I am apulled at the level of service that i have recievied from Carephone Warehouse. I have been with this company for 4 years on going and I have continued to stay with them while upgrading into my new contract, I started my upgrade in early October 2018 and it was agreed a great deal for the IPhone 8 Plus for 30GB with Unlimited Texts and Calls for £38 a month (as per the deal on your website) I agreed to this contract straight away as I see this as a great deal. I then recived the new phone but the taffif and the agreed paid amount was incorrect. The incorrect deal I had been given was the IPhone 8 Plus with 10GB, Unlimited Texts and Calls and was being charged £50. I immediately called customer care services to discuss what had gone wrong with my contract and that it needed to be changed. I had to speak to a numerous amounts of people with who I then kept being passed back and forth to, each time I contacted I had to speak to someone else which meant I had to repeat this error to each person. Noone was helpful and I was told to contact 02 myself to sort this problem. When calling O2 they told me they could not help me as this was a deal made with Carephone Warehouse. After recieving no help I asked to have the recorded message of me agreeing to the deal on the day which I then had to wait 5 working days for this to happen, sadly noone got back to me. In October I got my next bill due of a cost of £61.05 I went into the Carephone Warehouse store myself as this was not getting resolved and spoke to a women instore and on the phone when we finally got down to the bottom of this and was told my Tariff would be changed and chared at £48 as you claim there was never a deal for £38.00 despite this being advertised on your website. We are now in the end of Novemeber and I am still being charged £61.05 with the incorrect tariff plan. I would advise anyone looking for a good contract with excellent help to NOT go through Carephone Warehouse so you can avoid this happening to you. Carephone Warehouse are claiming I agreed to something I did not and are not providing proof of this, I have also not phycially signed a contact to confirm this deal however they are not willing to provide proof to me and they have still not changed my contract or refunded me any money.

I wanted to buy a phone on Carphone Warehouse Ilford, I was told that they only accept cash. When I asked them if they had the color I wanted, I was answered Yes. After half an hour I went to withdraw a cache and went back to the store it turned out that they did not have the color I wanted. I lost half the day with them. Then I checked online where the color I wanted. I went to Barking, but it turned out that they did not have that color. Horror.

One of THE WORST companies I have had to deal with so far. Sales agent ordered wrong phone. Have organised return but am still waiting for any kind of update, clarification or explanation. AVOID!

I went to buy a phone in this store in Beckton Gallions Reach. There was a girl who was at the counter didn't notice when I entered the store and I had to approach to her but she had no knowledge about phones and offers. She was looking at the male staff sitting next to her ( They both were having chat and laughing with each other and paid no attention towards me) every time I asked her a question regards the phone. I was interested to buy a Nokia 3.1 and the guy wasn't even bothered to help me instead he was taking mick out of the girl and making fun out of her as she had no knowledge in products what so ever. Every time I asked the girl a question she didn't reply to me instead she was looking at the guy and the guy was like, why you are looking at me for? They both were too busy having fun each other. I lost my patience and left the store with out buying the phone. That was absolutely disgraceful experience I had in that Carphonewarehouse store and it was so poor.

Sales staff at Ashford Kent town centre store were completed useless and rude. Manager just as bad with limited knowledge of phones. Will use Amazon from now on, cheaper price and no useless staff.

I telephoned Carphone Warehouse CustomerService. They are the biggest shambles I have ever had to deal with. Could hardly understand the person I was trying to speak to added to that there was screaming and shouting going on in the background. The call handler was if no help whatsoever and just kept apologising for the row going on in the background every time I complained about it. Totally unprofessional, unhelpful and not worth even calling. Shocking CustomerService.

When we bought a mobile phone insurance policy the carphone warehouse representative who sold it, after my husband bought his phone there, verbally guaranteed him that if anything needed to be done with the phone they would provide a replacement phone. This was a lie. When the phone fell and broke they said there was no phone available and that it would be 7-10 working days before his was repaired. At the time our son was in hospital and my husband needed a phone for work. I had to give him my phone. Absolutely no faith in this company who are misrepresenting the terms and conditions that they operate under. Avoid as there are plenty of more trustworthy operators in the marketplace. They have certainly lost two customers. Terrible.

