Around September 15, 2021 I bought a Dell Inspiron 7506 2in1 laptop online directly from Dell. I received it around Sept 21 2021. The very next day the copper tabs on the Dell active pen that came with it popped off. I contacted Customer care in India and they asked me to send it back and they will send a new replacement in a week's time. I did that. I got my pen around the end of May 2022, it was not even the same pen that originally came with the laptop. The customer care told me that they have stopped manufacturing that pen as it was old!!?? How's that for a week? Then around June 15, 2022 the motherboard of this brand new laptop that was used seven times only since being bought conked out!! Contacted Customer care being under warranty a tech was sent onsite to my home he brought another motherboard. Installed it and went away saying all is well. But all was not well, I started getting blue screens with various error messages. Contacted customer care again in india. They did some trouble shooting over the phone I was up till 3am in the morning with them and after couple of days they said that contact the software department we have corrected the hardware issues, it's software issue; but same errors were still there. The software people said that they were a third party and will require a payment of CDN$120 plus tax!! But this is not a software issue!! I told them it doesn't seem so. But they wouldn't listen. I got my Windows reinstalled still the same errors. The error messages that I am getting are pfn_list_corrupt; irql_not_or_less_or_equal; page_fault_in_nonpaged_area; system_service_exception; memory_management; system_thread_exception_not_handled. I told the customer care that these do not seem like software errors these are hardware/motherboard errors for I am now certain that the motherboard they sent as replacement for me was not new but refurbished, and may have had some ram issues. The tech who came to instal the motherboard at my place did not know what may have been wrong with that replacement motherboard. Since june 21, 2022 todate July 1, 2022 the customer care whenever I contact them they say that there is nothing wrong with the hardware or motherboard, it's a software issue. I asked them that I need to talk with some senior person in Dell USA or Canada, they said a manager will call in 48 business hours. I wonder how many hours are gone now since June 26, 2022. Please, please tell me what these errors apply to then? Are they not hardware related? I told them that as the system is under warranty so I want them to either send me a brand new error free same laptop or refund my money as this laptop cost me over CDN$1700. They said not happening even though this is Dell Manufacturing flaw. So I ask those in the management in USA and Canada why is that? Who do I turn to for redressal of my grievance? Whatever number I try to contact Dell on it connects to india customer care. I even changed the system from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and it still is giving same errors infact now the system even hangs up. It does not even accept my pin at times to logon. Videos stop in the middle. Will someone please look into this for me before the manufacturer warranty runs out in september 2022. I am so sorry that I opted for Dell. Where do I go to air my grievance?

I have had an ongoing issue with my computers. I paid 3700 originally in Nov 2021 for an Alienware laptop. Since then, I have had: 4 technicians within the first 10-11 months for that laptop. They replaced the Motherboard, fans, speakers, everything within it. It ended up dying again and needing to be swapped anyway. with the replacement "brand new computer" they sent me: I had to fight to get ANY kind of warranty on it even though they used a month or two of my warranty building this computer. within the first 6 month warranty they gave me, I have had 1 tech out and many other calls in about issues that are not resolved but are not computer breaking so i have just been dealing with them. the second tech was scheduled for 6/21 after being pushed back a week. he changed out the motherboard and the computer has not been overheating since. Today 6/27, the computer power button started to blink red and blue which is exactly what it did the last time right before it stopped working all together. Someone from dell called me and "all they could offer" was to mail in the computer to have it tested in a "controlled environment" and then ship it back to me in perfect working order. the agent told me they could not even think about offering a refund to me because it is over 30 days in. this does not make sense because one of the other agents put in a request for a refund -so what were we applying for? The agent just kept repeating himself so although i did not accept his response i told him i understood and would think about it. at this point i am convinced that the computer will again die unexpectedly like all the times before and that i will not be able to do the things I need to do on it on a daily basis. so i am asking for a refund so that Dell and I can part ways and I can get something more reliable. I thought the spending the extra money would make it more reliable and mean I would have a good experience but I have had anything but.

