First off I had an order of $98. And I received none of those items due to FedEx playing games. It kept saying that my items have arrived but there was nothing at my door, even checked a few days late...NOTHING. I just want to say that Chewy was so professional and they refunded my entire purchase even thought it was not their fault. They understood how upset and irritated I was. And asking for a complete refund was not an issue. I will definitely be placing another ordering from them. Thank you Chewy!!!

I contacted Chewy to cancel a auto ship. We had a house fire and lost all of our pets. They cancelled my auto shipment, credited my account for my last order and two weeks later I received flowers. Thank you for your great customer service and caring.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Chewy. Their prices are great and the items are almost always there by the next day. But just recently they really went above and beyond. I had just put down my dog that day and wanted to see if I could stop an autoship. I was trying to hold it together but just couldn’t as my poor Corey who was so happy and active a few days before suddenly had liver failure. The person I talked to, I believe his name was Lance, was so nice. He said they wouldn’t charge me for the autoship and he would try to stop the shipment but if he couldn’t I could just donate it to a shelter. A few days later, I received flowers and a sympathy card from LanceChewy.com. This is a terrific company whose employees really care about their customers. Much thanks to Lance for his thoughtfulness.

I’ve been ordering medicine and other needed products from Chewey for years. Never had a problem. Without them my dog would be gone due to the ridiculous costs of medicine. Thank-you Chewey.

Very helpful & wide variety of products for reasonable price. Loved the convenience of having pet meds,heart guard & next guard shipped & not need to go out of way to the vet. I recently had to put my beloved dog down & I did online chat & was able to be credited for my purchase that in-turn I donated to local pet shelter. I also got a very nice flower arrangement sent by Chewy with their condolences on the loss of my pet. I will definitely use again for sure if in the future we get a new puppy . Thanks Chewy for being so personable.

I cannot say enough good things about Chewy!! I had contacted them as I had a prescription that was going to be delivered the next day. My pet who the medicine was for, had passed the previous day and I was reaching out to see if I could return the medication as it was both costly and no longer needed. They have a no return policy on meds but the website said that they may make exceptions. Not only did they completely refund the amount paid but also indicated that I did not have to return the meds and to dispose of them as I saw fit. I was amazed and I did donate the meds to the local shelter. Today, I received fresh cut roses (16) with a vase and a card that read that Chewy was sorry for my loss signed by Kathryn. Unbelievably kind and caring, brought me to tears. Truly a wonderful company. I forgot to mention, that I always find what I need, they contact my vet when I need prescriptions filled and orders arrive quickly and in perfect shape!

I had just recently lost My Cat, Hely. Hannah from Chewy.com sent me a Beautiful Rose Plant in a Flower Pot. She wrote a little letter letting Me know how sorry She and Chewy were to hear about the loss of My Hely. I have never seen or heard of a person or company that cares so much about their pets and Us pet parents, that they went over and beyond to make me feel special and know that they care just as much as I do. Hannah from Chewy. Showed her love for her job and respect and feelings towards her customers and their pets. I'm really hoping this somehow gets to Hannah from Chewy. I'd like her to know how very special she made me feel, and she showed me the love for her job. Hannah, if you get this. I want to thank you from the bottom of My heart. This proves there are still great people in this world. My family and I thank Hannah from Chewy so much. This was a very special surprise. I will never forget Hannah! Thank you Hannah and Chewy Daisy Wisniewski ❤️

I am so impressed with Chewy’s customer service. I had an incorrect item in my delivery today snd in less than 5 minutes of my report of problem I received message replacement was in its way!

Chewy always answers the phone immediately with a pleasant, knowledgeable helpful voice! When I purchased 2 cat litter box systems that did not work out for my cats they refunded my money and requested that I donate them to my local shelter,which I did. When my mom passed in December and then I had to put her cat to sleep because she was very ill and just waited for Mom to pass, chewy sent me a condolence card and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers! Every order from chewy comes within two days! Their prices can't be beat and deliver right to my door! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pet supplies, food & medication!

