Most compassionate company that we’ve ever done business with, ever!!!! My wife and I just had to put our darling Daisy Mae to rest after 14 great years of love and friendship. She was our best friend and very loving. Anyway to get to the point, Chewy customer service after hearing about our loss not only credited the cost of our last order of her food but told us to donate her remaining food and sent us flowers the next day. Unbelievable compassion and customer service especially when you consider that there is no customer service in corporate America today. 5 stars, 100% Chewy. Best customer service ever!!! They went above and beyond! I had reviewed an order of training pads asking other pet owners/customers for suggestions as I'm not very happy with these, although they seem to work better than others I've tried. I heard back from Chewy directly, not just offering suggestions but also a full refund of the pads I'd bought but wasn't happy with. They responded quickly, efficiently and with kindness and respect! They always included my dog, Lily in all correspondence. Shopping and returning products would be a lot more pleasant if all companies treated their customers as Chewy treats theirs.

I have always had great service with Chewy. Recently, I had made a prescription order and it arrived the day my pet died. I emailed them and I was given a refund that day. I received several emails of sympathy. Then, an employee, Kaitlyn, sent me flowers. I have never encountered a company of such compassion. I highly recommend them.

For pharmacy only. Beware they will send you medication close to expiration date and will do absolutely nothing about it. In there words It hasn’t expired yet so. I will not order my meds from chewy pharmacy again. Pay full price and get meds ready to expire. Real Nice chewy! We’ll lucky for me I don’t ever have to use you again and WON’T !

I have used Chewy for several years now. I find better prices, good sales & exceptional customer services! They have helped me through self-made mistakes on orders & quickly fixed any other problem. But today goes way beyond that as Cynthia from Chewy sent me flowers for the loss of our dog who had to be put down because of cancer!

I’ve always had a great experience with chewy until now. I have a 17 year old 4lb yorkie who is on prescription Medication. After my vet approved the medication, I called chewy to assure I would get it on time. When I was told of arrival time, I asked if I could pay to expedite the shipping option and I was told no and there is nothing they can do (this was Friday morning before it was shipped). Item shipped Saturday night, and will not get to me till Wednesday. I’ve called since to see if they can use my prescription on file to give me 2 days worth of medication (one single pill) until I receive my shipment. I was able to find one local pharmacy who carried it and they refused since my vet prescribed 10 pills and 10 were sent. Options were given to cancel my order and transfer the medication which will only delay me being able to get it. The pharmacist and staff are completely inhumane and like robots. I’m a healthcare provider myself and I’m beyond disgusted that first, shipment of a medication would take so long, second, the refusal to change the shipping option to a faster route even despite wanting to pay for it before it was shipped and Third, to refuse to dispense a single pill (which 10 or 11 pills would make zero therapeutic difference) even though they have a prescription at hand to see that. Instead all they can provide is options which will only delay availability of the medication to a sick dog which time is the issue in the first place- zero compassion or common sense.

I am a first time customer of Chewy. They had the can Fancy Feast cat food that I absolutely could not find anywhere else and at a great price. I bought three cases so I got free shipping. I received the cat food in about four days from the date I ordered it. It was extremely well packed in a heavy duty box. I also received email notifications letting me know that my order was being processed and shipped right up to when it was delivered. This is a very thorough professional company. I am very impressed and I highly recommend them. I will continue to purchase my cats food from them. Excellent company - 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't understand why my purchases are delivered separately my dogs look forward to getting a toy in the box with there food when it's delivered now for some reason the food arrives first and 4 days later there toys arrive why is that this has happened last two orders

I had purchased food and vitamins prior to my pet passing. When I reached out to them regarding returning the items, I was told I could donate them to a local pet shelter and they gladly refunded me the cost of my purchases. That was enough to make me a future Chewy customer; but today, I received flowers with a note from the rep expressing her condolences. Chewy's customer service has gone above and beyond!!!

Always liked my service from Chewy until I sent a friend a email gift card from Chewy and they kept getting the email address wrong. I decided I wanted to send my friend a check instead. Chewy declined to give me my money back!😬

Our dog Abby passed away this weekend and I had to call Chewy this morning to cancel her prescription. I told them she had passed and when I came home from work today, there was a beautiful flower arrangement waiting for me! Soooo nice of them. I will tell all my clients to get their pet supplies through Chewy!

