I now have 4 pairs of Hotter boots of different styles, and I love them! Their soft leather is both beautiful and comfortable. They clean easily and look great with pants, jeans, or leggings.

Rubbish unreliable company, take orders they can’t fulfill as no stock, no communication and if and I do mean If you get through informed no stock and admit they can’t even email to confirm order cancelled! Shoddy!

Soles on both my shoes and my wifes shoes disintegrated . I have never known this happen with any other other shoe brand. This has happened to several pairs of Hotter shoes and despite them being comfortable I will have to stop buying Hotter shoes.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and the money was taken from my account. I returned them 2 days later as they didn’t fit and 3 weeks later despite numerous emails I have heard nothing. The reruns service is appalling and they do not bother to reply to emails. I will never buy anything from them again. Back to Sketchers for me

Hi I rang this morning when I realised my shoes weren't going to be delivered even tho paid next day delivery. Spoke to a lovely lady who removed the extra next day delivery fee and added 10% discount too and said my shoes would be delivered tomm. Kept checking my emails not received any confirmation of delivery tomm so thought I would ring again before they went home, got a lady who said maybe delivered but not guaranteed, she was working from home with the television blaring loudly in the background whilst on the phone to me. Not very polite or professional. I will see if my shoes turn up tomm but not holding my breath. This has happened before....wheres your professionalism Hotter ??

I've loved Hotter shoes. Today I was notified after approx 6 weeks that they could not ship the shoes. All out. The last time I ordered I get the same message. They didnt notify me, I have to go after them. They take your money and say nothing. I'm so tired of being treated this way. They are incompetent. I said take me off of your mailing list and email list. I don't want your catalogues I'm done with Hotter. Now to look for shoes comparable. Beyond disappointed.

Bought a pair of ladies Dew in March 2020. Nice looking shoes. Walked 1 mile and got blister above right ankle. Two weeks later walked the same mile, got a revived blister above right ankle and a new blister above left ankle. These shoes used to be comfortable straight out of the box, but last 3 pairs not so. Have bought Hotter shoes since 2001. No longer. Waste of money. Last pair.

Just purchased a new pair of Nova shoes, they are not at all like my old Nova’s. very hard soles , inner sole also not up to the same standard. They are more bulky and not as attractive looking. Very disappointed and was very tempted to return them but don’t want to pay return postage. I own many pairs of Hotters and have always been very happy with them until now.

Only info about new sizing after purchase of two pairs ,1 wide other extra wide. Leaflets inside parcel giving new sizing ,a by late after ordeing. Wide was my normal size ,now a good bit tighter, extra wide good fit.

Their service used to be great - but now it is appauling. Delivery times are always well into 2 months from placing order - never 5-7 days as they reckon. When you order everything is available but as soon as you pay and place order - its never available and takes months. They give you a delivery date and then come back a few days before suppose to despatch and then its another month delay and so on and so on. The only good thing about hotter is the product is still good - but with all the bad service etc somehow the product is not worth it.

For the last few years I've exclusively bought Hotter shoes. They would also deliver to my work. But a few months ago they failed to deliver to my work, they took my money and didn't notify me they hadn't shipped my shoes, and I had to contact them to get my money back. I still wanted the shoes but they told me they can't deliver to my work address (that they had previously delivered to and where I never get a y problems delivering anything, it's central London). I then went to a shop to get a pair of shoes. The shoes fell apart after a few months, and I still thought I would give Hotter another try and try and deliver it to a different also central London address, where no other company in the whole world has any problems delivering to. I again didn't receive my package, not a word from them, and they took my money. Had to contact them again, and they simply told me they never took my money (then where is it!?) and they can't deliver to this address either. Maybe I've been somehow blacklisted? I mean they can't be this incompetent in delivering their product to central London can they? Well I told them my money is gone, and I'm sure they'll refund me. But so disappointing to see a company not caring to take care of their customers one bit. I think I'll go with a different company now, I give up. Your shoes fall apart after a few months anyway.

Have over the last couple of years bought your ladies lace up brogues, tasseled loafers whisper boots x2 pairs and 3 pairs of sandals all have been lovely had slippers Xmas 2018 suede a bit frumpy but so supportive and comfy. Thought I'd try the new animal print mule Xmas 2019 and I'm so disappointed, very solid , uncomfortable and nothing like the quality. Also bought my husband the suede moccasin slipper almost a year ago and after a couple of weeks wear the backs don't stay up so they are quite dangerous, spoke to one of the sales ladies in the Hotter store and she said she had bought them for her husband too and the same thing happened as he is not happy with his either🤷‍♀️ What has happened to your quality Hotter!! You also seem to have removed reviews from customers on each style on your site which I always found helpful. Is this because the reviews were getting poor I wonder.

Terrible customer support. Bought a pair of Tamara Boots size 5 in Maroon colour online for £42 which were delivered after few days. Opened the box to double check colour and size and it looked fine. But when I wore the boots recently it caused me so much discomfort and pain. I called customer service to arrange a replacement for wide fit but they said its not available. I then asked to arrange a return but they slapped me with a strict 30 days return policy and refused to arrange return. I explained the reason for delay because I only wore the boots now and experienced so much pain. I was just a week over 30 days windows. The boots are clearly not suitable for my feet and its totally unfair to expect me to take the loss of £42 to my chin. Distance selling regulations allow me to replace a product that's not suitable but they ignored me. I'm now going to open PayPal dispute and will do everything to ensure they don't get away with my hard earned money.

I am so annoyed that Hotter state free delivery as if you return items they deduct DELIVERY and returns from your refund. I did e-mail them rather than write a review but I am sure a robot replied. Look at bad reviews that state either phone or e-mail them rather than replying online. I will not be buying from Hotter again. I only returned these boots as they did not fit!

My very first purchase from Hotter, comfortable men’s casual shoes. However the sole split after very limited wear. Sent photo to Hotter who confirmed that shoes advertised as having “durable and flexible sole” should not fail in this manner. By sending a photo of the box which I still had, Hotter were able to advise me of the date of purchase and method of payment. However, they refused to help me further (whatever that means), unless I paid my credit card company for a duplicate statement showing the purchase. Do not want to throw good money after bad, so will simply avoid Hotter in the future and advise others to tread with Caution

Soles of several pairs of hotter shoes have disintegrated while cheaper shoes bought around the same time are absolutely fine

I agree with others comments about customer care. I returned a pair of shoes to store in and they said that they would ask for a replacement pair to be sent to me. So far so good as they came the following day. The staff in store were very helpful. However, sadly these shoes did not fit so I returned them on 14 Dec asking for a wider fit in a half size smaller. I did not receive a pair and have had no end of trouble getting through to the helpline so resorted to emailing customer services. Today I received a cheque less the amount for postage. Hotter thinks that this is a good way to treat customers. I for one won't order on line again if their system is broken like this. I have written to them expressing my concerns but doubt I will get a reply.
