horrific experience with the worst group of staff i ever came across. order is EC00913594. bought a pair of sunglasses that came scratched. called and emailed them on the day i received it to inform them. was asked to return which i did on the exact same day i got it. received an email a few days later informing me that they cannot accept the item as it was scratched. IT CAME SCRATCHED!!!!!!! its now almost a month and still no refund or assistance??? they cost almost 500 euros and you want me to accept them scratched ? horrible company

I used to be a makeup artist for Dior. Dior’s concern is only with money and advertising schemes to make you believe they invest in responsibility to the consumer with charitable concerns. The signing of Johnny Depp to new contract is an example of the lack of social concern. They just paid him millions and the cost will be past on to you. Just imagine if the non celebrity alcoholic drug addicted male accused of beating his wife with a guilty verdict in England who screamed and threw tantrums in business and there were witnesses to his abuse and it was not admitted in court would fair. Do you really want to spend you hard earned money supporting a criminal? I can verify that there are equivalents to Dior products in the drug store and TJ Maxx. Save your money for your future. Do not pass it on to Johnny Depp. You are paying for advertising and expensive packaging. Svelte does not work, capture does not work any better than drug store equivalents. There is a $9.00 mascara better than Dior. You have to throw Mascara away after 6 weeks anyway because of bacteria forming. I was a model and makeup artist for 30 years, I know the money spent on advertising and models is sickening and the consumer is paying for this.

Terrible customer service not helpful at all they cancelled the first order then were not bothered about the second order which took forever. When delivered it was left in a bin by a courier without any attempt to knock on the door. Do not use this company.

Fahrenheit. What happened? I loved this and haven’t had any for a few years. My god, the current EDT smells like diesel fuel or petrol. I smell like I’ve been fixing an engine. Not in a metaphorical sense either. It’s horrible and NOT the same formula as previous releases. Please check first if you liked this in the past. I thought it was maybe just me, walked into a bar last night and a lady said, who smells of petrol? I wish I’d read the reviews before buying it but I had it over the years and loved it. Truly horrible, I feel like I’ve been ripped off

The worst service ever. I am wondering how the big brand continue to use the DPD carrier for their delivery. I ordered a perfume online from Dior last week. It was supposed to arrive the day after. I rescheduled the first delivery because I wasn't in. On Tuesday, I rearranged all my schedule in order to be in. Then, I received a fake message from this carrier saying that I wasn't in when I was. I have decided to change the collection address in order to collect it myself from a parcel shop and from that day, I receive an update everyday for delaying my collection. To sum up one week after I haven't received my perfume yet. This perfume was supposed to be a surprise for someone. They ruined my surprise. I asked Dior to get it back and to refund me for this unacceptable delay, I do not need it anymore. DPD UK The worst carrier ever! I contacted Dior regarding this many times, however each time I receive the (pseudo-polite message that they copy and past for all the customers). An awful customer service.

liers,big scammers,NEVERE EVER BUY FROM THEM! I ordered espadrilles on the 17th, there is still no information about them. I called on the phone, wrote them an e-mail and still nothing. They took the money and lied to me !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is awful, my parcel has quite clearly been stolen by UPS however rather than refund me and take the issue up with UPS I have been oven the runaround for 2 months. Clearly they have an issue with their delivery partner but refuse to address this, instead they open investigation after investigation, basically insinuating you have vanished your own parcel whilst you are £1000 out of pocket then have the cheek to ask you to report the stolen package to the police! That is NOT my responsibility! I have never received the package therefore it is not my issue, the package has been stolen from Dior, not me! It is for them to contact the police if this is the case.

Had to give one star as 0 stars not an option. Ordered several items as a gift. Never got notification of parcel dispatch or tracking. Later found out that parcel had been delivered, but not to my home address. I only found this out when I started a PayPal dispute. The parcel was left who knows where and signed for by the courier driver with some random delivery proof photo, which does not show any parcel details, or where parcel was left. Complained to Dior and courier company to no avail, so have no items and my bank balance is rather less. I paid with PayPal for some piece of mind, but my claim got rejected as the parcel had tracking as was marked as delivered. No one seems to care that it was obviously delivered somewhere else. Not impressed - would never shop online with Dior again.

Dior is completely unprofessional, I recently ordered the J'adore gift set online (with overnight shipping) and received a confirmation that my order will arrive on Sunday May 8th 2022. After realising the wrong address had been entered, I called customer service and the representative told me that there is nothing they can do about it. After quite a few phone calls, another representative finally agreed to ask UPS to hold the package for me. Now, Today (May 7th 2022), I received an email from Dior saying my package has been shipped and will arrive on May 9th, 2022. After a long conversation with the representative explaining to her that I paid for overnight shipping, she told me that though the order was processed on Friday and shipped Saturday (Today) I will not be receiving my package until May 9th. Which to me doesn't make sense because if UPS has my package and I paid for overnight shipping, Shouldn't my package come in on Sunday? All I wanted to do is gift my mom her favourite parfum and for her to feel special, had I had known Dior would give me so many issues, I would have ordered through Sephora or Ulta Beauty.

Be careful ordering from @Dior online…I ordered a bag that arrived to me in used condition. I presume it was a previous return. I sent it back. @Dior refused my return stating that the bag had been used 🙈…. Now I’m left with the bag and no refund… @Dior ripped me off!

