“ Not delivered as DPD driver cannot follow diversion signs as road is closed from the A158 and the diversion is through small village amazing other delivery drivers can manage to do it but not DPD took over hour to get delivery address changed on site so they don’t have to tax themselves. Always seem to have a problem with a DPD delivery ! ”

“ No stars! Claimed they attempted delivery, no, they didn’t, then said they’d deliver the next day, no they didn’t. Told Amazon they have a photo of proof of delivery and then sent the parcel back to Amazon😡 This isn’t the first time they’ve done this! No telephone number to speak to anyone at DPD just automated messages. Rubbish delivery company! ”

“ I had a DPD driver who was unable or uncaring enough to read my illuminated house sign, took a photo of a random gate and said he couldn't deliver to us. If you try to sort it out they tell you to download an app and put a photo of your gate on it. Do these people need photo led guidance because their drivers can not read. I ordered a next day item that took five days to be 'out for delivery' still not got it. Avoid avoid avoid. ”
