“I have a totally unusable door, fitted four years ago, still under guarantee - it is impossible to reach Anglian by phone, you have to fill in an online form with your problem, a week later not even a courtesy call. This was an expensive item and it is now not fit for purpose. Never again will I recommend Anglian.”

“Absolutely appalling service, just had all my windows and door finally remade and refitted more than a year after original installation and there are still problems with it, emails are ignored, managers are rude, evasive and dismissive, appointments are missed or cancelled last minute, installers left mess and damage, chemicals and tools were left in child's bedrooms - it goes on and on. The installers are paid around £50 per window irrespective of size so work it out and you will see why the fitting is so fast and shabby. I regret using this company every day. They will have a sales guy round in 24 hours and take your money even quicker but you try getting them to clear their mess up and you won't see them for months. If you do decide to use them, check your installation really thoroughly, put a spirit level on every window, check every joint. I guarantee you will find a problem.”

On return home key would not open door locked out. After 7 FITTERS calling to rectify faults number 8 is due to come out on 12/7/18 to fit a

“Dealt with requests quickly and the salesman always replied to texts and the surveyor was very professional and knowledgeable. Even during holidays and evenings they replied to all queries. They were very helpful.
The only thing is their pricing is very mysterious and not transparent!”
