Home all day waiting self isolating, driver Claims nobody home, NO text message 1 hr prior to Alledged Delivery. Then to call Customer Service they charge £3.50 per minute for their incompetence, very clever cost to avoid interaction with customers. AVOID any dealings with DPD read the reviews, useless fraudulent claims of delivery, driver did not follow DPD's rules, text 1 hour prior .....NO text......DO NOT TRUST DPD...... Customer Service charge £3.50/minute plus mobile charge... this shows their disregard for customers, lack of respect, value and total no interest in providing Customer Satisfaction......AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Took the day off to wait for my parcel. Got a message while I was at the table having lunch saying the driver missed me. Did he knock my door with a feather ?

DPD is a disgrace!!! Driver failed to deliver. Instead sent a message saying ‘no one home’ and attached a picture of front door - never seen that front door - it was the wrong address. How can a courier company get the wrong address? Actually, silly me, this is DPD we are talking about - a company that does not care about customer satisfaction. A company that is a complete joke.

I have been waiting for a package to be collected from my property so that a return can be made , this pick up has been arranged by the company I am returning too . DPD have failed to pick up the item three times so far . On one occasion when DPD did turn up , the man refused to collect the package claiming it was too big . When I asked him if he had a trolley to help lift it he claimed he did not . He assured me he would collect the next day but he did not attend . I am appalled at the unreliability and complete failure of DPD to have carried out this simple task which is what they are supposed to be doing . If I could mark them as a ZERO , then I would . Appalling service , do not use this company .

Once again, a DPD driver refused to leave a parcel at my doorstep, even though I had left a note , saying that I was self isolating and asking him to leave the parcel at my doorstep, as per DPD's instructions. The driver insisted for me to open the door, even when I told him that he is not following his own company's rule. I then spent 1 hour online waiting and eventually chatting to their customer service team who were not able to explain why this keeps happening and they were also not able to send the parcel back to the sender. Next time I buy something online and see that DPD is going to deliver it, I will make sure to cancel the order before it is delivered. They have wasted my time too many times.

Drivers claimed on two occasions that I was not in when they called, once for a collection & a few days later for a delivery, not true. I was in both times & cctv proves that they did not come to my house & more importantly, I have a very loud working doorbell.

Delivered to the completely wrong house. I got a text saying delivered to a neighbour at the bottom of the road! They didn’t even attempt to deliver to the actual address.

Terrible company, had a delivery slot they never arrived, said delayed still not here, this is cornwall not london, no excuse for it, this company does not value your time

not delivered have been on website and so far have been giving 5 different delivery dates one which i did not ask for i ordered item on 31/05/21, cant get in contact with DPD no one anwering phone, never had anything delivered by them before it just seems like a shambles cant even contact local depot

Whenever I order certain items online dpd courier service have delivered my purchase. The experience from start to finish is without fault, from being able to track the parcel in real time to the politeness of the driver(usually the same person called John). Very much appreciated in such difficult times. Keep up the good work. Thankyou.

was home all day , been waiting for parcel because my hour slot was 11:58 to 12:58, 12:45 message , sorry we missed you . how come you can miss me if you haven't tried to ring door bell. another day wasted just waiting for parcel .and i know door bell works just fine because Amazon and Hermes haven't had any problems at the same day .

I was in my home the whole day waiting for the delivery. and suddenly receive a message said he missed me. no bell rings, no knock the doors. the courier took a picture of the gate of the building, it doesn't make any sense because I cannot stay at the gate for this one hour window right? at least he should ring my door bell to let me know he was here. then I asked to talk to the advisor, waited in the queue for half an hour, and finally someone showed up and said there is nothing they can do or control. I wasted two days for this. and will waste another day for the delivery.

Just had a parcel tried to be… Just had a parcel tried to be delivered. I was in the garden and by the time I got to the gate the driver had gone saying he had missed me! Drivers we aren’t waiting by our door for you to deliver give us a chance to get you. Absolutely fuming as was waiting on something!

Awful. Waited 2 hours. Driver drove past the building without stopping. Sent a message that he’d missed me and posted a photograph of another building. Really dreadful.

Driver didn't deliver parcel 2 time and customer service was vile!!! Joke of a company and the staff are a reflection of pure incompetence and below low customer service.

My new phone from Motorola was due to be delivered yesterday between 10 and 1. The UPS tracking app showed it out for delivery from Edinburgh 20 miles away at 07.30. It never arrived all day but the UPS tracking app gave the same information all day. Today the tracking app shows it setting off from Edinburgh at 07.30 yesterday on a more than 600 mile journey through England and arriving at Cumbernauld about 10 miles from me early this morning. Still no indication on the app when it might arrive. I've never had a satisfactory delivery from UPS and this is not yet as bad as some. When companies don't tell you who their courier is this can happen. Whenever I have known that UPS will be involved I have gone elsewhere. Haven't come across any courier even half as bad. Worst thing is their automated reply on complaint site saying that they will investigate and respond. They never once have to me. 1ZV8A297D907117489 reference

Zu erst habe ich sms bekommen das mein Packet wird heute zugestellt und dann 1 Woche später war noch nicht da weil auf meine Straße war Baustelle und der Lieferant könnte nicht zu Fuß 1 Minute kommen. Sehr enttäuscht!!! Zum Schluss liegt gerade mein Packet in eine pickup Point.

If if was possible to give a zero I would give this instead. Drivers lie that they've attempted a delivery second attempt at delivery i was watching my door camera no one turned up. Customer service is non existent as you cant talk to anyone just an automated service. A real scumbag company. Absolutely useless.

Went to track package and it said they tried to deliver it but no one was home (wrong, we were here and door bell camera showed no one came). Clicked on "What Happens Next" and nothing came up. Tried to call DPD multiple times and got transferred or disconnected. Called the credit card company and got my money back. I'm amazed DPD is in business and that anyone even considers doing business with them. What a shame, I can't order from Radley London because they use a shipper that doesn't deliver.
