Yet again, DPD tried to deliver to a village four miles away from me, with a postcode one letter different. To add insult to injury, they then sent me an email claiming that their driver had 'run out of time' to make the delivery. This is a flat lie: the householder in the other village had pointed out to him that he was in the wrong village (again). He could have driven on to the correct village - ten minutes further. They have been doing this for some time now. I have tried repeatedly to get them to use the correct postcode but they are totally incapable of responding and correcting. I now specify with on line orders that I will not place the order if the seller uses DPD

Ordered a new phone. The address isn’t the easiest to find but my driver couldn’t deliver because no one was at home. That’s a lie because it was my mums address and she was in all day. Now my phone is back with the shop after a second failed attempt. The purchase cancelled because of dpd

Twice now DPD have given us an early evening appointment time, twice they have failed. We were drop 78 on checking the tracker driver at drop 52, this never changed. Pathetic customer service

Parcel was supposed be delivered next day a service I paid extra for. The parcel was loaded onto van but the driver never bothered to even attempt a delivery. Cant get through to customer service as they close at 5pm. so wait until next morning and they changed delivery until Monday. Called them to say this was my dog food I cant get out to get more as have a ill disabled child at home I needed it on the Friday. the best they could do was "upgrade" me to sunday delivery. When i asked for refund this was met with we cant refund your delivery as we upgraded ypou that's your refund. so basically if you pay next day delivery of 6.99 it wont turn up they wont give you a reason why it never turned up and they wont refund you. 6.99 may not sound like much but theses days it really is when your a carer and cant work full time this company is joke even amazon refund you if the delivery is late

It's the 5th time now that DPD have chosen not to deliver an item to my house. Specifically a driver called Catalin (Salisbury Area). - I live in the centre of town. This morning once i was supplied my driver and delivery time. I noticed it was the driver Catalin and i know that this specific driver always makes zero effort to deliver the parcel to my house. Pre-empting this i called DPD immediately and explained my issue. They then said this isn't a problem and that we can leave a specific message for the driver detailing where the house is and a mobile number to contact me if they are still struggling. This particular item was a phone swap (my work phone) it was integral to me that i got this delivery as i could be out of pocket if i lost out on any work. This was explained on the phone. They assured me this would work and wouldn't be a problem. I then left work early to make sure i as there. I watched the digital update live so that i could be outside waiting for the driver when it was nearing. Next thing i know i got an email stating that the driver had tried the deliver - they definitely hadn't. I then looked at the picture they supplied as proof to say they were outside. This picture was of a shop front that wasn't even close to my house. It was 5 streets away and about a 4 minute walk. Clearly the driver made no effort to find my house. Again. This time leading to me losing work, time and money. They wouldn't even contact the driver and ask to try and re-deliver or even let me drive and meet them. I then asked to make a formal complaint about the service and the driver and all i got in return was "someone will contact you within 18 says". This is simply not even close to being acceptable and i couldn't suggest avoiding using DPD more.

On 13th December dropped off and paid for parcel to be delivered. 14th December showed parcel being collected from drop off point. 16th December - In transit. Then parcel completely disappeared, it was only going to Northampton but had property belonging to a customer in it ! December 23rd had to open a Claim for an insured parcel but at no time was I able to speak to a human to find out what was going on, it is offensive to have type messages to some faceless being who is unable to answer any of your queries anyway! This parcel was eventually traced (?) and arrived at it's destination on 6th January and since then I am informed that my case is closed! DPD - you are correct about that - never will I use you again, absolutely appalling and not even so much as a "we are sorry we lost your parcel and were inconvenienced".

