cleaning - NOT MY PROBLEM. Pre hols phoned Hoseasons to ask what was/wasn't in accommodation, given wrong advice. Third holidays in a row with them with issues, won't be using them again, absolutely hopeless.

We had issues with the caravan complained to the complex and got told to contact hoseasons which we did, the bloke we spoken to called Zack was abrupt and belittling my missus saying it is our problem for not raising the complaint with them straight away, then rang the site to make sure we had raised a complaint with them in the first place. He was abrupt and not helpful at all, the caravan was facing onto a dirty cleaning block a cupboard door was missing to the kitchen, no privacy for us and our young children due to no net curtains as advertised there was also no carpet as advertised in the living room, the vinyl that had been put down was scruffy and dirty, I went to the shower to wash my 3 year old and the water was absolutely scolding finding out that the shower regulator DID NOT work so the temperature kept rising and dropping. The microwave in the kitchen was faulty didn’t work until you wiggled the cable at the back, there was no cushions on the sofa as advertised and the extractor fan lights didn’t work. The outside of the caravan was filthy covered in bird poo, the caravan was very small for a family of 4 and not possible to fit a travel cot in for a baby. I would hate anyone to have the experience and been spoken to like my partner did, the customer service is absolutely horrendous. The holiday park itself that we stayed at was lovely great members of staff and facilities, just the accommodation that let it down.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Absolute clowns are these people. I personally would like to know how or why they haven't been closed down yet. Lack of information for the customer, no direct phone number, incorrect key safe numbers after constant calling, passed from pillow to post, threatening emails from them, not one of them can speak english. Keep away from these if not you may as well just put fire to your money
