Tighten up! COVID-19 doesn't excuse poor customer service, and I think people would be a lot more understanding if communication in regards to the service people are PAYING FOR was strengthened.

Kitchen is ok, but service after sale is a big 0. Had errors with parts and when I called Ikea for the second time I literally waited 1h on the phone before anyone answers on both occasions.
