I am very aware of how shockingly bad this company is as unfortunately somewhere I order from keeps using them. Over the last six months, they have successfully delivered to my address on only 2 occasions. I wait outside for them, have done everything possible to make the delivery as easy as possible for them. But its impossible to deliver to an address when you don't even go near it. I would suggest that a lot of the issue is that drivers are paid per parcel so will purposely say they missed you to collect extra payment for the same parcel. Customer service is pointless as they can't and won't do anything. It doesn't matter how many complaints you make, nothing changes. The drivers are so cocky they sent photos of random places as their supposed attempt to deliver. This week I got a photo of the back of Coventry Market, I can confirm I do not live at the back of the market 🙄🙈

Must be the worst delivery company in the UK. Wait all day by the door only to get a text message stating failled delivery!!!. Door wasn't knocked? Dog didn't bark. No card through door. Then they go to wrong address. They then fail to deliver to safe place. Absolutely useless every single gle time.

Terrible. Liars. Waited for driver on 2 different days to collect a faulty product but on both occasions the 'options' link stated they had been advised ..package not ready for collection when driver arrived... thing is, the driver NEVER arrived!!

Dpd was responsible for delivering my phone replacement from o2 insurance. Running a small business and being without a phone for 2 days had already put heighten stress levels through my body and then this happened, one of the worst experience of my life. As you only get your 1 hour time slot after 11am, I chose to get the phone delivered to my office address. At 10.20am dpd sent me a message saying my phone would be delivered at 1660-17.30 bit annoying as If I knew it would have been this time I would have got it delivered to my home. At 18.00 dpd sent me a message saying the parcel was going to be late but still be delivered this evening. Desperate to not go through another working day without a phone I decided to wait at the office but had to re arrange plans as my wife was working a night shift as a paramedic, so we arrange child care so I could stay at the office to receive the replacement phone, 19.00 came still no phone but dpd insisted the parcel would be delivered, 20.00, 21.00 still no phone, it got to 22.00 and I gave up, just before leaving the office I check dpd website and it still stated the parcel would be delivered today but the driver was running late. I missed an evening with my family, I missed reading my daughter there bed time stories and you could not even care enough to send me a message saying it would not be delivered. This is appalling behaviour from a company that's so called established, professional organisation. Organised is far from what they are. Think it would be good to keep clients up to date if your so far off your time keeping, i would suggest to under promise and over deliver.

Worst service ever they are liars. Skipped my work and waited all day for the delivery. The driver did not came at all, didn't ring the bell and updated the status on App that customer was not available to sign and missed the delivery. Seriously? Their apps chatbox doesn't work, the call on helpline is automated and doesn't connect to any representative. Worst service ever. A customer can't contact anyone about Driver's negligence and have to waste another just yo wait for them and then pass by without ringing the bell.

For the 2nd day no one showed up, although driver claimed he had. It’s good that he told me I wasn’t home, as it looked like my home. I’m a contractor and if I don’t work I don’t get paid. 2 days without pay. Today I spend the time slot given sitting by the entrance to the flats. No DPD came into the car park. Funnily it’s the same driver, one Khuram.

This company should be closed down immediately. How this review site can have a 1.3 rating, which effectively means not fit for purpose, and Tustpilot reviews are generally positive, I do not comprehend. All I know is my experience is similar to the other 4,000 others on this site. Beyond belief that they are still operating.

My experience is very consistent with all the other 1 star reviews listed here. Package not delivered on the day it was supposed to, then stays with the depot for a week, I'm calling the customer service every day multiple times, then after a week it apparently gets escalated to a depot manager, still no progress, blah blah blah. Could go on like this.

My mom had to send me my translated high school diploma and a copy after my original from back home (amongst other things) as I live abroad in Germany right now and DPD lost my documents that had to go to the University I applied to. The tracking page says that the package got delivered but I've been home the whole day (when it was supposed to be delivered - june 30th) and nobody called, nobody rang the intercom, nothing BUT SOMEHOW they got my signature? They forged a digital signature and called it a day. I never got my package and when I called their support with this problem (even if I knew the name of the delivery person) they refused to help me and told me that there's nothing they can do because it got delivered (IT DID NOT ??). Nobody in the building saw anybody or took any packages. The lady on the phone also told me to go to the police and honestly I will because this is THE WORST experience I had with ANY delivery service EVER. I WANT MY DOCUMENTS BACK OR MONEY TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR LOSS!!!!

