Costco received my returned items on June 10,2020 . I still haven't received my refunds, after more than a month. I have called them THREE times to follow up, I spent more than one hour of waiting time each time and was told that I should get my money back in a few days . Why are you still holding my money since you already received my merchandise a month ago?

Don't buy appliances at Costco unless you want to wait for weeks/months. I purchased a dish washer one month ago from Costco.com website, which was delivered one week later, but the installation did not happen as XPO (Costco's delivery partner) did not have the spare parts to do the install. I was told they will come back in 2 days to do the install, but its been 3 weeks and no one showed up.

Absolutely Horrible online service! They could not deliver us our Dinning table till now, it’s been 2 months, though they have delivered us the chairs and the legs of the table in 3 different attempts. And when you call them to check on the rest of the order, they have no updates. I'm just losing my patience now. An advise to them - they should just shut their Online service, if they cant handle it.

So... Due to Covid, Costco is no longer putting air in people's car tires. Because suddenly, three months after Covid hit, they care. Yes. They care. In fact, they all of a sudden - magically even - care SO MUCH about everyone's safety and health that they want to reduce the contact between people and customers to eliminate any possibility for a Covid outbreak. So they've set up a station whereby people who pay $155 a year for a Costco membership and who buy Costco tires for the specific reason of having Costco maintain them, can fill their own tires. Apparently tires are now a Covid threat. Because usually before I go to Costco I spend some up close and personal time getting intimate with my tires. I talk to them, breath on them, maybe accidentally pant or sneeze on them, or cough - maybe - on them, touch them - tires need love too. I don't know; it's possible - I mean it could happen that I might accidentally lick them if I get too close, just because. You know how things can go with tires. So, I can see how the kindly people at Costco would be concerned that their employees might get Covid from my tires. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with Costco's latest excuse to back out of providing good customer service under the guise of pretending to care about their employee's and customer's health. Dear Costco, if you truly cared about your customer's health, you would have had a jumbo size container of Clorox wipes by the pin pad at every checkout counter at every Costco across the country from day one, because if Covid really is the threat that you are pretending it is, your credit card pin pads would have killed hundreds of thousands - if not millions - of people by now. And FYI, spotlighting one of your customer's complaints about forcing your customers to wear a mask THREE MONTHS INTO the so-called pandemic, is a despicable way to utilize fear, hate, and mob idiocy to shame a person who is voicing a fair concern about your tardy and pathetic store policy, and the worthlessness of masks as documented by OSHA on their website. If I could give zero stars for customer service and using Covid to go as cheap and low as a store can go, I would.

For decades I’ve been a true Costco member. But as of late with what’s going on in China and the world Costco realizing that most everything It sells is made in China, I decided to distance myself from this retailer. With the real possibility of Costco turning a blind eye to slave labor and child labor Costco is profiting from this horrible act and I just can not be a part of Costco and its allowed practices.

in November 2017 we purchased a set of Michelin Tires from the Costco Tire Center in Burnsville, Minnesota for our 2014 Hyundai Elantra. The Tires we purchased supposedly had a 60,000 mile warranty on them. When we recently took the car in for a regular oil change, the mechanic told us the tires on the back of the car were almost totally worn out. We only had 24,000 miles on those tires. He called me into the garage where he had the car on the rack and I saw that the outside of each tire was completely bald, while the inner side of the tire had some tread, but not much. The front tires were in better shape, but at least 3/4 of the tread was gone on them too. I took the car in to the Costco Tire Center, expecting them to provide me some discount on a set of new tires, based on the premature wear of the tires. I expected some type of pro-rata discount. He said that the wear was funny and that it must be some type of mechanical problem. He also said that the tires hadn't been rotated twice, as they should have been, and they weren't going to warranty the tires in way. I admitted that we probably hadn't rotated the tires, but there is no way they should have worn that way in just 24,000 miles. Long story short, I had to buy a new set of tires after just 24,000 miles. Just beware that when you buy tires with these supposedly high mileage warranties, and you do have a problem with the tread wearing out much earlier, the Tire Center at the Store will look for any way to void that warranty. I am convinced that even if I had rotated the tires, they would have simply said it was some type of mechanical problem. I had truly come to expect more from Costco.

