Promised delivery for the last two days and nothing has arrived. Been sent emails and no delivery. Very bad service and impossible to get hold of. Disgusting service. I will be contacting Harrods in the morning and telling never to use this company again. Absolutely useless.

Disgusting customer service. Driver said he couldn’t find my address so the parcel wasn’t delivered. No other option for me, no one contacted me about anything. When I called customer service I was met with a sweat shop that didn’t even seem human and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. Will never use this courier again!!!

daughter ordered a Kenwood chef and a food processor attachment. We got a notification to say the delivery was unable to be made and it had been left at the near by Hombase store. The next day the same again. went to home base and only 1box had been delivered. DPD told home base manager the customer needed to take it up with the supplier(Kenwood) Feels very much like passing the book. Can't contact Kenwood untill Monday now. Very worrying that DPD don't seem to worry that a very expensive parcel is in their delivery drivers possible possession.

Shockingly bad service. Have all my contact details including the door code to my block and my phone number, instructions where to leave items. Have NEVER had a straightforward delivery, ever. Customer serv give me the customer services email and I get an auto reply saying this email is no longer used. UNBELIEVABLE!.

Waited in especially for my parcel which was going to be delivered between 12.55 and 1.55. Then get a message saying i missed them. A picture of a house they sent was not my house but one that is 4 doors down the row. they should have known that in a row of houses number 1 is usually an end house. In too much of a hurry, now i will need to stay in another day . annoyed is an understatement

I am not the ones for writing reviews and certainly not the negative ones but I have been left absolutely frustrated by DPD one too many times now. I am not sure if it's the company's system as a whole or one or two lazy drivers who couldn't be bother looking for the correct address. First time around they didn't made any attempt to deliver the parcel and left the note "Package couldn't be delivered" without giving any explanation to why it couldn't be delivered and it happened 3 times in the following days where they would say an hour slot for the package to be delivered and unable to find the address or for whatever reason would leave the note "Package couldn't be delivered". Eventually after contacting them multiple times they dropped it at some local shop for me to pickup. But this time around the driver just dropped the parcel at the completely wrong address and uploaded a picture noting it's been delivered, I had to take time out of my work again to chase DPD and ask for explanation, they said that depot will call you if the parcel have been retrieved from the wrong address but they never called. Now I am left with the missing package which I was extremely looking forward to... Absolutely unprofessional and annoying behaviour from DPD more than once now.

The worst. Yes again I've waited for a 1hr timeslot delivery when apparently I've refused delivery. The resolution centre takes you on a 20 minute unresolved journey of frustration. Shocking service.

Over the period of several days my driver didn’t make a correct attempt to deliver my package (a bag of dog food). The first time they turned up earlier than the stated one hour time slot and took a photo of another house in the village. I have had people working on the outside of my house so there was plenty of people outside to ask for directions. I reached out to customer service and they said that they can’t contact the driver (which I know if a lie because this isnt the first time I’ve had to go through this mess of a situation, and they did end up contacting the driver the next day), I called them out on the lie and the agent ended the chat! I started a new chat to try and get a solution and again I’m told that the driver will come back the next day, and they suggested I make sure I have a safe space option and a leave with neighbour option selected. I told them that I already did and regardless of this the driver still didn’t leave my package. Second day the driver comes back, I am again working out in the garden and I can see the van park outside my house, for the driver to take a photo of my car from inside their van then drove off! I again reached out to customer service to tell them what just happen and they then contacted the driver to tell him to deliver my package. I got a call from the local depot confirming my address and told that the driver would contact me soon to arrange a delivery. Several hours go by and I reach out again to customer service and I’m told that my package was back at the local depot I have to wait in till 8pm to see if he goes back for it and try’s to actually deliver it, and they can’t guarantee that he would even do it today. I ask about the process to make a formal complaint and the rep says they won’t tell me until after 8pm just in case the driver turns up! I tell them that regardless of the driver turning up I would be putting in a formal complaint. They then ignore the conversation for several minutes before telling me to call the phone number on the website. I call the number given and eventually get through to a rep only to be told that I’m not allowed to put in a complaint that it has to be the company that my package is being delivered from that can complain about the service. On top of this the rep also said that my package won’t be out again for delivery for another 4 days at a minimum because they don’t want to do it on a weekend! Everyone I spoke to was very unhelpful using the same generic responses and outright lying and never giving a straight response

I've been waiting for 3 days, it supposes to be ready long time ago. I tried to contact by chat but it's useless, just a bot that makes you waste your time, no answers. I received a message 3 days ago telling me that my parcel was really to be delivered that day ( but it wasn't) another message next day ( but it wasn't delivered) next day ( it wasn't delivered) now I don't even get more messages and it's literally impossible to contact them. Ridiculous

Absolutely rubbish! Regularly claim they can't find your house then leave you high and dry. Not just my experience but friends too. Personally, I'd never use them but sadly, companies I order from do. I waited in today and now I have to be in tomorrow. If I could give no stars I would.

They are the worst delivery company ever. They texted me last Sunday that my parcel would be delivered in the morning. Shortly after, I received another text that they were sorry that the driver missed my home and left my parcel for collection with some local shop. The parcel, I was informed, was to be waiting there for collection until 19 August. Upon checking the location of that shop, it appeared that it was 15 minutes on foot from me, so I was expected to carry a heavy parcel for 15 minutes back home, although I paid for home delivery with my order. On top of that, today I was able to arrange a collection with the help of a friend, but when he attended the shop, he was told that the parcel was not there. Where is the parcel? No one knows. In conclusion: I wasted money, time, and health due to the stress associated with this issue. If you want to have peace of mind, avoid this company at any cost.

Had a message and a picture; that looked like it was taken in the delivery vehicle that parcel was delivered…… no parcel. Did a thumbs down on the how did we do and said not delivered and in a couple of minutes the picture of delivery vanished? Not happy paid extra for fast delivery, thought picture was supposed to show the door it was left at ???? Bad company will change my mind on buying something if this is the company delivering :(

Delivery drivers have a tough life, so I stand in solidarity with them. My grievance is with the DPD system which gave me 32 minutes notice. Received an email whilst doing my normal morning routine to inform me that my parcel would be delivered 32 minutes later, an email I didn't see until I'd finished using the bathroom, by which time it was too late - a 'sorry we missed you card' was already in the letterbox. ​ No option to choose a redelivery time slot - because we're human - because we have busy lives. Heaven forbid a customer should need to use the bathroom whilst they're waiting for their delivery.

DPD sent a mesaage that my IKEA parcel will be delivered today 12th August between 10.14-11.14am by Driver called Olando. I am sitting here in my living room waiting. Only for me to receive another message at 10.33am "sorry we missed you" that your driver Olando was here but no one was in. What a bit LIE from the pit of hell. Not a knock, a buzz at my door!!

Douglas Wesley the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to knock on the door Douglas is an idiot Douglas thought it ok to post through the window, Douglas is a pillock, douglas has no respect for people and their property, Then DPD cant be bothered to call to find out my complaint DPD so I guess DPD is as much an idiot as Douglas. turns out DPD dont have complaints department, turns out DPD doesn't actually care

the courier drove past my house and said that there was no one at home. Although we were at home and saw him as he drove on and did not stop . This is not the first time.

Avoid DPD they just dump your package wherever and then you have the task of speaking to the "s" customer service who just hand up when it gets to complicated. try employing somebody that can actually speak English DPD if your going to trade in English countries