So, if you've seen my earlier review you would see that DPD delivered my Beats earpods to the wrong flat nowhere near mine. Today, the driver- Bobby (the barking depot in London) just didn't bother to deliver my goods at all. He marked it as delivered and signed for by "YYYY", with no picture. He's either stolen this parcel or dumped it somewhere. The DPD customer service have notified the Depot to tell the driver to go and collect this and bring it to my address- but I am now expected to sit in all day and wait for him after my initial time slot has gone and they outright refused to give me any idea of a time. The customer service agent genuinely just sounded uncaring and bored. DPD is quite honestly useless and I'm baffled as to why companies continue to use them.

Would give zero stars if I could. Actually maybe minus 5 stars! Paid extra to have delivered at a specific time we would be in. Travelled back early from a weekend away to meet the parcel as my daughter was excited to receive her first musical instrument. Due to ‘unexpected issues’ they were unable to deliver. I was not notified they would not be delivering and would have been left waiting all after had I not checked the app. Called customer service who refunded the extra I had paid but could not rebook the VIP parcel. UTTERLY USELESS customer service just kept saying I can only have one VIP service per parcel. I hadn’t actually had the VIP service as they had failed the delivery but apparently was not allowed that service again! They then said they would deliver Monday when I will not be in. Customer service just kept repeating same line over and over again. I kept repeating I needed the VIP service as needed to specify a time I would be in as the parcel needed a signature and they kept saying it would be Monday WHEN I CANNOT BE IN!!! When I became agitated (whilst still polite) the customer service person simply hung up. Absolutely disgusting service!! I would recommend using any other delivery service. I’ve had poor service from most but DPD is the absolute worst! No idea when, if ever I will see my parcel!

They are really dreadful. I've tried repeatedly to tell them where I live but they deliver to random addresses nearby. I have to go on a hunt to find my parcel. I'm sure they pay their drivers nothing (a supposition), so I don't blame the drivers, but the company need to improve. The whole point of a courier is to deliver to the address stated. They do not.

Parcel was meant to get delivered on Thursday, got a message to say that it was being held at the depot and would be delivered on Friday. I wasn’t going to be in so decided to pay for the vip service (that’s a joke in itself) for a Saturday delivery. I got a message on Saturday morning to say it wouldn’t be delivered due to an unexpected issue in my area. Not happy,I rang them up, first speaking to someone in India who told me someone would ring from the depot. When I got the call I was told the message was automated and meant the item was still at the depot and wouldn’t be delivered that day because all the shutters of the warehouse were down and no more packages were being loaded. She couldn’t give me an explanation as to why. Absolutely diabolical service.

Tried to deliver my parcel Monday, I was at work. Got a message that would try again Tuesday, so to save them wasting there time as I again would be working, I rang them. It was an automated message saying parcel would be delivered Tuesday!! Charged me £7.00 for the call. So.....I selected v.i.p delivery for Saturday, had to pay extra of course. Saturday today, waited in, just got a message, due to an unexpected problem, your parcel will now be delivered on Monday ffs. This company is diabolical and should be investigated. Total sh●t.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could. Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. On two separate occasions now (with expensive items) the driver has not even attempted delivery and left without leaving my items. Both times I had paid for next day delivery. When contacting customer services and finally getting through to someone after waiting over 20 minutes I was hung up on. When calling back and explaining the situation I was then hung up on again. I was given different information each time I spoke to someone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They also make it really hard to actually speak to a human. They are liars and scammers. They do not value their customers at all and do not deserve to be in business.

Zero Star Review - Zero is missing above that my option: MANDEÈR a DPD courier from Glasgow is deceptive and extremely unprofessional. He is on cctv delivering my expensive parcel to a wrong address. He then lies that he delivered my parcel to EL yet he never met anyone on the WRONG address. He just dumped my parcel on the ground in the Rain damaging my expensive order. Mandeer then uploaded a picture of the wrong house and on cctv I see him driving past my house to and from the wrong address. After I contacted dpd call centre MANDEÈR removes the photo with the wrong house. He lied about a confirmed delivery and made up a name of the receiver. EL does not exist. On cctv he just dumped the expensive delivery on the WRONG door and took a photo from a locked wrong address with nobody at home and MANDEÈR clocked his working hours YET he did not deliver my parcel. To say I am Angry will be an understatement. I will be escalating the matter and seeking for MANDEÈR to be fired as he surely cannot deliver parcels to the Correct address and he is deceptive. It was raining he just dumped my parcel at the Wrong address and lied that EL got it when he did not meet anyone. He damaged my order and just left it in the rain exposed to theft

this is the third time as soon as the reguler driver is off and it starts , all i will say is my house camera picked up the DPD van making a delivery a minutes walk from my home he had to drive past my gate to come out of the culdiesac' then 2 minutes later sorry we missed you. i have had the concrete photo also the road side kerb photo to, i wont bleet on because its the same stories as all yhe other reviews with DPD
