If you are considering getting KnowHow to install your appliance. Stop now and don't even go any further. I paid for installation of my appliance and the brackets have been bent don't align up which causes the dishwasher door not to close properly and they have damage the side of my until too. There a screw left protruding on the bracket which scratches the dishwasher each time you open it. Never again .....in future I will use the trusted John Lewis.

This is the second product, an LG Fridge Freezer (first was damaged washing machine) that we have bought from Currys beginning of the year. Within months it stopped working properly, and a door was replaced as a result. However 6 repairs and 4 doors later it still does not work. So I've only had a working Fridge Freezer for 3 months of the 9 months we've owned it. The last 2 times the repair guy has not showed up. I can't get through to customer services. I've written a letter with no response. I have 3 doors sat in my house, a 2yr old and, an unwell wife, and trying to work full time, I just don't have the mental capacity any more to be dealing with all this, I just need a product that works :-(

Staff, including the manager were useless. Very poor customer service and even worse refund policy. Requested an immediate refund and was told that it would take 5 days

Absolutely furious. Pre-ordered PS5 in September but order messed up due to a Currys technical tissue. Could not order another as the pre-order code had become invalid. Contacted loads of times just to get fobbed off and told they had no stock yet they release some for sale on launch day. Bunch of liars with no care for their customers, do not give this company your business!

Won't provide proce match continually saying my item can not be found / don't sell this item. Blatant lies. Not only is it considerably more expensive they refuse to honour price match as advertised. Bad customer service in store and on social

Worst service of my life ever. I had to get my washing machine replaced from Currys since it broke within its 1 year guarantee. this is the 5th Call I'm having with this Team Know How, and no one even know the process how to get a replacement done. after 4th Call, a delivery was scheduled today, but no one turned up. now as I write this review, i'm on call speaking to 5th person who also cant assist well enough and i'm on hold till he speaks to his colleagues to find what he should be doing. No idea how many more calls I might end up doing to get my replacement machine.

Everything was fast and seamless when you buy something from them. From online shopping, transaction, all the way to delivery. Fast! But expect the opposite when you're making a return. The chat representative is quick to close the chat for just a few minutes of idle time on your part. You may be checking an order number or transaction number, the next thing you know they've closed the chat. It's like every single chat rep has diarrhea and fleeing for the bathroom. The pick-up courier is the opposite too, they wait for you to come out if it's a delivery, but when it's a return, it's like the zombie apocalypse with these couriers.

If I could give minus stars I would. Treatment of customers is disgraceful after reporting my washing machine not working 6 weeks ago and an engineer condemning the machine I cannot get any further. Spent hours on hold over the last 5 weeks and various staff advising that I’ll hear within 24 hours or 7 - 10 days still nothing. I would not recommend Know How as they have broken their contract in every way possible. The pandemic is used as an excuse, staff are working from home there is no acceptable excuse for the unbelievable waiting times where you are placed on hold or for the delay issuing a voucher

Absolutely shocking aftercare my integrated dishwasher arrived with no door fixings to attach the cupboard door to the front of it, this was supposedly ordered three weeks ago. I have spoken to customer services three times today and on the third time the guy said he has ordered it and it will come in the post, so it obviously wasn't ordered three weeks ago. I would rather pay a bit extra and go elsewhere in future.

Customer service called took 3 35 minute calls to get through. The person on the phone was hard to understand, the advice given incorrect. Turned up at Fosse park store with an exchange code as told had to go there to arrange collection and delivery of replacement goods as covered by 5 year guarantee. Then find out you don't get a replacement as that model no longer available and you have to pay extra. This is shark practice as when purchased the product has 5 year guarantee, Curry's buy in the product so should ensure the manufacturer provides the guarantee or they should not sell with it. Did not take the extra insurance from Curry's as when used previously the problems on a washing machine deemed as not covered, the problems with a TV not covered, so they are not all inclusive packages. Will never step foot inside or buy online any product again from these deceitful sharks. Buyers beware they do not keep their word, they do not provide good customer service they just rip you off as only a few high street places left, well this way there will be one less soon. As we were not the only ones there today queueing for exchanges and refunds. Such queues in a lockdown show how many people dissatisfied if in store you wouldn't see them all. So I would say be smart shop elsewhere

I bought a HP printer from curry's as it had an offer advertised of 6 months free instant ink. Upon installing the printer I was advised that the offer is not available in this country. So very disappointed in both Curry's and HP

I ordered 4 items for next day paid delivery, 3 items received next day as said. And received an email saying that one item will be delivered next week. When I called to know why. They said we will refund the delivery cost Instead of delivering it the next day. They didn't even apologise for inconvenience made by them. I lost one day of my work for waiting for the delivery. I am really not happy with their attitude and service. D Austin

Fridge freezer delivered today damaged. Spent 1hr 20 mins on phone and still don't know when a replacement will come. Terrible service. I wish I'd paid more and used a local business. Getting thru to customer service a nightmare. If you email customer service you get a message saying the mailbox isn't functioning any more. A horrible stressful experience. Not enough staff answering phones and prob on minimum wage too. A mess

