Terrible and disastrous experience with HP's recent after sales services, on top of it HP is not all bothered to look into quality of services provided by their service partners (especially in UAE). Called/emailed numerous times to HP EMEA and HP Inc. (including official letter's to new CEO) but to no avail, there has been very cold response from the regional local office and 'NO' response from their global HQ/CEO. In my experience, HP is least bothered about any customer's concerns or grievance after sales are done. Which regrettably clearly demonstrates the lack of HP's Corporate governance and control for Customer satisfaction and after sales services. Unfortunately, I'm forced to believe that HP's current governance are guided by other motives. In any case due to my last very bad experience with HP, I've decided to switch from HP brand to any other brand. My sincere advice to all HP patron's is that to be very careful enquire properly about the after sales service partners they have engaged in the region (and their credibility and reviews) while making any deal with HP and its services.

I recently decided to upgrade my laptop. I looked into Amazon, and Walmart for a new laptop. I read the reviews of the vendors that were selling the laptop I was interested in and found that they were rather shady using used components, etc. I looked at the HP store website and found a deal on a custom built laptop. I chose my components and placed my order on March 27, 2021. I was interested in keeping track of the progress of the build of the laptop and checked continually on the progress. There was no progress and the laptop order remained in the initial order stage. I went looking at other vendors and found the exact laptop that I thought was a custom build being offered by Office Depot for the same price as the supposedly 'deal' from HP. I wrote an email to the HP customer service asking about the status of my custom built laptop and why it had not moved out of the order stage into build. I was told that it was a custom order and that they had to wait on components. and that was why it had not moved along. I considered this to be a real crock as a company as large as HP is not having to wait on components and if that was the case it should be communicated in the order process, not take the money and make the customer wait for an extended period of undetermined time. I revisited the order on the website to ascertain if my custom laptop had made any progress and again it was in the same status. I went to the chat link and chatted with Leader V about the laptop and asked about canceling the order so that I could go to Office Depot and get the laptop in 3 days. Leander V told me the same scripted response that it was a custom order and that they were waiting on components and when iI pressed about the return he suddenly stated that the laptop was in the build stage of the process. I thanked him for being the only person who was candid with me, although it was maybe not so. I waited and returned to the order link on the website to find that my laptop had not moved one inch. I wrote to the customer service again via email and included the script from the chat with Leander V were in in stated that the laptop had moved along in its build, whereas it had not. I was again feed the same scripted response and no mention was made of the falsehood that was presented to them in the chat script of my email. So, here I sit waiting for a custom laptop build that is already out in retailers. You cannot cancel a HP order after one hour of the initial order, so beware of HP and those who work for them as they speak with a forked tongue and their business practices are questionable.

If you buy a laptop from them just remember you do not own it or the hardware/software and can never take full control of either. They have put hidden software on mine that means it won't run at all without their permission. As someone who has built a few PC's this is pretty disgusting. Shame I couldn't give zero stars

Dont buy an HP Pavilion… My advice to anyone thinking of investing in an HP Pavilion is - Dont! I thought I was buying a good reliable machine but how wrong I was. it is almost impossible to undertake any task without the screen enlarging or shrinking without any input from me. The touchpad is so sensitive the dog sneezing operates it and I have to reset it. I am absolutely sick of it. I have updated the drivers numerous times but it has no effect. HP obviously didnt rate reliability when they decided to equip their machines with Elan touchpads. Because of finance I am stuck with it but as soon as I can afford it this one will be consigned to the bin. I wont evemn sell it on - I wouldnt with it on anyone. Well I have put up with this heap of junk for long enough and it's now time to consign it to the trash where it belongs. Never again will I waste my money on a product from a company who produce such unreliable products and have so little regard for their long suffering customers. Now to find a RELIABLE laptop

If there was an option of giving zero stars I would have. DO NOT GET YOUR DEVICES FORM HP UK. I purchased a bundle that consisted of a Hp laptop and Hp pen. Purchasing the product online (No problem). Delivering the product to me (No problem). Collecting the products to go back because I was dissatified with their functions (No problem). Refunding my money (MAJOR!MAJOR!MAJOR! PROBLEM. The return and refund policy states that a refund is to be made 7 working days after the collection of the products. THIS IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. In fact I am still waiting for a refund despite my collection being nearly a MONTH AGO. The post sales team (depending on who views my email) ignored me. The responses I get (if they bother to respond) are repetitive and useless. You cannot tell me my refund is in "Progress" if there's nothing PROGRESSING ABOUT IT. I am disappointed and fed up. A huge company like this....failing at customer care .......failing the customers who give you profit? SHAME!!!!!!