I love Costco and enjoy my 2 trips a week for the last 25 years. My issue with Costco is all the Chinese products you carry. If I had to guess its 70% and that’s only because of meat and alcohol. Only because nobody would buy either product because we cant trust them enough to put in our body. I’ve always bought American and I find I can only buy 3 things from you. Meat, alcohol and Milk. Even when you claim it’s actually American! It’s most of the time wrong and packaging and print of box is American. Don’t put USA on packages if not made here. It makes you as liar!!! And not to be trusted especially when the majority store is made in China. Hopefully you start buying American products and stop supporting China. Thanks

This Costco has the worst service ever. At the membership area at around 2:30 PM, a worker named Giovanna just ignores customers is being extremely rude and prejudice towards them for no reason. What kind of service is this? Rude service. Do NOT do membership with rude workers. Sam's Club is better than them.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS from COSTCO.COM and expect them in time for your event. We ordered a month in advance and now our flowers are going to arrive the day AFTER our wedding. NOT ORDER FLOWERS from COSTCO.COM and expect them in time!!! NO PHONE CALLS, NO FEEDBACK, 80-90 minutes wait times just to get the call disconnected and have to start over again. Terrible service and will not take responsibility for the shipping company UPS not delivering on time. If Costco.com KNOWS they have a problem with the shipping due to extenuating circumstances, then a phone call recommending that one advances the order to the prior available day would have solved the problem. I will get a refund but that still does not solve the problem of not having all of my flowers 2 days before the wedding in a small western Montana town. From a Very unhappy long-time Costco Member.

I ordered a playset from Costco on May 7th. The playset arrived on May 12th in the evening so we waited until the next day to open it so we could put it together. On May 13th, upon opening it, I realized it had been damaged in transit and called to request placement parts. It is now June 21st and we still do not have replacement parts for the 11 pieces that were damaged. I have called every other day to get information on when my parts would be shipped. Nothing. I have received 3 emails total: May 15th, May 31st, and June 1st. I've spoken to ONE supervisor. Each customer service representative told me they would contact someone but no one EVER contacted me back. I was always pushed to the back burner and I'm tired of it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!! If anything is wrong it will take weeks or MONTHS for them to rectify the situation... if they fix it AT ALL. This was meant to be a birthday present for my kids since we couldn't have a birthday party this year due to the pandemic. My kids are extremely disappointed, which makes me more mad. Don't do business with Costco Online orders... unless you like to be ignored and not have the product you paid (over $1500) for.

I wanted to try costco because i heard alot of good things about it. We go to sign up for a membership, i think its rediculous that u can only use a visa card to shop there. I know y’all have alot of customers but you lost a potential and everyone i talk to about this. I will stay with sams club since they dont care how you pay for your goods.

Costco makes customers wear masks in 102-106 degree weather in Southern Utah. We are coming out of the pandemic with many public services opening up, no masks required. I will not shop there anymore, because I like to breathe. I also like to support businesses that care about civil liberties.

Placed an order on 5/9 and was scheduled for delivery. Cancelled and rescheduled 3 times at this point. Apparently Costco doesn't care that this is for 4 appliances that are needed especially during the current situation. Can't get someone to give me a reason and was just told it will take 3-5 days to get a resolution team member to call me back. Totally unacceptable. Plan on cancelling my executive membership when and if I get a return phone call. Not worth all this hassle to get what I already paid for.

Today I went to Woodinville Costco with mask and gloves. I go to Costco every other month so I get two or more of many products. Today I just couldn’t find many products because they moved stuff over last two months. I couldn’t find belvidas. I asked for help and we searched and finally found them on pallet. It took a few minutes but the employee got the forklift, got two helpers and took down the pallet of belvidas and then tossed me two. I was so grateful. I appreciate that they took the time to assist me, and remembered who I was and how many I wanted over a period of 45 minutes. It’s the little things that cheer our souls. Thank you

I will no longer be a member of Costco . I refuse to be told to wear a face mask while shopping . I will not give my business to the stores that try to be socialist. There are too many other options and if I were Costco I’d be worried about loosing good business during this time when businesses are struggling .

I have been on hold with Costco for an hour now cause I am not able to cancel my damn order I placed on 4/30. I have had a local Costco worker reach out to u guys about my order n you straight up lied and said it was being shipped last week. Then she calls today n is told that your having problems with the quality of the product i ordered and have been for awhile. So I will sit on hold so I can cancel this order and hope to never ever have to contact you guys again. I will be telling my friends not to order from .here It's very unprofessional and I will not order online again.