Buyers be warned. I accidentally ordered 3 boxes instead of 3 tablets of Heartgard. I tried to return it and they say per their website I can't find it. No where on the direct page of the product did it say you can not return it. I even searched for 20 minutes to find the policy and couldn't. I had to do a chat with someone to find the link for it. It says temporary has changed the policy, so apparently they choose by the day what they want to. My main question is how can I return food but not an opened/untouched box of prepackaged tablets. She said no because of tampering. I then asked about food returns then, they said that they destroy those. So why can't they destory perscriptions? I was a Chewy customer for over 10 years, but not they have lost my business.

I have been purchasing prescription dog food from Chewy for years...I stocked up this month to be sure to have enough for an 8 week road trip with my dog...unfortunately, we had to put her down just before we left. Chewy has fully refunded my purchase and asked me to donate the food to my local dog shelter. FANTASTIC!

I have been with Chewy two years. They were wonderful in the beginning but have quickly gone downhill. Orders arrive damaged, not at all, at a neighbor's house. Incorrect items, canceled orders sent, orders canceled for no reason. Two day shipping is laughable too! Customer service is ridiculous as you get a new person to correspond with every single time and none of them seem to be on the same page. Browsing through these reviews it seems most of the five star ones are from people who got a refund or flowers. Sadly Chewy is not consistent in this arena either, often missing opportunities for all customers to receive flowers or a card for their pets. They sent my deceased cat a birthday card, I thanked them and told them she had passed so they sent a mug and tea set to a family member of mine in another state! Trying to make up for this oversight they sent me a damaged garden memorial stone.....damaged due to the poor packaging from their own warehouse. Their solutions are replace and/or refund! Rather than address and fix the problems they just throw money at it! They stand behind their 100% guarantee, they will actually refund your entire purchase price for products you aren't 100% satisfied with. When I pointed out how such a policy can hurt their business I was told Chewy is doing so good they can afford to give customers their money back for products they are not 100% satisfied with. A policy like that can be easily abused, but they aren't worried, again, just keep tossing money at people. I tried returning the favor only to have the edible arrangement I sent totally disregarded by one of their corporate offices. A sign that they don't value their employees enough to acknowledge when one is recognized, not to mention the disrespect to me, the customer, who spent money on them for a change! Very sad to see a company I once promoted to everyone decline so quickly. All of these discrepancies can be fixed, but it won't be properly fixed when you just toss cards, flowers, replacements and refunds at the customer! Fix the problems so you won't have to keep handing over your inventory!

Top Notch Customer Service!! First, I love the convenience of Chewy's autoship option. My cats are picky eaters and I can't always find their favorite food at the store. Autoship has saved me so much time and frustration. I added Frontline Flea meds to my latest autoship order, but the product was damaged in shipping. I got on chat with a customer service agent, told them my issue and without any questions or further explanation from me, they processed a replacement for that product. This was definitely one of the best customer services experiences I've ever had.

5 stars without a doubt! Amazing! Usually shop at a big brand store. When I went to order my cat food - limit 2 cans! Not having it. Kitty’s brute in the litter box also, I looked a mat for under the litter box - XL! Ordered on Sunday and on Monday thought to track my package, forgot about it. Open my door for a friend - boom! There it was! Love it so does Mr. Grayson! 🐾♥️🐾

My dog was diagnosed with degenerative heart disease July 20 20. She’s been on VetMedin ever since. This company has done a great job and shipping her medication to me timely and keeping it in stock. this weekend I had to let my sweet baby go to the rainbow bridge and I’m heartbroken. I called chewy yesterday to cancel my order ship subscription for her medication & and the two people I spoke with yesterday were so kind and so genuinely sad for my loss. Today I received flower arrangement from chewy and a card that says, “We’re So sorry to hear of your loss of Maggie, and our hearts go out to you. We know this time is tough, and we’re always here if you need anything. so sorry to hear of your loss of Maggie, and our hearts go out to you. After the loss of my beloved Vinny, I had asked Chewy to cancel a pending order and asked about returning an unopened bag of dog food. They credited me for the food and asked me to donate it to an animal shelter. I was impressed by that. A week later, I received flowers from them with a beautiful note expressing their sympathy. How thoughtful! Once again I was impressed and grateful that a company would do that. Thank you Chewy❤️