This review is for HP UK. My daughter bought a high-end laptop from HP UK in November 2020 for her University research work. It was quickly evident that it was faulty. It kept crashing and the screen kept going off. The laptop was returned to HP. It arrives back on 26th January 2021 but still has the same faults. We asked for a new replacement or refund but were told that because it was now more than 30 days since purchase, we are not entitled to a refund!! They agreed to collect it and replace it. It was finally collected on 25th February 2021. 24 days after they were informed of the problem after many phone calls. As I write this, it's 19th MARCH 2021, nearly a month after it was collected, she still has NOT got a working laptop back from HP nor any offer of a refund. After many many phone calls plus emails (being put on hold for at least 20 minutes every call) we have been told a replacement might be with her by 14th APRIL. 5 months after she bought it!! And that is not a promised date. We have asked for a refund and been told we can't have one! They do not have a customer service department. You can only speak to the tech support department who promise to pass on your concerns. Each time, the tech support guy has promised that we would get a call from customer services by 5pm the next day - we're STILL WAITING! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

A disgraceful company! 1. They send out faulty cartridges. 2. They say it will take 10 days to send out new ones - unacceptable I have invoices to print and send out now. 3. The excuse given for 10 days was "due to Covid" - How utterly contemptuous of a company to use Covid, which has killed so many thousands of people, to excuse their pitiful performance. 4. I am told I will receive a call back in 1 hour - just another lie of course. 4. Take a look at their Facebook page - hundreds of complaints all being ignored!

I ordered a printer on February 24th 2021 which was shown as 'delivery in 48 hours' direct from the HP UK store. I got confirmation my order was accepted. When I checked the tracking site it said delivery on 1st of March. No contact from HP so I checked tracking again and it showed delivery estimated on 11th March because the printer was suddenly out of stock. Surely HP were aware of the stock level when they accepted my order and lied about the delivery. This is as near fraud as it gets or at least is dishonest. I would highly recommend NOT placing an order with HP because they, basically, cannot be trusted. Contacting anyone at HP is impossible and there are absolutely no replies to emails. Customer service is absolutely abysmal, in fact non-existent. I honestly wonder if there is any organisation at the HP UK store apart from a very efficient system for collecting money from your bank account. The products are fine but the organisation is dishonest and I feel that any company with management of this calibre should not be allowed to function. DO NOT USE!!

Ordered a HP Envy 2in1 laptop direct from HP's online store. I cannot comment on the actual tech, as I returned it unopened following a fairly awful customer experience. The first order placed was cancelled after 24hrs by HP and no reason given. Whilst they consider the payment made for this order only a reservation until the order is processed, be aware that these funds are still removed from your bank account and take a normal refund period (3-5 days). In order to process this order, they ask you to pay again by bank transfer. So now you're paying twice as much for the same order and have no purchase protection. I was then offered a small discount as an incentive to proceed with this method of payment. Dodgy. Having refused, I placed a second order and requested that the discount be applied to that. To cut a long story short, this was refused, then altered to be a voucher only eligible for the HP store. Complaints were raised and took additional follow-up phone calls before they were even acknowledged. My concerns about the method of payment remain unaddressed, the delivery took twice as long as advertised on the website... All in all, a disaster from start to finish and to say that HP were apathetic would be an understatement. I work too hard for my money to have this level of disdain in return. Will be buying elsewhere from now on.

Order stated 48 hrs delivery. Placed my order on the 1st it is now the 6th and still nothing received. HP website says that the parcel is loaded on a truck for delivery from the delivery depot. The "Parcel force" website says the parcel has only been sorted and this does not indicate delivery today. The two emails towards customer service did not get answered. I like HP products but, what a way to lose your customer satisfaction like this (look at all the complaints online). Just do not create false expectations. " Due to COVID the delivery can take 7 or more days, we apologize for this inconvenience". This simple sentence keeps your customer loyalty. A no brainer for such a big company. The delivery and customer service do not support their products.