My Dell computer broke after only two years. Sent it in for repairs to Dell and received my laptop yesterday. They removed my hard drive from my computer. Called Dell and Dell is claiming that they received my laptop without the hard drive. So either UPS puled a mission impossible and removed my hard drive en route or Dell messed up and lost my hard drive or worse yet stole it. I will never buy another Dell product or service again.

Bought an Insperion 3742 two years ago. Been a nightmare. Never will print without having to reload the printer driver, every time. Very slow. Have to reboot constantly. I have had Dell computers for over 20 years, and my old one worked better. Very sad that the cream of the crop is now producing such horrible products.

Had Dell Laptops for years. "NEVER AGAIN". Never delt with such a terrible company. First they sold me a laptop they knew it had issues with hinges. 3 months after purchase hinge broke and also damaged the screen. Contacted Dell and after 2 days of calling and several transfers, they said they would cover hinge but not screen, which hinge broke. finally was told they would cover hinge so I sent laptop for repair. now it took 2 weeks just to get text stating part not available. back to calling and transfers. finally get text stating part is in. week later get another text stating part not in until Aug ( sent for repairs in may). Back to calls and transfers. They would not send me new laptop only refurbished one and Get This old warrantee that did not cover my laptop will be transferred to refurbished laptop. Also in case your wondering, none of the reps I spoke to are in U.S. they have no reps you can deal with in US.. Never again an also making sure company I work for starts looking for another computer company to work with. Like they say "Buy cheap, buy Twice Sam R

Dell Inspiron 7559 5 Y/O laptop has broken motherboard lockdown - I contacted Dell and sent laptop in for repair - 4 weeks later I received a call from support stating the part is no longer manufactured and is out of stock. 5 weeks later. I received the laptop back - minus the battery. I realize the battery can become swollen and may not be shipped that way. Horrible customer service experience - I will never buy anything Dell!

Worst company ever. NEVER buy again from dell. Package came damaged, Item was refused. The second day item was delivered back to warehouse of dell, but I keep waiting for refund more than 21days. absolutely nonsense when in theyre terms saying that its maximum of 14 days. I can't do anything about it, even with proof of delivery. Absolutely nonsense. Support team can't do nothing at all and giving me no options. WORST COMPANY DONT BUY

I have had 4 instances about this problem and Dell was not able to resolve it. Your resolution was to reinstall Microsoft Windows. I did this a couple of times, costing me well over 20 hours of work, until I realized that you were incompetent. A quick call to a local technician, who suggested that I may have a default memory RAM chip. Bingo, chip replaced, and no more issues. Why did YOU, Dell, not recommend to test the memory???

