“ Disgraceful. Over 21 gays and my money has not been refunded. I have emailed customer service three times and receive automated response. I think it’s appalling you hold on to my money refund, I can’t get in touch with you and you obviously do not care. ”

To ignore their customers when they reach out via email, Instagram, and Facebook is disappointing and shows a lack of customer service. I have used DLSB many times before and have never encountered these problems but I won't be using them again ”
