This is the second time I have had a potential delivery from this company, the first one I cancelled as they said once the order was placed and had been dispatched they could not meet the date for delivery which extra was paid for. As it stands I'm am waiting for delivery for another item which was supposed to be delivered today between 11:31 and 2:31. It is now 18:10 and still no delivery, after I took the afternoon of work to be here for the time they said it would be delivered. All in all no a good company after emails and left messages I have still not had any response from them. Compared to other companies like DPD etc they are the worst. Avoid if at all possible.

We pay this company for delivering goods to our customers. We take great care in ensuring all items are packaged with the utmost care! Packaged far more than any other companies because we believe xdp have been taking goods -and or mysteriously damaging large goods! We have reason to believe that xdp are taking goods or handling them with such shoddy care that you wouldn't believe the amount of complaints we are receiving. Today we meet with a new company that can keep to their word and deliver in a timely cared for manner. Using xdp has in fact cost us far more than a shipping fee, as we have replaced countless items, countless times. No takes accountability for anything and you are passed to pillar to post to get any answers. We will be taking this further and contacting the relevant authorities to investigate where all our goods are. Good luck to xdp I say as the amount of evidence continues to pile up against you.

Ordered a new mattress online for next day delivery. Great product, excellent service ... Then XDP got involved. In a word .... Shocking. Got an email on a Monday informing me item picked up and in the system. Email address given to arrange collection day. I emailed on the Monday saying I was out in London all day Tue & Wed but home on Thur & Fri. No response but assumed all ok. Then in London on the Wednesday I get a text saying item out for delivery today between 15:09 and 18:09 (bit precise?). So clearly they did not read my email saying not to deliver on Wednesday. The text message gave a local number to call if you are unlikely to be home and wish to rearrange delivery. So I call number ... Rings for 2 mins then an automated message says subscriber unable to answer call and cuts out. I try again to contact them 10 more times on Wednesday with no luck. I get home very late on Wednesday (23:30). No sign of mattress, no delivery note or any indication they have been. So Thursday morning I try the local number again. I have it on redial and try it every 10 mins from 8:00 until 13:00. No reply. I then look up head office. Try that number. It goes to voicemail. I ring that number and the local number every 15 mins from 13:00 to 18:00. No reply. I also send emails to every address listed on company website. No reply. On the Friday I try all the above again from 8:00 until 11:00. No reply. I then contact the company I bought the mattress from, they answer straightaway, they are very worried by what I say, they also try contacting using their own contacts - they manage to speak to someone but they can't get hold of anyone either. All the while - the online tracking system stops dead ton the wednesday after the text is sent, no updates after that. So in the end I cancelled the order. I have purchased from a local store yesterday afternoon with their own van. It arrived this morning with no fuss, no drama and without having to wait indoors for days on end. XDP are dreadful. Impossible to contact. Guaranteed to make your life a misery and ruin your week. I'm still half expecting to come home one day in the next few weeks to find a big mattress dumped on my drive. If it does, I'm going to drag it down the local alleyway and leave it for the tramps to sleep on! Not my problem. Do not use XDP. Check who is going to deliver your parcel and insist on a different courier!

This is a company that pretends to be a delivery company They are ill mannered and inconsiderate and have poor business practices. Like many other clients of branch 600 I have waited in for ten hours with a tracking number and reassurance from WEDOBEDs that the delivery is on its way. At 6.45 the tracking read fail. Needed bed for the weekend and have no idea when it will appear. Paid with paypal so will get money back from them if it doesnt appear. It is a pity there is not a minus star score. They cut you off if you telephone and ignore emails. Make Yodel Hermes etc seem professional Avoid at all costs Wont buy from any company that uses their services again

Rather dissapointed with service.Was told twice to expect delivery & twice it didn't arrive!!No contact was made by the company to explain why it didn't arrive!Then eventually I was contacted by a man to say it would be delivered on Sat.A lovely young man named Josh rang for directions as I had told them to do.He had noticed it had been in the van for a while!Full marks to Josh,delivery sorted!!I was told other driver couldn't find it,had he been as consciencous as Josh I would have had delivery two weeks before!How difficult is it to follow a simple instruction 'ring when you are 5mins away'

I have been waiting 19 days for my parcel to be delivered, I ordered a bed off of groupon and it's coming as 3 separate items, all on 3 separate delivery dates. I have received 2 out of 3 but It says on the online tracker that it's all been delivered which is hasn't. I have phoned depot 600 11 times with no response and emailed them 4 times also without any response. I have contacted groupon directly and they also can't get hold of the depot. Even the delivery driver who came last time said there was one more part in the depot to come! I move house tomorrow, 4 hour drive away from my current home. I need a bed or I will be sleeping on the floor. Absolute disgrace. Would send it back for a refund but I bet even that would take months! DO NOT USE!!!