I've been buying Dells for 30 years. I have a staff of 14. That's a lot of Dells. I paid for the 24 hour turnaround on site service, as it's critical to have my equipment working properly. Well, I was getting power error messages so I called a month or two ago (less than 1 year old computer) and they said it was just that the computer had to be on a minute or two for it to function fully. Last Wednesday, May 25, 2022, the computer stopped working completely. Can't get power on at all. So Thursday we placed a service ticket. We thought we'd have 24 hour on site service. That is what we PAID FOR. They informed us that they could not work on it until Tuesday. Devastating to not have a working laptop computer as I was going to work while traveling. I had to cancel my plans and stay in Denver. I have deadlines and honor them even when inconvenient! We called on Tuesday as they didn't contact us. They promised someone would be here Wednesday, which is today. It's now 5 and we got nothing. At 4:30 we called and they said they would be here FRIDAY. It's already been a week. I'm scratching my head thinking why did I pay for 24 hour on sight service? How could they CHARGE me for that if they won't honor it. In our call at 4:30 (and the reason that finally prompted a review) is that the Dell service rep got nasty ugly with us for asking for it to be done quicker. Wow, 30 years of purchase down the drain. I used to love Dell. I'm trying not to use the word hate, but I'm getting there. How we've been treated and the level of customer service is beyond bad. On Dell's website they claim that their average review is four stars. I goggled Dell reviews and see an incredible amount or reviews on several independent sites that shows Dell getting an average of barely over 1 star, the absolute lowest rating they can get. This review is in line with the truth. Dell at one time was a stellar company and I loved them. They now prioritizes income statement profits over their customers. This is it for me. I'm so ticked off I don't think Dell could do anything at this point to undo the damage they've inflicted. I still don't have a working computer and all I get is a runaround and cranky customer service that doesn't get the job done. They don't even show up. Promised twice and no one even bothered to let us know they weren't gonna come. Shame on Dell. I hope they lose their market share. It would be nice to see lousy customer service rewarded with it's just deserts. see also: Google results Read 871 Genuine Customer Reviews | www.dell.comhttps://www.reviews.io › company-reviews › store › dell Dell has collected 871 reviews with an average score of 1.18. I was promised the laptop in 5 - 8 days from purchase. 14 days after purchase I requested the order to be canceled. That same day 3 hours latter they “created a shipping label” and took the money from my account. I spent the next 4 weeks trying to get my money back and they never delivered the laptop during that time nor did they even know where it was, one day they said coming from India and the next day coming from China. After 6 weeks of the battle they delivered it “no signature required” dropped on my porch when I was not at home. I took it straight to FedEx unopened as “recipient refused package“. I then still had to battle to get my money. It finally took me filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and notifying my bank of the unauthorized withdrawal. My bank finally credited my money back after reviewing all the emails between Dell and I. Dell even sent an email the day before delivery saying that if I did not accept the new delivery date of May 12th by May 11th that the Federal Trade Commission required them to cancel the order. I never accepted the be delivery date and they still delivered the computer and I still had to fight to get my $3,507 back. I have purchased a couple Dell laptops in the past and had great customer service hence my reason for trying again, but this was the worst customer service I have had in my life. Even the salesman in Texas emailed me saying he had never experienced anything like this. In conclusion I believe That the minute I canceled the order Dell created a shipping label “while shipping nothing” just to take money from my account to draw interest on it while they drag out a super long process. I wonder how many others have been stolen from by Dell.

They will screw you for your money. I brought a brand new laptop Inspirion 3000. Paid about $500. My worst decision.. The laptop froze all the time and would take 30 mins to do anything on the laptop. Spent hrs and hrs with technical support and it was USELESS with all their troubleshooting support. Basically i used the computer 3-5 times and had to garbage. Tech support denied to take it back. I feel DELL IS NOW A SCAM COMPANY.... NEVER NEVER NEVER BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Last Order with Dell has now been cancelled. New laptop (late, late, late, cancelled, ordered from refurbished Dell site) - supposed to have MS Office - nope... after too many contacts - was not charged - ok.. ordered as I need it and said would get e-mail with download link and code in 4-8 hours. Well - NOPE... they are actually MAILING me instructions on how to DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE! - yep, read that again, sending via USPS or FED EX (can't tell me which) a paper letter telling me how to download software - I could have stopped by Best Buy on my way home and bought a darn CD if that is what I wanted to do - I'm sure I'll hear a bunch of I'm sorry... don't care - this has now degraded to just silly!

If I could give a 0 stars, I would! Ordered a very expensive monitor from Dell in February 2022. Delivery date changed twice to June 2022. Cancelled order in April 2022 - Still no refund 30 days later. I cannot reach anyone at Dell UK via phone or email. Dreadful service.

Not able to leave zero stars but I would. Worst experience ever. Purchased brand new XPS 9520 with extended service plan and tech support. Have had computer two weeks-discovered it didn’t have the sound drivers installed. After two days on the phone with tech support-they lost all of my files and and failed to install the drivers. Now o have nothing. Now waiting on a usb with the new operating system that they say will fix everything. I have serious doubt. These people are polite and try hard but in the end are ineffective and worse-they leave you with less then you started. It remains to be seen if I return the laptop for a replacement: I will not be reimbursed for lost job time of mine or the expense of data migration and other apps. Would not recommend.
