Was sat in waiting for my delivery after leaving work early to be in to get a message saying tried to deliver but no one was home, I now have to get someone to go to my flat tomorrow to wait for this parcel.

After ordering stock from OverclockersUK and receiving a confirmation on delivery, I waited quietly during my 1 hour slot only to receive an email that they attempted to deliver in the form of "Oh no! WE'VE MISSED YOU", after checking the Dpd browser page about my delivery I noticed the driver had basically taken a photo of the outside of my flat and drove off. I then went off to find some online support for Dpd, it doesn't exist, it's and endless loop of automation, I'm dreading to know just how much that cost me. Delivery attempt number 2, watched the browser map of the drivers' whereabouts, was very close, I was 121 in the queue, driver was at 119, all of a sudden an email, "Oh no! WE'VE MISSED YOU" then a photo of my block of flats taken from inside the delivery van 40 or so meters away. I contacted OverclockersUK and was told that the stock would be returned and I would be refunded, Dpd are charging companies to do one thing and they are unable to do it, the lazy drivers can continue to be lazy and useless because there is no recourse, no customer support, the fact there is no direct customer support where anyone can resolve anything or report rude, lazy or negligent drivers shows they care very little about their customer base. I'm sure Watchdog or some other consumer-rights body would have a field day once they'd scratched the surface of what goes on with DPD and its practices.

UNREAL. Received text saying parcel delivered. Picture was of driver who wasn't down for delivery AND A PICTURE OF A PREVIOUS DELIVERY. The picture also showed the door closed when it was open and of one parcel not two. No parcel to be found anywhere. Latter the correct driver arrived with the two parcels. He didn't know what was going on. I do, they thought they had lost the parcel. Frozen food so they were covering there backs. Snidey. As usual excellent driver experience

Absolutely DISGUSTED. The driver was awful, angry and aggressive, he physically assaulted my husband and we’ve had to get the police involved! STILL refused to deliver my parcel and sent it back to the depot on purpose to spite me, despite even the police telling the man I desperately needed it for medical reasons. I cannot believe DPD are employing such unpredictable, violent drivers, who are clearly unsafe and unstable to be around the general public. STILL waiting for a call back from management even though I was told that would be today. Awful situation which left my children absolutely petrified. I am horrified by the whole experience.

Like many others I have been lied to many times. by this company.4times they promised delivery and even gave me a time and then minutes. I waited outside. for two hours. They said address incorrect. It was correct. This company has terrible complaints everywhere and should be closed down .Finally delivered after a week of lies and the box had been opened and the SMS driver messages which are lies were deleted.

3/11 Boxes Lost/Damaged My parcels were large moving boxes. They damaged them and sent them back to sender and then when repackaged they damaged it AGAIN. Customer support webchat is probably all robots (or might as well be). They claimed the lost parcel was damaged and they would resend it. Never happened. A month of dealing with them and they claimed it was lost - not a small parcel btw. Stuck me through to Claims. I do not want to claim. They have literally lost ALL my clothes as I was moving due to an untenable living situation as a result of Covid restrictions. The 2 boxes have been returned to sender (my brother) so instead of risking it I had to get a courier. Negligent timewasters.

I was waiting on an urgent delivery and received the customery email to say it was being delivered within a 1 hour slot. My wife and I delayed an appointment and waited ... We then received an update to the email saying the driver was delayed !! So we carried on waiting ....... over one and a half hours later I get another email saying " as you have requested we are now delivering your parcel TOMORROW" I hadn't sent any emails at all let alone one to cancel the delivery and to make things worse they have tried to make out its at my request!! which I find grossly insulting. We now have to alter tomorrow's diary to accommodate the ineptitudes of DPDs staff ...... I had been warned, I should have listened but I can promise I shall never have a good word to say for them and I sincerely hope never have any further dealings with this outfit

Absolutely Shocking customer response Re CASE No. 54580094 :- your driver today 29/06/21 driving van DE70 EFO You driver in the above van delivered to my next door neighbour a short moment ago today 14.18pm. Instead of turning on her drive he decided to try and reverse on my drive, very badly, he subsequently decided run over and destroy an established shrub and completely flatten is angle iron supports and then continue to leave tyre tracks over my kept lawn adjoining my drive. Please see supporting pictures from my CCTV camera (in reverse order) I find his behaviour totally unacceptable  and totally unnecessary as both drives are plenty big enough to turn a small lorry on ! I now have to replace my shrub, it’s posts and repair the lawn to my acceptable standards.. Your drivers actions were totally blatant with a total disregard of people’s property. Watch and listen to the ring cctv video! Hear the bang knocking over the posts ! The driver did not even stop to look ! I have reported this many times to the customer service with promises that they will get back to me ….. joke no response at all shocking …

WORST service I have ever witnessed. I am LIVID. I am expecting a parcel for over a week and it is today the 6th message I received saying “sorry we missed you”. Funny thing is I was by the door bell and the driver did not bother to ring the bell or the phone. He parked, took a picture 10 feet away from the door, and left. With drivers like this, I would seriously consider doing pick ups only because this is FRUSTRATING. I had to put plans on hold to wait for a driver who will probably text me sorry we missed you AGAIN. That would be the 12th time. Worst driver service. I am LIVID.

Awful experience. Took 3 attempts to get the pick-up right, no communication on custom duties and the parcel was sent back to a flat where I don't leave anymore despite having 2 phone and 1 chat confirmations that the parcel was going to be readdressed to the receiver!!! This service is cheap for a reason.

Such terrible service. This is the 3 or 4th time DPD only manage to pop a missed delivery note through my door without the courtesy to call me on the note stuck on my door. I live above shops so cannot hear if anyone does not call. DPD do not care as there are no telephone numbers to speak to anyone, and ignore these reviews anyway but I want people to know why they should not use them EVER.

Firstly the item was bought on the phone from 3 mobile. I warned them I was not at my postal address often this month and asked if I could collect it from a 3 shop. Not possible. Why NOT ? DPD tried to deliver twice last week. I dont know which days as the card they left had no dates on them. There is no phone number either. My neighbour was in working from home, flat above, did not try her. On finding the two cards, I went on DPD website and nominated a favourite neighbour to receive parcels, and a drop shop, the nearest Argos as they suggested. Later on the website it said my parcel had twice been sent back to their Ferndown Depot,(Bournemouth) WHY ON EARTH not suggest I collect it from that depot like the PO does. Phoned DPD so called talk to a human being phone number, It needed a 16 digit parcel number, my cards had 8 digit numbers. OR it said give us your phone number, I did so, twice, it just went round in circles. I have rarely come across such infuriating incompetence, except with EE who are even worse. THE 3 Network really needs to use another courier this DPD is useless in my experience. I still havent received an email from either 3 or DPD, but spent 45 minutes on the phone today to Network 3 guys in India. they were trying to help but hadnt a clue and eventually passed me to a member of the Returns Team. All useless. I have cancelled the whole order, a great pity as the 3 guy who I ordered the item from last Wednesday was excellent..!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a pickup from Nottingham to be delivered to Leicester and expected it on July 1 - no show!! Contacted pick up address and they had no courier call Still no delivery by July 5th and no real way to contact DPD Phoning them is useless only an automated list option which are less than useless. No contactable email address to query the parcels status and location Gave up in end and cancelled the order and although the refund was expedited quickly it left me out of pocket In short no contact,no update and most importantly no parcel pickup Will not use them again they really need to get their act together Terrible (lack of!!) service Avoid and book a reliable courier service
