Worst company to deal with, please don't buy from them, they tried to charge me £160 for cancelling an order because they couldn't deliver to me in the time they stated. I had to contact my credit card company to get a full refund.

Really bad service, my package never arrived and it took Adexa over 3 months to refund me, only after I said I would contact my bank. Appalling!

Absolute shambles a company. Sold a faulty glasswasher and after chasing and chasing to get another one we had to wait weeks. Taking its toll on our business. We then decided to get a refund which they advised Would take 2 weeks. Terrible we will never use again.

Bought my third ADEXA dishwasher ADX50BWS from this company and like all the rest of my previous commercial dishwashers fitted it myself which basically meant connecting the water and drain pipes and plugging it into a socket. Arrived on Friday 5th Nov 2021 and fitted the same day by close of business my staff informed me the machine would not stop filling and was overflowing from the door seal. Emailed ADEXA informed them of the problem on the brand new machine and the response was "Please provide us with the installation report" so I sent over exactly what I did i.e connected the drain pipe and water inlet pipe and plugged the machine in. ADEXA informed me that due to the machine not being fitted by an engineer the warranty did not cover any problems with the machine. I have spent well over £10,000 with this company since 2018 on various machinery for my six shops and will never spend another penny with them. They have supplied a faulty machine and the fact that I attached two pipes and plugged it in, instead of paying an engineer to do the same thing means I am now stuck with a machine that is sub standard. I would advise all potential customers of this company to bear in mind that they will use every trick in the book to not sort out any problems you have with their products. A 25% restocking fee just one of them. Buyer beware and shop somewhere where they will help if they have supplied a faulty machine.

NOT A leading supplier of kitchen and catering equipment, THEY HAVE NO STOCK ON HAND AND GO SHOPPING WHEN YOU ORDER! Wish I can give less, chances after chances given. Bought a coffee machine which lasted around 3-4 months Contacted them under warranty and yet still we’re here waiting for almost 4 months with this faulty machine. I would never buy anything more from them. There policy is wrong. Once you’ve parted with your money that will be it. Welcome to hell

Think again with your purchase Horrible company to deal with, I ordered 3 fryers for my Christmarket trading. In the beginning, they told me it's in stock and will be delivered soon. however, after long waiting, they told me it will need 7-10 working days and even with this, they can not guarantee. told me I can request a refund if no delivery until after 10 working days of waiting. I told them about the trading, and the possible losses, and told me nothing they can do. so I ordered from another supplier, and at the same time their product was delivered on the 10th day. and the price from the other supplier is less than half of Adexa's selling price with the same quality. so when I asked for the return, they are telling me I need to organise the return and on top of that, I need to pay 25% of RESTOCKING FEEs. I do not understand what is these RESTOCKING FEEs? I have not customised this product, why there is 25% of the fee with the product still in the original packages? The way they are doing business is not acceptable, they are not taking responsibility, just only care about their interest. Think again with your purchase with this company!!!

Cheap products always break and they never answer phone or return calls when they say they will please avoid as there are better companies nisbets example pay bit more but better quality

Disgusting company who do not care about customers in the slightest. I'm really disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before I purchased £400 worth of goods, and I really hope this review helps others to not make the mistake I have. Long story (and a very disappointing customer service interaction) short. We purchased two white lockers from this disgusting company for our new office. On arrival, everything looked great. After a few days we decided to put the lockers together and found out that we'd been sent grey cabinets. Not impressed, we unpacked the product to see if the doors were white only to find that the door looked like it had been hit multiple times and had very deep dents all the way down the door of the looker. Short side of the story, Adexa said they would send us either £20 credit for the damage or we'd have to pay to send the goods back, plus a £120 admin fee - and nothing about refunding us. Word of warning. buy from another company and read the terms and conditions. The first section will give you all the info you need and clearly will back up this review. You will not get what you see on their site. False advertising, disgusting customer service, only set out to make money and if I could remove the 1 star I would!

I place my order on the 14th of Oct 2021. Despite numerous phone calls and emails I am yet to take delivery. I asked them to cancel that order and reorder my goods as it must be lost in either their warehouse or DHL. The price might be right but if they don't back it up with good Customer Service, you may as well pay the extra. Very disappointed.

Don't ever order anything from this company - the reviews are true. I ordered an item from them that was faulty, they then tried to have me repair the item myself which I refused to do because it was incredibly unsafe. Eventually, they collected the item (please note that I was refused a refund until they could prove it was faulty so they wanted it sent back to base first). They arranged a courier to pick it up and then somehow had it sent back to me (the item is huge so not ideal) before finally collecting it once again. Low and behold, the item needed a repair and so they repaired it and sent it back to me, even though I told them that I wanted a refund. I refused the delivery, it was sent back and now they are trying to charge me 25% to restock an item that isn't even new?! The most bizarre, rude company I have ever dealt with in my life - don't bother ordering anything from them.

Possibly the worst consonant and most rude and u helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Sent out a pile of dented twisted panels and refused to refund or exchange as we took 3 days to tell them. They state only in 24 hours or tough luck.

Spent over 2000 with this company and in 2 years to of items have broken and when i call for parts they do t supply parts so basically the items after 2 years need to be thrown in bin , total rip off and customer service is very poor as not willing to help

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star review. I ordered a chip scuttle & a fryer for them both which have broke within a week of having them. The chip scuttles bulb stopped working after 1 use and the fryer has stopped heating after 1 week of using it. When I have emailed the company to complain, I have received the worst customer service from an Eloise including her accusing me of lying about the bulb not working in the scuttle which she clearly can see has stopped working after me sending video evidence to her. They are now saying that they cannot do anything about my chip scuttle as I didn't report it on the day - the day being a Saturday and their opening hours being Monday to Friday so I have to fix the scuttle myself. Regarding the fryer, I am expected to take 5 different steps before they even consider collecting it. One of these steps being to put it back in it's original packaging which I do not have as I stupidly binned it after thinking Adexa was a reliable company and my product wouldn't break down within a week of having it, considering it is brand new. I am now told that they can't do anything about either of my broken products and it's tough luck that they're broken. I will never ever order from this company again and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone. And as goes for their staff (Eloise) - they need to train their staff on customer service because from my first email, the service that I have received is disgusting. We are a small business which has been open for a month and we are now at a huge loss because of this company.

I give these muppets zero stars. I contacted them straight away to return an unsuitable purchase and they are trying to charge me 25% to restock it. These guys are thieves!!! Stay well away. I only wish I had seen these reviews before

Disgraceful company, I paid nearly £1000 for a chicken warmer which has not worked properly from day 1. When I called them they tried to blame the installation despite it being done by a professional, I made numerous calls just to be fibbed off, I sent videos as requested of the item not working properly, but they refused to replace or refund. I spoke to 1 manager who said “I don’t care what customers think”. Avoid this company, pay a little extra elsewhere and get a working item. I am not surprised at all the terrible reviews on here.

Rob dogs, do not use this company they are crooks.In my haste I order the wrong freezer for my care home(as its essential after a long day at work).I tried to cancel it with the email on the order however that bounced back stating it did not receive email although the invoice states if you have a problem email on this address.I then contacted them first thing in the morning they have now stated as its after an hour of the order they will keep 25% of the payment!!! its in there terms and conditions, absolutely disgusting I have informed our local care association of theses cowboys, however I've not given, I will be seeing the cowboys in small claims court Edit Delete Share
