"I subscribe for auto-deliveries with Amazon.ca and after some months I cancelled my subscription on July 16, 2024 and I received the the confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail, however Amazon still changing me every month. I got in touch with the support many times but they were unable to say what is going on and I don't have any solution so far."

"Bought a item and it didn't show the right description $304 that was included with shipping it arrived I had to pay 45$ up front and 20$ to return, amazon only gave me 213$ back I called and called 3 times and they keep disconnecting the call on purpose !!"

"Signed in in app\r\nMade purchase ! Shows that purchased was made. Purchase was going to mechanic for parts for our truck. Then what they did was took the money out of my visa debit card! Doesnt even now show on app that purchase was ever made !!! I verified as they requested it was me ! They can take out the money and have no problem taking your money! But cancel your order ! Refuse to show it in the app order was even done ! Called woman evasive cant answer ! Refuses to talk keeps muting when she cant answer questions almost 500 !!! They took ! And then they say system\r\nCancel\r\nOrder thinking ita fraud ! So now its confirmed its not ! They still take money from bank acct ! Remove it in your app it was even purchased ! Amazin as someone else stated before woman just hangs up in their customer service! Amazon is the scammers !!!\r\nHave posted screen shots to show item was ordered and paid for the app verified it ! Then they removed orders from app as stated so it doesn\u2019t show ! Took money out they had no problem! Then customer service just hung up.\r\nAmazon is the actual swindlers\/ scammers here !!!"

"Amazon sent me an email informing that an item I purchased was recalled for safety reasons. I called to get a refund and I got a confirmation email saying that a refund was approved and it would be processed in 2 hours and it wasn't. After chatting with an agent first and his manager after, they told me that it was a mistake and that they wouldn't kept their word. So, I asked if Amazon credibility was worth $20 (my refund) and they told me yes as you can see from the screenshot. I will modify my shopping habits accordingly since we are not protected and we cannot trust Amazon"

"From the 6 of February24 i have been trying to get back hundreds of dollars Amazon went into my account and took. i have made over 30 calls all i get is rude comment from their customer service and more lies. The stuff never arrived, Purolater sent it back, all i get is game playing and lies,Never shop from Amazon, shop local. then they call me a fraude, clear my profile and surpress the stuff i ordered under lock down, now they want the bank to reimburse me, bank never did nothing . you have the items back and my money, i would call that theft."