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with Customer Service and Communication. I ordered a package which was supposed to be delivered on January 10, 2023 to 1060 Vienna, Austria, unfortunately I needed to change the package delivery appointment to January 17, 2023 to the same address 1060 Vienna, Austria, which I did through the email DPD sent. It is now January 19, 2023 and the package has not arrived and I have not received any email or information! I called the help service (+43 5 0373420) and they said my package is in another state!! That I will need to rent a car and drive to Lower Austria to Leopoldsdorf bei Wien! This is unbelievable and one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any delivery service. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

They are a delivery company that basically don't deliver your parcels and there is no way to contact them to work out why you haven't received your items. I am waiting for an important parcel that is now over a week late and have no contact from them or missed delivery cards despite waiting in every day they were meant to come. Absolutely shocking delivery service that doesn't deserve to be in business. Will have to request refund from company I bought the product from as it is blatantly obvious that it will never turn up. Waste of time and money. Grrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Last 2 deliveries by DPD have been very poor: parcel left close to road at end of my drive; or in the rain outside front door. Attempting to leave feedback is a waste of time: they don't respond. I try to avoid any website using DPD

Adding another one to the pile stacked against DPD. Waiting for a high value item for which we paid £22 to arrive on a Saturday - received a 'sorry we missed you' email despite the driver never bothering to come anywhere near our address. When we eventually got a photo of the delivery 'attempt' it was taken from inside a van and showed a random fence two streets away. The same thing happened the following day despite us downloading the DPD app and adding a photo to assist the driver identify our building. Never had a single issue with any other courier company finding our address. Customer service has been awful and we're still without our item. Ourselves, friends and families will do everything possible to avoid making orders if DPD are involved from here on out and I suggest you do the same if you're reading this. Never experienced anything this unprofessional and frustrating with any other delivery company - shame on you DPD.

Driver by the name of "Harsh" (dude with a turban) was rude, aggressive and forced, yes forced my door open and violently rammed the parcel in and then took a picture of the inside of my house without my permission!!! I am severely disabled and was physically unable to defend myself against this aggression! I tried to close the door, but he kept forcing it open and rammed the parcel in! It was shocking! The packaging got damaged through his violent behavior! I will from now on keep the door key closed at all times to allow me to call the police if someone behaves like that again!

Absolutely useless. DPD delivery is becoming number 1 factor not to buy from website. Honestly. I already canceled 3 purchases last month just because couriers couldn't deliver my stuff . Every day they come at 9 am , I work till 5pm . Leave in the safe place or with the neighbours option s basically doesn't work for some reason. They can't deliver it to work because it's a huge place and I can't stay at the reception for an hour waiting for them , they also don't wait even a minute. And that's how they are slowly pushing you towards the last option - pay 4.99 for 7 days to pick a time. I am not paying because your people can't work . So what options do I have rather than to cancel the order ? Right ! None ... And that's what I do now .. And it's not just me. 8 out of 10 people I know hate DPD abd have a stories to tell about it . DPD local has 8000+ reviews , with average 1 star ! It got to tell you something...

Your driver in Greater Manchester, Abdelkadir, is a lier. Not only did he not knock on my door, he never got out of his van. Simply parked up, took a photo and drove away. Stop hiring cowboys. I took an unpaid day of work. I saw him park up from the window. Its a shame my cctv was not recording. I would plaster it all over social media to show how your cronies work.

The DPD driver never delivered the shoes. When we started the investigation, the driver showed up at our door offering money for the value of the parcel and asking us to take back our complaint and sign on a paper saying we received our parcel. We thought this highliy unethical. The driver kept showing up at our door forcing us to do the same however we denied each time. He gave us his number and asked to call him if we change our mind. He also said DPD will do nothing and just drag your case and close the investigation. The next day we received an email from ProDirect sport (where we purchased the shoes) that depot has confirmed that we have now received the parcel and closed the investigation. The driver has lied to the depot and DPD has done nothing. Horrible horrible service. Please dont use DPD. I strongly believe that the driver stole the parcel as it was limited edition shoe and has lied to the depot. The depot has no evidence at all that we received the parcel. When escalated to the customer service team, they simply hung up. Either DPD is in on the this stealing scam with the driver or doesnt care enough to do anything about it