My Flower... I wish I had realized, that Chewy not only sells pet food, pet toys and supplies,... but also has a pharmacy to quickly fill all our beloved pet's prescriptions. Chewy has always shipped all mine and my family's orders at the moment I placed the order, while still on the phone! and they were received within a day.... Early last week I needed to order medications for my very sick little dog...My Vet had given me another company to place the order with...although ordered rush mail, it came a full week later...I didn't know that Chewy delivered medications as well....my dearest, sweetest, best little buddy of 9 years passed away at the end of that week...My calls to that company, found the prescription was going to be delayed... no email or phone calls were made earlier to let me know...CHEWY would NEVER have let that happen...Chewy is extremely personal and I can promise you most sincerely, they care about your pet... I called Chewy to cancel my auto-ship for my little girl and expressed my reasoning. Chewy was so sensitive to my loss, so kind and extremely caring. Before our call finished, they told me that my CC would be refunded for the entire amount of my little girl's last order, that it need not be shipped back, and yes, I could donate it to a local shelter....I thought how incredibly nice that was of them!,... but then two days later, I was to come home from work, to a delivery of the very prettiest, fresh flower arrangement, in a lovely glass vase... Sweet flowers of pinks, red and white with lovely greenery... Attached was the most loving, and thoughtful sentiment from Chewy... I couldn't help crying...the thoughtfulness and sentiment meant so much to me.....I was beyond grateful....and thought ,how someone that didn't know me, could understand how I was grieving. It told me they understood that our pets are our family... that they have a special place in our hearts that can't be filled or replaced... that the memories we have with them are cherished forever..., and that we grieve in much the same way as human loss..... they understand our pets and their unconditional love for us...that they bring us laughter and love, and comfort us when we are not well, or at our saddest times.. As I spoke on the phone to give thanks,...I knew this all to be true...the people that own, and work for this company, not only care about you, their customer,... but also strive to give your pet, the best variety of options, to keep them healthy and happy,... because they love and understand them...

I have read several reviews listed and would like to share mine experience with Chewy. Even when trying to find a treat for my dog and she did not like it I was able to return, but, Chewy went above and beyond any customer service I have had with any company. My dear Dia passed away Easter, 4-4-21. I needed to contact them to cancel my autoships. I received 2 sympathy emails and they not only cancelled my autoships they credited my account for the syringes I had just received (my baby was diabetic) and told me to donate them to an animal shelter. Then, on Tuesday a beautiful fresh flower bouquet arrived!!! Not some cheap mail order flowers, straight from a local flower shop.. Oh, how I cried. I have no words for the gratitude I felt. It has been very hard dealing with the loss and Chewy help me fill the pain in my heart.

I Love Chewy.com!!! And, so do my pets. They know when Chewy has arrived & eager to help me open the boxes. Chewy.com makes my life so much easier, save money on Excellent Food that I could not afford at a pet store, fast delivery, professional & excellent customer service, large variety to choose from, from food, toys, dog beds, cat trees & so much more. Bottom Line, Chewy Is The Best!!!!! Been with them approximately 2 years.

I want to thank "everyone" at Chewy for the great customer service and for always being so helpful in ordering my cat food. I have two almost 19 year old cats with stage lll kidney disease. I have had to try different veternarian cat food. Chewy has made the whole process easier. Their return and refund policies are great, never a problem. Also, their customer service is caring and compassionate and everything gets delivered quickly, which is a big deal when your cats will not eat. It is sometimes sad to deal with, but Chewy and their customer service has made the process easier, even got veternarian approval quicklly. I have tried many different kinds , they finally eat...somewhat...the UR. Cats with kidney disease need a lot of help, appetite stimulants etc. to get them to eat. I get my probiotics, nutrical vitamins and more at Chewy, their prices cannot be beat either. Thank you and God bless you all at Chewy. Diana

I have been a Chewy customer for many years now. My little dog needed to be on a special diet and the auto shipment through Chewy made it easy. They always provided excellent customer service and when my 14 yr old dog passed away last week, they sent me a lovely note and bouquet. Such a thoughtful gesture from such a large company. It was so appreciated.

I have been a chewy customer for a few years now. If I ever have a problem they are always eager to help. They are very generous and I feel really care about your pets. I love they're customer service. Sometimes I may have to get something elsewhere but with chewy they take that extra mile to make me happy.

What can I say about Chewy nonthing but praises , my very first order a package was damaged and they shipped out a new one immediately , then the rest of my packages were said to be lost by fedex , so I contacted then and they sent out new ones , I Got all of them Thank you So much for helping with the problems that arose .

I have been a customer of Chewy’s for several years and had auto shipments. My beloved puppy of 12 1/2 years crossed the rainbow bridge 2/22. I have bean very heartbroken. Chewy canceled my auto shipment and refunded me for my last shipment. Today I received beautiful flowers and a heartfelt card from Chewy. Chewy acknowledged the loss of my dear puppy of 12 1/2 years. That was very thoughtful. What a great company..

Always had great service from chewy. Com after my pet store stopped carrying the litter for my very loved bunny Oreo. I was so saddened this week after a mass in Oreo's mouth which was in the bone also. He was loved so much for a little over 9 1/2 years. I tried to return huge bags of litter never used, they said to donate them and had a heartfelt email to say they are there for us and how they understand how it's hard to lose our loved pets. They then sent flowers after I told them it meant so much that it wasn't a form letter. So sweet of them to show their carrying support. I just felt like crying after the lovely email but flowers was way beyond. They will have my recommendation to everyone.

Awesome company with outstanding customer service, comparable pricing with all other stores and super fast shipping. I cancelled my other pet food & products from other vendors and will be ordering from Chewy from now on.
