I thought Hermes was bad but this company is even worse. 3 days of 'we will be delivering to you today' and 3 days of waiting in and following the tracking to within 2 delivery stops before me and then no show. Its either an 'unexpected event' or just don't turn up. How can they run a business like this it is an absolute disgrace.”

“Do NOT use this company… ever. I ordered a parcel 8 days ago on a 2-6 day delivery. It took XDP 4 days to collect it and when it arrived at my local delivery depot it has sat there for 3 days. Their phone system goes to an automated queue system saying you are No1 in the queue but it never gets picked up and then you get cut off. 5 calls yesterday and 11 today with same result. Their online chat is not monitored and nobody replies to your emails.”

“Absolute shockers
My delivery didn't come on the first slot they gave me and the tracking even on the app is next to useless or just lies. On the second attempt I even said they could leave it in the porch and the tracking showed them outside my property and it still wasn't delivered. They then said it had been carded yet no card was left.
Tried emailing to no response and tried the chat and no one is ever available. Phone number is premium rate so basically there is no way of getting touch with them. They still have my item and I have no way of contacting them.
I'd advise any company that use their service to think twice as you will lose business. At an absolute loss on how to get my item shocking company and shocking service”
“Terrible company, web site and tracking useless. Told me today at 9.38am they had tried to deliver … Sunday !!!! …. But tracking said it’s at the depot at 9.20!!!
Now advising me in small print there are no delivery dates available.
XDP need to look a good delivery service and leave out teams of words telling why they can’t fulfil their service!!!

The so called tracking device does not track the driver, stating drivers location unknown and no updates if my package is going to be delivered. No reply to the chat messages either. Really bad service, not sure why large companies would use this service!”