Do not use this company under any circumstances.. My item was never delivered, nor even attempted to, I stayed in for 2 days, the tracking service and phone numbers are a complete joke...

0 stars... 48 hour delivery took 240 hours to be told it was on way.. eventually sent back and got a refund as the "delivery company" could not deliver for some reason

XDP were suppose to collect my parcel (furniture, so its big) since THURSDAY 23rd April. since then EVERDAY they reschedule saying they will come 'today'. TODAY is MONDAY, my parcel isnt picked up yet. and its already wayyyyy past their collection timing. NOBODY can reach them. I AM SOOOO PISSED OFF!!!!! worst thing, I PAID THEM ALREADY!!!!!

Just had dealings with this company through products ordered via Argos. Delivery was for Wednesday 15th April 2015. My son took the day off as it was furniture. He was home all day then came downstairs to a card through the front door. Tried ringing it all day and for the next 2 days. Had to contact Argos who also couldn't contact them. Argos contacted the furniture company who also couldn't contact them. Finally, I emailed them and received a response. I was then advised that my items would be delivered on Friday 24th April 2015. Rang them this morning to arrange a time as my husband took the day off work only to be told it wasn't on the delivery for today. Obviously, I had some choice words so advised that I was putting in a formal complaint and low and behold, just had a call back and said they will get the delivery driver back to delivery today after 3.30pm. Disgusting service is all I can say and Argos need to re-think about the delivery company they use.

The problem with this company is contacting them, they do not reply to emails and when telephoning you will be VERY lucky to speak to anyone and asked to leave a message which they do not reply to.

arrived unannounced = failed delivery. rebooked through their fantastic automated service (sarcasm) for re-delivery Monday...................arrived today UNANNOUNCED!!!!....ohh its Wednesday...that worked..............luckily someone was in. Spoke to a guy on the phone from number delivery guy gave...WOW they really care about their customers (sorry more sarcasm)....... no their delivered to clients!!!. Their customers, the companies they are employed to deliver for (in my case) had no idea of the shocking service being provided. AVOID THIS COWBOY OUTFIT. Where is Matt Allwright when you need him......hopefully after my email to watchdog, he will not be far away and this shambolic outfit can be shut down.

''Avoid if you care about your business'' Extremely poor service, XDP lose consignments left right and centre, parcels turn up as and when they feel like delivering without notification. They outsource to any man in van as they cant handle the volume they are dealing with. John Louis and Mr Boulton are the MD's in charge of the whole operation who do not respond to e mails which shows they also do not care about service. I suppose they set the benchmark for the whole business. DO NOT USE XDP!

The delivery driver was very unhelpful. I had a bad shoulder and asked him just to put the parcel inside the door and he refused. I should have asked him to take it back. Would not accept delivery from this driver again.

I found this company very unhelpful and as a result the item I purchased has gone back and I have asked for a refund. I presume that they are being used because they are cheap. However I suspect that my refund and associated paperwork etc will have cost the company from which I purchased more than paying a decent carrier. In future when purchasing on-line I will check who is doing the delivery and refuse to purchase from companies who do not use a reputable company for their deliveries.

The only reason this company is getting 2 stars is because the delivery driver was brilliant and can't fault him. The actual company is dreadful. U ring up and u have to say u r name and postcode over and over again and can't get through. Ordered my item for yesterday but came today won't b using this service again!!

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!!!!!!........SERVICE DELIVERY FAIL MORE THAN ONCE.CALLED THEM ALL I GOT WAS LIP SERVICE WHICH I GIVE AN A+.CALLED AT 09:05 WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK IN AN HOUR SUPPOSEDLY SYSTEM HAS TO LOAD.A PROPER COURIER COMPANY IS A 24/7 BUSINESS NEVER DO THEY HAVE TO LOAD THEIR SYSTEM WHICH TAKES AN HOUR.TWICE I HAVE WAITED FOR DELIVERY AFTER RECEIVING AN EMAIL SUGGESTING DELIVERY IS ''ON'' AND ONLY TO FIND ITS A FAIL.ITS 2015 FOR CRYING OUT LOUD NOT 1969!!!!!