Just received a delivery from Currys via Yodel. Five identical items ordered, only 4 delivered. Now trying to find a way of contacting Currys to ask where the fifth one is. There is NO WAY to do this on their website....apart from a chargeable phone service that says the average wait time is an HOUR. Their tracking page asks for a 10 digit number starting 74....there is no 10 digit tracking number on any of the paperwork. I have a customer number, order number, 19 digit tracking number with Yodel, and a receipt number. None are 10 digit and none work on the tracking page. One page on their website has a young lady with headphones and the words Webchat with a colleague, look for the 'need help' button on this page.... THERE ISN'T A NEED HELP BUTTON ON THE PAGE Quite clearly Currys do not want to make themselves available to help customers, and with ratings like this on Trust Pilot you can understand why. Tantamount to fraud is the only way I can sum up my experience with Currys

I will never buy from Currys again. I had a 4 month old Logik dryer which I purchased from Currys. Unfortunately it stopped working after the 4th use. Engineer was unable to fix it as part out of stock so arranged with Currys for a replacement. After 2 failed replacement dates as they didn’t turn up Currys eventually agreed to a refund. After almost a month I was told 22/10 that it would be collected the next day and I would definitely receive my refund within 3-5 days. As I had previously complained Currys said that if I hadn’t had the refund within 10 days of it being collected to let them know, this was 25/10. As of Monday still no refund and it had been 11 days so contacted Currys who told me I would have to wait another 14 days because it needed to be done manually. I called back to query this and was told it would now take 14 working days just to process the refund and then maybe another 3-5 days after for the refund to go through. I am wondering what excuse they will think of next to keep hold of my money This is shocking 😡

ABYSMAL SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN I ordered an item on the 23rd of October through the currys website using a gift card as part of the payment (£60 gift card), this order was then cancelled 5 days later with no warning as it was apparently out of stock the whole time and should have been delivered by this date according to the estimated dates. I was notified that the refund was confirmed on the 29th of October (9am), it has now been 5 days (excluding Sunday) since then and I have still not received my gift card refund. Customer services has been no help at all, I was originally informed by email that I can change the item to an alternative one but the employee on the helpline could only respond with ''sorry I cannot help you'' multiple times leaving my only form of help to twitter, a social media site. The customer service has been abysmal, considering it has now been 12 days since I first ordered and I still haven't received my full refund. Why the refund is posted is beyond me, especially as I used a digital gift card when purchasing the item but rest assured once this gift card has been spent it will be the last time I or anyone I know use currys to purchase anything. An absolute farce.

We have had the worst experience for washing machine purchase at Currys. We ordered a Samsung washing machine on Currys website on Sunday, 25th Oct, and paid extra for express delivery to have it delivered for Wednesday, 28th Oct. The washing machine came on Wednesday, but it was faulty as the panel wasn’t working. The driver, Giuseppe was really nice and trying to solve the issue for us. After a very long phone call with Currys, he told us that we’d get a new washing machine delivered the next day. He took away both the old and new washing machines. He also disconnected our dishwasher, so our kitchen wouldn’t be flooded. After the driver, Giuseppe left, I called Currys to confirm the delivery for our new washing machine. However, the first customer advisor on the phone told me that we wouldn’t get a new washing machine as they advised to send an engineer to our house to inspect our new washing machine in the next 5-7 days. I got really upset as 1) we don’t have the new washing machine as it was taken away by the driver; 2) the washing machine was faulty at delivery as we didn’t even use it at all. While I was trying to reason with the advisor (didn’t get her name), my call got cut off. I called Currys back and got to speak to a different customer service advisor called Margaret. I explained everything to her again. After checking on different systems and talking to different departments at Currys, Margaret told me the same thing that we wouldn’t get a new washing machine the next day. Instead, we needed to call back again and asked for an exchange. But, this was not an exchange. The washing machine was faulty! The whole buying experience with Currys has been extremely unsatisfactory and the customer service is very poorly for the following reasons: 1). They delivered a faulty washing machine. 2). They didn’t offer to deliver a new replacement washing machine, instead to advise sending an engineer to inspect it in the next 5-7 days. 3). The driver told us that we’d get a new washing machine the next day, but the customer service advisors said we couldn’t. We had to call back to ask for an exchange, but it wasn’t an exchange! The washing machine was faulty! So why should we have to call back, put through a new order and book a new delivery slot again?! 4). Now, we have no washing machine, our dishwasher got disconnected and we cannot really use our kitchen tap either. We are very disappointed with Currys product and service, so we have decided to freeze our Paypal payment to Currys, and buy our washing machine somewhere else. We have always been buying household appliances from John Lewis and have never had a single issue. Lesson learnt, and will never buy from Currys again.

I went in store to buy an ipad and there was none in stock and they offered to buy it online so I said okay and they did. I went to collect it the next day and they handed over the wrong product so we asked for an exchange. They refunded it onto a gift card and re ordered it and it was the wrong product again. We checked as soon as we collected it standing in store but they still went and checked if we used it (because obviously we had used it within 30 seconds of collecting it smh). HOWEVER they were extremely rude to us when we asked for a refund and the manager was accusing us of ordering the wrong item when the sales people on the shop floor ordered for us. She almost actually refused refunding it. Then we decided just to look around at different ipads and when we were asking a sales person some questions, the manager had the audacity to come and ask us what we were still doing here and told the sales person not to be serious with us because we were apparently time wasters!!!
