Really bad customer service! I was misled when I upgraded my contract. i called customer service 5 times and every time got a different answer to my problem. I was promise Beats headset see the picture below. Never receive anything This service is a joke!

I have no internet and haven’t for weeks now. Just after I moved to a different phone network. Coincidental I don’t think. I’m running on around 9mbps. Meant to be 40s. Crooks. I’m now cancelling my broadband. You will lose every customer in time as your completely useless. Trades description comes to mind. Ripped me off for too long now. 😡

As a new business customer i would recommend NOT to join EE, they have caused serious mental stress in their poor processes and customer support. It took ages to get my account transferred to a business account and then they did not setup my Direct Debit as per the forms i completed. Then months later I am due to have a telephone interview and my phone is not connecting, it turns out i was cut off as no payment was made again due to the failure of EE. I had to contact EE several times and write complaints and the matter was poorly dealt with adding to my anxiety and stress. Their simple answer to a Customer of 18 years is sorry we can send you a PUK code. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN EE CUSTOMER CARE IS TERRIBLE

Painfully poor customer service from EE. Took out two contracts just over two weeks ago and unfortunately my wife’s phone still hasn’t been activated. 4 hours on the phone two then over 3 different calls, first call I was assured it would become active on Monday (This was a Friday) and when nothing happened by the Tuesday, called back to be told that the first adviser hadn’t realised an error and that they had corrected the issue but service would not be live for another week. Following Tuesday, still no service so another call only to be told again that the previous call handler hadn’t activated part of the profile. After a very calm and again being told they are unsure how long it would be I requested to cancel the service only to be persuaded to talk to a manager who would call back between 3:30pm - 6pm. You literally can’t be bothered to call me can you EE. Currently you are set to loose one contract, if you do not respond to this post or call me by tomorrow lunch time I will cancel both contracts. Lazy, incompetent and not fit to provide service. **AVOID THIS SERVICE PROVIDER**

Pure thiefes, legalised ones,avoid EE as much as possible and look for a fair provider,i do not recommend it.

For 6 months I have been chasing for compensation on calls & emails. False promises and rubbish service and management. Absolutely disgusted in the eay they have been treating all over U.K

went into the store in edinburgh the Gyle for a new phone charger and the guys were so friendly and gave me a free usb as they had some spare - great customer service

What a bunch of crooks! Refused to provide a NUC over the phone, but on-line process didn't work either. Couldn't have cared less. Also watch out for rubbish carrier quality when roaming with a data only SIM. Fortunately out of contract so we've moved to a professional provider. Again left us high and dry - couldn't have cared less. EE is a not very funny joke - avoid like the plague.

Terrible service from EE. Got a new phone in July and in September reported issues with the phone. They want to repair under warranty but I cannot do without phone for two weeks as need for my job. Terrible customer service as I have to stay locked into their contract with the dodgy phone for the next two years. Surely they are breaching the law by selling a service to me that does not work properly. I am bound by contract otherwise would have left them. Also I am with them a long time and this is the service I get.

NEVER Get EE Broadband Liars and cheats. Don’t even bother. They throttled our home broadband service randomly, so our TV or internet radio would suddenly go dead for anywhere from minutes to hours. Then it would come back suddenly and be at full strength. We kept track of the massive internet speed fluctuations (with Ookla) and sent them out test results. Their response was that we had used a lot of data, so there wasn’t a problem. We tried reporting them to Ofcom, but they know this game and gave the response that they pinged our router regularly and the speeds were fine. Obviously they only pinged us when the service was s working.

Please put me back on to orange, ever since then topping up has been an hour long hassle, wrestling with a machine clearly not fit for purpose then being shunted across to be on hold for at least 20 minutes, more usually forty, then having to argue with an idiot asking for personal information and is completely clueless as to why the machine isn't working. And this has happened all three times I have tried to top up since orange ended. Remember when topping up meant ringing 450, waiting four seconds then putting in the last four digits of your debit card and it actually worked? Whole thing took less than 30 seconds.

ee now restricts you line after on the 32nd day. 7 days after your bill is produced. they have had their credit rating reduced and must pass that on to customers, but try telling the customer it's their rating and their at fault. I think ee might be a business needing a govt bailout.

Has left me without local phone calls in Turkey. Bought 120 min package to last until Oct. 28th. I’ve done this before. Arrived 1st Oct, 5 brief calls to local taxi drivers. Now I’m marooned and can’t call a taxi! Can’t even call to complain, and complaints online won’t bring up online chat, only email complaint form. Have filled in two, but no response. Poor service!

What a joke, my broadband is vital to my daily job working from home. Internet went down and I rang customer service to be informed there is an outage is my area.... AND ITS GOING TO TAKE A WEEK TO GET BACK ONLINE. Only alternative option they provided was to add extra data if I had a EE contract (which I dont, thank god) however hotspoting isnt enough bandwidth when I work in IT with multiple remote connection over a VPN. Absolutely a joke of a broadband company

20mnths + router on and off caused us loss and distress workwise and living generally with a need for internet reliability which could not control as on and off all day long 6-16+ times every day, and after considerable efforts on our part took 19mths before they would listen, and refused to reply to our emails to the executive team, and now going to the ombudsman. They are rude and tell untruths and EE is deceitful and manipulative, EE will do everything they can to cause confusion, even when they are to blame, by continuously causing errors one after another. Bills sent to wrong email as reminders as to what is due, although always paid on time, and repeatedly asked EE to use the correct email as given to them; and ignored for the 20mths! Be aware when they should be respectful towards customers for after all customers pay for a service. EE do not show any respect at all or any care for what customers pay for, and will send you on a spiralling journey of upsets and blaming Openreach and BT every time.

Ee is becoming my worst nightmare, i never used to get any service at night time or morning time , it has now getting slow during the day time as well, everytime i ring, they identify the fault and send an engineer but prob stays the same, one thing they are good at is taking money from my acc every month on time. Im so stressed as im working and i dont get time spending ages on hold. They used to be good when they first started, now their customer service sound arrogant and like they dont care.. they really need to work on this.. i knw im leaving when my contract finishes, there is no way im continuing but They will lose more customers if they carry on like this.

The worst UK company I have dealt with in my 78 years on this planet. Details are boring but to cancel a contract with them took 5 long phone calls, 1 hour on the website and two visits to their shops to prove who I was..ALL OVER A PERIOD OF 6 DAYS .. Their telephone customer service staff are robotic and totally unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