Excellent Customer Service from Nathaniel at Leeds City Centre Branch. He was very polite and kind, explained everything to me as I upgraded my phone and plan yesterday. He wasnt pushy at all and helped me sort out a plan that suited me. I already knew what phone I wanted. 10 out of 10!!

I put my phone in for repair & waited nearly two weeks for it to return, after I got it back no one cared to explain my phone was still broken or why it will still broke. After calling customer service the person I spoke to couldn't understand me property so he swore at me.. won't say what on here then he hung up, After that it took me another six calls to finally find out what was wrong, safe to say I won't be shopping there again

Ordered a new mobile told I would get it the next day, emailed by Dpd and confirmed stayed in all day. Checked Dpd and change to 3 days later . Called Dpd (20 mins wait) they stated car phone had not put down for a weekend delivery. Had carphone on my landline line denying this! Who was lying! So I cancelled delivery and requested money back. Told it would take 3-5 working days. Now found out they only processed on Tuesday when I called back for a 3rd time as I received an email saying the phone had been delivered however, that was to carp hone warehouse. Called again and lied too. Still waiting for refund will never buy from this company again as they blantanly lied.

I bought a new sim free phone 2 days ago. I have a call blocker and am now plagued by what I believe are marketing calls from EE. Calls go to voicemail which cannot be accessed because my phone numer is not valid according to voicemail. I am a Plusnet customer so no connection with EE apart from shared mast. EE must have got my details from Carphone warehouse?

CARPHONE WAREHOUSE CAMBRIDGE STREET HARROGATE Instore today to get an upgrade on my phone. Sarah our customer Consultant was outstanding as were all the staff Julia, the Assistant Manager and Manager. They couldn’t do enough for me. They went out of their way to get me the best deal and what suited my budget. Thank you for making the upgrade so easy. Your knowledge was great. It was a pleasure to come into your store today. Thanks again I’ll certainly be back. One very happy customer.😊😊😊😊

Terrible service! Poor communication! No customer service especially at the Kingston upon Thames store! They never answer the phone! Won't refund even though I was never told of the 30 day period! Terrible service a do will tell everyone never to shop here!! Don't even bother with customer service of the phone they just put you on hold and blare music till you want to hand up. So angry.

Cpw are brilliant at selling you something other than what you had in mind , charming is the word . However when my phone which I paid £120 for on contract ,went dead after three months they .said it couldn’t be repaired and as they said it was moisture damage so wouldn’t replace it . Suddenly the charming members of cpw turn into indifferent people who couldn’t care less

I pre-ordered a Huawei Mate 20 Pro. They delivered an iPhone by accident. After having called them twice a week for a month, trying to get the correct phone delivered (they lied many times about dates that I was going to receive the phone), I tried to cancel my order. They told me they couldn't cancel the order because it was still pending an investigation (which they didn't open until two weeks after the fact). I tried to argue that this should not affect my right to cancel, but they were just adamant that "the computer says no". Apparently an "I'm very sorry" is all that is needed in their eyes to atone for hours of being put on hold, multiple visits to a store and a month of dishonest information.

Signed a contract for a sim only deal, then got a better deal and wanted to Cancel the deal the following day, but they told me I have no right to cancel the contract even though I have a 14 day period where I can terminate the contract,... All liars and scammers!!!! stay away!

Phone was meant to be delivered on 31st Oct. After hours of phone calls to customer service and been told that they were waiting for DPD to issue them with a claim number I am still waiting we are now on the 15th Nov and still not able to cancel my contract. I have just been told that I have to wait another 48hrs for DPD. Never again will I buy a phone from them I would rather pay more money for a better service elsewhere.
