I ordered a small item as a click and collect, as we are in lock down we wanted the nearest store which was 1 mile from my home so I made sure that was the store I chose on the order, but when I went to collect the item it wasn't there. I went home and looked at my order the order had been changed and now we have to travel 7 miles into the centre of another town park up and walk to the store to get it. So lockdown doesn't seem to matter to Curry's, I have tried to find a customer services number to cancel the order but their website just sends me round in circles. So now we risk a fine for travelling so far and paying carparking as the shop is in a no car area. Thanks curries for nothing I won't be doing it again.

- Ordered laptop on 16th Jan - Arrived on 17th Jan and was faulty - Returned collected on 25th Jan - Contacted Currys via their Facebook "escalation team" on 8th Feb after hearing NOTHING from Currys about my exchange. Advisor told me they had processed a refund and it would be with me in 7 working days. - Contacted a week later and was told it was definitely refunded and the money will show up on my existing gift card soon. - 3 hours later I received an email that my refund had just been processed and a new gift card would be sent to me within 5 working days. - Called CS to complain and the lady I spoke to just tried to downplay my frustration and didn't care because the refund had finally been processed. No empathy for the lie frankie in your "escalation (lying) team" told me. I know that currys clearly don't care, but I definately wont be ordering from the liers again.

I bought a lap top and a tablet. The laptop delivered, but the tablet not, unknown address. Same address on both product. That was my husbands Christmas present. After that, I made many phone calles, spoke with many people, better to say robots. You know that type of people. They repeating what they are allowed to say, but you can't get any answer for your question, for example, where is my refund? I was waiting for 2 month to get back my money. That is not acceptable.

Worst customer service ever! Showing an item in stock so purchased. Didn’t get it on deliver date so chased to find out it was out of stock. Asked for a refund 5 times over three days and only got standard replies. Called them and got told I needed to fill in a form. Did that and they quote 14 days for processing. What a joke. It was there stock error and these things happen but sort it out for the customer not muck them about

Ordered dishwasher online. Bad experience are the following; 1. Poor online site design. 2. To change delivery address after payment is made, is not possible except to cancel and start over again. 3. Nobody is interested to listen when they curry's call. Overall this is the first and the last, will never buy from curry unless the TOP people is listening.

It took 2 days on a computer to place an order which was only accepted when we added paid delivery. Free delivery is obviously not an option unless you are very lucky. trying to contact to arrange installation as needed to remove gas and install electric was a nightmare! When item delivered 7.45 am Saturday the back was missing from the cooker. Apparantly our responsibilty to contact customer service a major operation and seven menus later eventually answered to be told we must ring back tomorrow as item in transit and replacement cannot be orderd and they bcannot call us. We are living in fear and dread of the next stage and will we ever get our cooker which we have all ready spent time waiting for! Never again!!!

Ordered a fridge freezer with them. Paid for installation. When it arrived the drivers left it in the hallway and did not bother installing. No masks were worn. Price of fridge had dropped over the time it had taken to be delivered yet would not honour their price march gurantee, even though this was the price on their own website! Taken 2 months to get the refund for not installing ssd product. Avoid like the plague.

What an awful experience. I ordered an electronic device, a week later nothing had arrived. I call them up, being served by a rude customer support person, they say oops the item is out of stock. In the meantime, they had charged my card, sent me a receipt but never followed up to inform me of the out of stock situation. They couldn't tell me if and when it will be back in stock, actually, they didn't care to find out. I call them a week later, the operator found 3 items in stock and updated my order as sending. 48 hours later, nothing again. I call them up again, oops it is out of stock. They offered no compensation for the whole inconvenience, no apologies, nothing. I asked to speak to a manager, they said they would call me back within 48 hours. Guess what, they never called. I cancelled the order and purchased the item from a different supplier at a lower cost and with next day delivery and with immediate updates. Currys is a company that does not deserve to exist in this time and age. Thank you.

Cluelsess customer service. Asked for a replacement over three weeks after produc delivered was damaged, then they told me to ask for the uplift number from manufacturer and because it was over 7 days, manufcaturer couldn't do anything. So frustrating.

I was able to collect my purchase on the same day and I felt very safe (good measures in place). I wanted to return an item and it was easy and the refund got to my account in less than 48 hours. I would only suggest to send a more detailed email about the collection when returning an item. Very happy customer here!

Poor service. I bought a vacuum cleaner from Curry’s online in March 2020 and it is not working now in February 2021, so it is within the guarantee period. When I rang their customer “care” line they told me to ring Bosch. No interest in what was wrong or how to help.

