“ I booked a day off work as DPD was collecting my laptop for repair I monitored the driver on their app to getting a message saying failed delivery Driver went to 70 I live at number 128 I rang them And they "cannot call the driver" they raised an enquiry and I get call from the depot an hour later saying they are too far away !!!! They literally don't give a sh*t about customers No acceptance of their error and I spent hours on phone trying to resolve this but they did nothing No apology whatsoever Avoid this courier w ”
