DO not ever order from this disgusting company!!!!!!! I’m still waiting for a refund of nearly a 100 pounds 2 months later for an order that I never received. I have tried emailing a million times and called numerous times with no response. Absolute disgrace of a company. I’m going to leave bad reviews everywhere, they deserve no stars. Please spread the word for no one to ever order of this disgraceful company! Customer service- haha joke! They haven’t got a clue!

They are not even worth half a star. They rob their customers blind and everytime you ask customer service team for assistance you get the same reply telling you to WRITE in. When forced to do so they dont even respond then acknowledge that email with please write to us! They have robbed me of £50 and dont care to do anything about it. Please do NOT buy from here

I placed a big order in May 2020. Parcel arrived, all items great but a few didn’t suit me or weren’t the right size so I went through their return process. However since I put through the return I have had no refund. I have emailed, sent messages on Facebook and posted on their social media. All ignored. The return tracking states they have received my parcel so they definitely have my items in the possession but refuse to reply to emails or give me my refund. I am so angry as they owe me a refund over £100. Why does nobody respond?? All I get are copy/paste responses saying ‘please only contact us if your refund is over 30 days late’ It’s now October 2020- 5 months since I made the order!!! Completely unacceptable and I am so disappointed as I love their clothes but I cannot see myself ever ordering again if they do not have the courtesy to deal with their customers refunds. I see this is a common issue from other reviews, plus all my comments on social media have been deleted by them even though they assured me I would be replied to. Other people are reporting them to Trading Standards so please add your complaints to the case if you're in the same boat. I am currently on hold to my bank to raise a chargeback but if that's unsuccessful I will take them court with a CCJ.

AX Paris Customer Service is absolutely DIABOLICAL and thats putting it mildly. I emailed "CHANTEL" at Customer Services about a faulty item and each time (4 times to be precise) got the same generic email back not even relating to what I was asking, even messaged them on FB ....Nothing!! I don't know how they can get away with treating customers like this. I paid £2.95 for postage when I ordered the goods BUT have to pay £3.95 for a pre paid Post Office label it disgusting..... Well I personally will not be using them again. Hopefully any customer reading these reviews will think twice about ordering from this Awful Company.

I sent my order back on 10th September and tracking shows it was received on 11th..no refund and nothing but automated responses to my emails Disgusting company and I will be reporting them and getting a chargeback from my bank Do not order from them unless you can afford to lose money if you return your order

Same! Returned items and no refund, no response! I can’t believe they are getting away with this! I think we should all post on their social posts! Marketing may HAVE to deal with it then!!!

I would like to give no stars for this review!! They are terrible, no reply automated email replies and can not speak to anyone. I returned £188 worth of clothing that was not as described and did not fit, did not look like the website images at all. Returned the next day ( i had to pay for the expensive return - they ask for it signed for ) within 14 days, i returned them the next day. I have been waiting for a response ever since for my full refund. you can not speak to anyone, i ve emailed about 8 times and still automated replies, which is infuriating and disappointing considering they are now withholding my money!! I have heard nothing back from them at all, there is no contact number, no returns process and they can not even tell me if my items have been returned?! its a complete scam, do not order anything from this company - AVOID!!! Now i am down by £188 and i need this back, its been over the '30 day' and still no sign of it. Its terrible service all round, and i will be taking this further..

Returned a dress as not suitable. Sent it back 1st class recorded delivery which was signed for the next day. 3 weeks have passed and still not been given a refund. I have emailed and sent 3 messages via Instagram and still nothing. I am taking this further.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and a dress, all three items weren't suitable so I returned them all in the same package, I have had a refund for the dress but no mention at all about the shoes! I have emailed four times and had no response at all and the phone number given online for their customer helpline is for one of their franchised outlet stores, absolute joke of a company, I will definitely not be buying anything more from this clothing website!

Ordered a dress on 1st August 2020 sent it back it’s now 25th September still never had a refund paid through laybuy never again , automated emails and can’t speak to anyone , loads of people on trust pilot with the same problem not recieved refunds AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS they keep your hard earned money

They sent a gift card for the incorrect amount for items that should have recrived a full refund. Customer service is non existent. They are literally ignoring my questions and responding with irrelevant information. Avoid!! Id have given no stars if possible.

Purchased a top from AX Paris, washed twice and white print come away. Emailed them in relation to this, not very helpful, very poor customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a dress all threads came out all over dress only worn once i was told i would get a voucher i sent dress back recorded delivery and have had no reply they are ignoring my emails AVOID

AVOID!!! I ordered 4 different dresses, which by the way were shocking quality! I sent back via royal mail next working day recorded and signed delivery costing £8.00! (what kind of company as well in this day and age doesn't offer free returns) cheapskates! I waited over 2 weeks before e-mailing for a refund, I was told to send over proof that I had sent the package back - which I did including a screenshot showing that the package had been signed for on the receiving end by AX PARIS! I was then told that my refund had been processed - it HAD NOT!! Therefore I took it further through Paypal! They had the audacity to ask me to close my paypal case! I think not?! Do I look like I was born yesterday? I knew I would loose my rights as a buyer so I didn't! dodgy behaviour or what. They then tried to say to Paypal that a refund would take up to 30 days because they had never received my parcel what utter LIES!!!!!! I then sent Paypal the evidence that ax paris had signed for the parcel and received it! They then closed the case in my favour and gave me back a full refund! TALK ABOUT DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!! SCAMMERS! MAKE IT SO HARD TO GET A REFUND AND WANT YOU TO GIVE UP WHEN YOU HAVE RIGHTS! I would keep your spending to the likes of bigger online retail companies who offer free returns and better quality clothing!

Order made in June never received. Tracking says refused by delivery point. I have emailed 3 times and no response or refund. There is no phone number to contact them or complain. The Facebook page message option just gives a pop up saying they are marketing and do not deal with customer enquiries, and their stated twitter page says account does not exist. Shocking.

Customer service is shocking! Total ignorance towards the covid-19 situation as they haven’t extended their return period and expect customers to return items within 14 days. Yet it is ok for AX Paris to delay refunding your money back (if you are lucky to get your money back). I returned my package a few days out with the 14 days due to a lockdown being in place and explained this to AX Paris Customer Service. They are refusing to refund me my £96 and are ignoring my emails. The quality of clothing is not good standard, I have had issues with this company previously with tops ripping etc.

Shockingly horrendous customer service Ordered a floral dress and they sent something completely different ! Due to Covid I am unable to return so I asked them to arrange a collection which they point blank refused and also refused to give me my money back. My emails are now being ignored. Can’t seem to get hold of the CEO of the company. I refuse to ever put money into this company again !

I ordered a dress size 14, there is no number to call when dress arrived it was a 8 looked at confirmation it said 8 now why would I order a dress three times too small for myself ? Second time I’ve had problems with this company and at a loss of return postage which if I can remember wasn’t the simplest return !!! Website is shocking for customer info