Ordered a washing machine from Currys which they delivered and installed promptly, but they left without testing it or switching it on. We immediately realised it was faulty and tried to contact Currys and that’s where it all went wrong. In short: you can’t. If you phone Currys or use their webchat, they give you a number that just transfers you to the manufacturer. They won’t arrange an exchange without a number from the manufacturer but the manufacturer will only give that number to Currys, not the customer. The webchat staff are foreign and just keep repeating the same thing then cut you off. So Currys have deliberately set up a system that makes it impossible to have a faulty product replaced. I will never, ever, buy anything from this shower of scammers again.

My recent experience with Currys was beyond awful! Currys listed the item incorrectly: Firstly, the product I purchased was mis-sold. Product information: The item listed 'integrated fridge-freezer', Currys have since revised their mistake on the website. The appliance is in fact a freestanding fridge-freezer (not at all compatible with integrated kitchen joinery). Attempting to resolve through their website: I made a prompt enquiry with Currys online 'Virtual Assistant' - I was unsuccessful in resolving the issue here. Phone calls: My following action was a call to 'Team Knowhow' - also unsuccessful. More unsuccessful website chat, phone calls: From here, I went to online chat via their website. Spoke with six separate representatives (one chat 'disconnected' - I'm guessing as they exceeded their target), a further five unsuccessful phone calls (one of which I was hung up on). Driving to various stores to sort in person: After advice from live chat on the Currys website, I drove to my local store to speak to a member of staff in person. They were unable to assist and told me to drive to the nearest store (a further 30-mile round trip) to speak with customer services at an alternative branch. I did so, as soon as I arrived they informed me I'd have to call the phone line - at this point after wasting four hours of my time, I refused to call the number. Instead, asking a member of the customer help team to call on my behalf. Collection day: The driver arrived 2 hours before their scheduled collection window, although they gave 20minutes notice which luckily was enough time to coordinate a family member arriving. Incorrect collection details: Currys had recorded the WRONG product for collection. Therefore all the paperwork was wrong and they refused to take the item they mis-sold to me. They will not allow for a refund until they collect their error - still unresolved. Very stressed and unhappy customer - Never again!

The service I have received from Currys is absolutely appalling. Trying to sort out the vouchers to replace our faulty cooker, which Currys engineer has deemed to be unsafe to use, is a complete joke and an utter nightmare. To begin with, trying to speak to someone on their customer service lines is the most frustrating thing imaginable, you are kept waiting for someone to talk too up to, in my experience yesterday, some 40 mins. Then when you do eventually speak to a team know how person they are useless. Not a clue what’s going on, unable to answer a simple question, and tell you a pack of lies to get you off the call. Quite frankly you would get more help from a sub normal chimpanzee! They are without doubt, one of the worst company’s I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I have up until now been a loyal customer to Currys and purchased several expensive white goods from them including a recent new expensive OLED tv, but never again. I shall avoid them like the plague.

I'm not one to write negative reviews, or even write reviews but my experience with Curry's was atrocious. I bought a laptop on Black Friday, the process was easy and quick but I realised immediately I was given a faulty laptop. I went into store and they told me to call customer services. I called customer services and after waiting an hour to get to someone they said I can exchange the laptop but I'd have to go in store. Long story short, I was sent back and forth so many times because of the lack of coordination between departments. I had to call up customer services almost every day for two weeks to try and sort this out, having to wait in a queue for an hour each time. In store, there was always a long queue of unhappy customers having to go through so much just to return a faulty item. One of the times, I was once in store for three hours because of how useless the customer service team is; I was even given a parking ticket even though I was in the Curry's car park. After 3 weeks of stress I finally managed to return the item. I emailed customer service teams and CEOs but have still not received any response after three months. If you buy from Curry's, the price difference will be made up for by atrocious customer service and faulty products. Only buy from them if you're 100% sure you'll never have to deal with them again!

What a joke! I purchased a vacuum cleaner on line , nothing but confusion when I got there . Finally got it home and it doesn’t work . Two hours wait on the so called helpline to be told I have to write an email instead. I will never ever use them again. Rubbish product , rubbish service.

Shocking! Waited 2 weeks for my cooker, paid and ordered online. No correspondence what so ever via email/txt/phone call too give delivery date/time! Absolute shambles.Customer service is a joke, web chat is beyond and no point trying too get hold of a “real” person! Single Mum with 2 small children, paid £400 for cooker and installation and no option but too wait! Actually had a phone call this morning off delivery guy and had it installed and old cooker removed, could not fault the guys. But completely lost faith in CURRYS, had too purchase other “gadgets” too try and cook so in total it’s cost me a small fortune, which I couldn’t truly afford! Never ever again will I use CURRYS!