STAY AWAY FROM HP WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I would not even give one star I bought a new HP laptop and the screen stopped working along with one of the USB ports, after many attempts for a response on Whatsapp I finally managed to get a hold of someone who arranged for the laptop to be collected for repair, the laptop was returned to me unrepaired the very next day with the engineer report stating the USB fault is damage caused by the customer, they had not even checked the screen therefore it was not mentioned on the report, I had to then send messages for someone to contact me on whatsapp for 3 days until I finally got a response from technical support who are based in India, they said they would investigate and come back to me but no one did come back to me instead they sent me a message asking me if my issue was resolved so I had to go through the whole process again and again with no response on whatsapp I went online to look for a UK customer service dept to call, I found a number online which again connected to agents in India after repeating myself again I was put through to HP customer service based in Portugal her name was Tania I found her to be very rude and she just would not listen to any points I raised instead she blatantly lied to me, she could not provide me with a engineers report and just said the warranty is void and closed my complaint besides me stating to her that she can not close my complaint before showing me evidence of the damage they say I have caused to the screen to stop working and the USB port she just put the phone down on me and closed my complaint, I'm in shock I'm now having to go through it all again, THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIANCED IN MY LIFE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Ordered an Omen gaming computer on 10th December, estimated delivery advertised as 17th - 24th December. Up until 16th December the on-line order status showed item at "packing" (= ready for dispatch). On the 16th, I called HP to confirm the despatch status only to be told that "unfortunately delivery of this item has been delayed until 10th February next year!! I am angry and upset that this item was, in my opinion, mis-sold with false delivery expectations - a week's delay would have been unfortunate - but perhaps excusable - but 3 months?!!! and the item showing at the despatch stage!! and no update from HP ! Will never use them again.

On Oct 30, 2020 I placed an order at HP.com for a new computer after I lost my previous computer in Hurricane Zeta. It took nearly a month before shipping after a delay. Once shipped, it took longer than it should have, after I paid for expedited shipping. Luckily, I received the $9.83 back since the computer clearly was not expedited as I paid. Unfortunately, though, the Fedex driver left my package on the side of my house in the rain rather than on my front covered porch. Upon opening it I noticed there was some moisture on the screen. I immediately contacted HP customer support. I want my computer, however, I paid for brand NEW, undamaged and simply want some type of compensation for this and now all these issues. I have been going back and forth with a customer service agent named Barbara who has been of no help at all. She first wanted pictures, which I totally get, but it was DAYS later before I got a response and that cardboard fell apart by them. So it was trashed. Now, nearly a week later, she wants photos of the computer screen.... that has already had a chance to dry after I set it in rice. I was also told there would be a 15% restocking fee to return the DAMAGED item they sent. Again, I am happy to keep it. I need it for work. However, I do request a partial refund because I received a damaged item. Nobody was even home. The shipment said a signature would be required and gave the new delivery date. The conditions they left it out, if you looked up, would show it had been raining literally all day on the day it was delivered. So there was no excuse for Fedex to leave it out as they did. However, I, as the customer who paid $2,457.86 for this computer to be brand new and delivered in perfect condition, should be treated much better than this. Because of Fedex and HP's negligence I should be refunded some of my money back as I do not know what damage that moisture did or will cause any issues long term. Additionally, the customer service has been insulting and a joke to say the least.

We purchased a brand new Lap top for Christmas for my daughter. It was the lap top she wanted but very pricey. Her mother and I decided to extended ourselves and buy our kids something they really wanted...because I was unemployed for almost 2 years and they cut my wife's hours. We struggled for awhile, but our kids never asked for anything because they were aware of our situation at age 9 and 13. We were glad to see the look on their faces on Christmas morning. Fast forward 8 months later the laptop died and it was because of a defective hard drive confirmed by HP and Geek Squad. HP asked us to send it in...we did. Two weeks later we received it and and 4 weeks later it had the same problem. They fixed it while under warranty. Now they won't even communicate with us or respond to emails because it's out of warranty. They didn't do a good job at all. Now my daughter has a very expensive laptop that doesn't work. HP in my experience has the worse customer support along with product quality. Someone from HP needs to contact me at. 4074890160