Received my maximizing lipgloss plump and I just start using it and I notice when I take out the wand part half of the lipgloss container is empty. Only half filled. Never purchasing again

Absolutely terrible customer service! No support! After receiving my latest order from Dior beauty, I have found that my whole order was missing, despite perfectly intact box. I contacted Dior customer service immediately and provided pictures, and even sent original box back. After stewing for couple of weeks, they came back to me and said that-accordingly the CCTV, my order was packed correctly and therefore they will not refund or replace my order! Clearly something doesn’t add up as I did not get it! Between the lines, I was called a lier which is extremely upsetting! I am actually a nurse and this order was a little treat for all the hard work that I done. As a result I have no items that I paid for, no refund and no support from Dior! Appalling for such a big company!

I shop at the DIOR counter in Boots Metro Centre Gateshead . I always have a great shopping experience due to Allison my favourite DIOR consultant. Nothing is too much trouble and she guides me towards skin care and makeup products that I wouldn't have even considered, but they turn out be be perfect and leave me looking and feeling fabulous. I have quite problematic skin and use Capture totaled super potent rich cream which is a godsend. Thank you DIOR and a big thanks to Allison for making me feel & look so good 🥰

You would think or like to think that the name ‘Dior’ would attract reviews comparable with the presumed pleasure given by its products. I have always been a fan of Dior perfumes but until recently have always made my purchases in stores… simple, go in, choose, purchase, leave, enjoy the perfume. However recently I was encouraged in store to join the Dior loyalty programme (recently extended to the UK). This then led me to look at Dior perfume and make up online where I went ahead and made my first online purchase direct from Dior. What a terrible mistake this was. It has opened my eyes to the true shambles of a company whose reputation up until now has been boosted only by the unrelated store I have made my previous purchases from. Dior would appear to now be so big that it has lost sight of what it means to offer customer service - there is none. It took Dior a week to respond to a query via the online ‘contact us’ form. This long awaited response totally contradicted the response from the Dior ambassador via the online chat (text). So I sent another email this Monday to question the differing and unhelpful response and of course I’ve still got atleast another 4 days to wait before I can even hope for a response. There is no customer focus. There is no customer care. Sadly I now have a completely different view of the company which has in turn affected my interest in their products. I will not be purchasing again online or from any store and will be sure to let everyone I know what a terrible service Dior offers the customer.

Before two weeks I have ordered sunglasses. They have debited my bank account and haven’t shipped my order yet! I tried many times to contact customer service but they are incompetent. Always I get same answers. They are working on my order. It will be shipped soon. So they don’t help you. On their website is stated that they dispatch order within 24 hours. I have chooses express shipping. Furthermore, it’s very hard to contact them. Last week all my e-mails were returned to me as undelivered because “their mailbox was full”. Online chat is rarely available, usually only in the morning. to this day I have no money or goods. I recommend not to order from Dior!

Ordered online as I always do. They sent it to an old address in California (I live in Virgina). They sent me an emailing confirming delivery to the wrong state and STILL refuse to resend my order same day and are telling me it could take up to 8 days for a claim for refund....WTH? I love this product line but DO NOT order online. Worse experience ever!

I prefer to give no stars. I spent a lot of money while in London at Dior. One of the items was a simple phone case that started falling a part and fading 1 week later. I live in Canada so I took it to get fixed or exchanged. They said if it could be fixed I would have to pay for it. I said its faulty so lets exchange. Sorry no exchanges from Dior stores in another country. So I am stuck with faulty product. Do not ever buy from Dior. We were treated poorly in London with another mess up while purchasing and then again here at home. So many other designers to go to that do not treat you that way. If I had known they would not even honour their product outside the country its purchased in I never would have bought it. I thought spending over $10,000 on products with them they would treat me like the other designers we buy from. I was wrong. Never ever again will I buy from Dior.

Sent me a belt with buckle poorly made that's broke off. I returned the belt over a month ago going on 2 months still no refund or anything. I spend a lot of money on your products to be treated with such poor customer service

My warning to consumers is to be wary of shopping online at Dior because from my personal experience they do not value customer service and will find minuscule reasons to avoid issuing refunds. Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I returned a garment because the size was too small and once they received my package they denied me of my refund claiming hair and a smudge of dirt” on the garment. They proclaimed that the garment was too “used” and too “worn”. This of course upset me because it was completely false. The only time the garment was ever worn was to try it on once for 15 seconds at the most. I quickly realized it was too small and immediately placed it back into the box to ship out the next day. Speaking to Dior’s customer service MANAGER was a nightmare. They were very condescending and unwilling to help and would say things like “they are not a cleaning service and clothes have to be returned unworn in perfect condition”. Obviously people need to try the clothes on to make sure it fits. They were being very unreasonable. She showed ZERO concern when I shared with her my side of the story. She also did not provide for me any proof of the condition the garment “supposedly” arrived in. It was my word against theirs and too bad! I tried many times to explain to them that when I sent out the package there was absolutely NO dirt on it. She did not care to listen to me. I pleaded with her to be reasonable and her response was “ they are a luxury brand, not a reasonable brand” and kept repeating in a robotic tone their return policies. I left the phone conversation in tears. I have never been treated this poorly by a luxury brand customer service manager before. This was a horrible experience and I don’t wish it for anyone. I’m now out 1100$ and stuck with a sweater that doesn’t fit :(
