“I wanted to write an update to my one star review. That issue did happen however, on Monday when I could call the office that I rented my car from the issue was handled. So just a little recap. I was given a rental car because my car was in the shop being fixed due to an accident. The first car I was given within 24 hours had a major malfunction light come on. I call the 800 number since it was a Sat afternoon. I was told to take it to the Naperville office on Sunday to exchange to car. The Naperville office's had the worst customer service I've dealt with and told me that the car was fine. They wouldn't switch the car out. I told them if something happened to the car, I had tried to switch it out and they refused. So Monday I called the Villa Park office and let them know what happen over the weekend. Luke and Nick were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure I would get a different car. They went as far as bringing the car to my house and switching it out. Enterprise should feel very lucky to have Luke and Nick working for them! So when employees like Jack Bronec give terrible customer service to a customer, Luke and Nick can come in and fix the situation. If Jack had just done his job in the first place I wouldn't have given your company a one star review and then gone on the read all the other one star review. Yikes! So the point of this long story is, that I feel that Luke and Nick should probably get a bonus, because if they did this with me they are most likely treating all their customers like rockstars.”
“I had the easiest experience with the Issaquah rental car location a big shout out to Nick Kennedy as he made my experience even more memorable with great attitude and all around ease for me right at closing time too. I will definitely be renting from them again. All the staff were great to work with.”

“The Martinsburg WV office has always done well by me. I've never had a problem, never had a bad experience. I know about the refundable deposit fee, and all the other particulars. Every staff member has always shown me the greatest courtesy, and has always been able to help me. Any time I need a rental car, they are the only place i will deal with.”
“We rented an SUV from Phoenix South Mountain and headed to Cav Creek. On the way there, we heard a 'rubbing' sound when we went over the most minimal bumps. Called Griffin at South Mountain and he said no problem, Enterprise would change out the car, but we were more than an hour from his store. He we contact the Cave Creek store to see if they could help. Spoke to Evan at Cave Creek and he said he could. Long story short, Griffin and Evan had worked together at PHX and they got us into an equivalent replacement, that was actually returned to Evan the next day...and Evan continued to help us thru a couple small hiccups during our remaining 3 week rental. Great service !! Left everyone smiling !! Thx to both of your store Mgrs !!”

“While on a business trip in Huntsville, Alabama my rental car broke down on Monday November 16th in a mall parking lot. Enterprise roadside assistance could have dealt with the situation better. They called a tow truck. The tow truck driver called and said he was on his way. After almost 2.5 hours I called the tow truck driver and asked where he was. He said he was called to another tow and someone else would come and would find out where he was and call me back. He never called. I called roadside assistance back and the girl did not even care that I had been waiting this long and said she could call another tow truck and her computer was showing it would be another hour. I told her that was unacceptable and I needed to get to Huntsville Airport to get another vehicle. She then said I send an uber and send a tow truck to get the vehicle. Upon the uber bringing me back to the airport, the manager Terynce was upset that I experienced all this. Terynce and Bethany could not have been more kind and helpful to me. They made sure I was put into another vehicle. Terynce even provided his cell if I ran into anymore problems while in Huntsville. I so appreciate the wonderful customer service from the Huntsville airport team. I do think that the roadside assistance girls that are part of that area of enterprise need to be spoken to and need to more attentive to customers that are stranded for 2.5 hrs is unacceptable and there should be more effort to stay on a tow coming for the customer.”
