This company is extremely incompetent with no regard for customer service. I had a nightmare experience with them a few months ago. I had to make dozens of calls to them to get things done. It's very difficult to get through to the relevant person. I always got a promise of a call back but no one ever did. No one responds to emails either. Furthermore, this company is also very dishonest with everyone. Charges they had for rental car were extremely excessive. They have given different figures for my compensation every time I call them and they still owe me £1000 which I have little hope to recover from them. Claim Number: KAM2003118

This company is completely inefficient and supremely difficult to get hold of. 20 to 30 minutes holding on the phone to speak to someone who is ineffectual is standard operating procedure. They dress themselves up as being professional and following data protection policy etc but it’s all waffle and time wasting. Not a company that should to be in business at all. Least of all customer facing. Looking at the reviews they are a institutionally a failure.

This company is one big rip off merchant. They are devious from the get go. They come on the phone after you report your incident as if they've been sent by the insurers to deal with it. No openess, no options or clarity. I found out almost too late that they are sent by the Brokers NOT the Underwriters. In fact if you check, you'll find your Underwriters haven't even been informed of the claim. They're in it to get you into one of their disgustingly overpriced hire vehicles. The one they gave me was charged out at £475.00 PER DAY!! THEY GOT OVER £12K in money just for that car. Wrote mine off straight away. Took their hire car back off me to put me under pressure to settle on their measly estimate of my cars' value. Well, it hasn't worked! I've taken the claim out of their hands and gone back to me underwriters. They even had the cheek to make me pay for a new tyre at £375 on THEIR VEHICLE under the pretence I could claim it back, only to be told the puncture happened while I had their vehicle, so my responsibility!! Meanwhile THEIR vehicle is swanning around with a brand new tyre on it courtesy of me!! How does this all work and how do they get away with it??

Will not be insuring my vehicle with anyone who uses Kindertons again. Got passed over to them by Privilege and went down hill from then. Many phone calls lasting over a week asking same questions. When I cancelled the hire car they were really P☆☆☆ed off.

One person commented they are Un Regulated? Erh, yes they are, Try the FCA Financial Conduct Authority, or go to the Financial Ombudsman. There is a Proceedure involved, Raise a C9m0laint with the company, recieve thir final descission, Go to the Finacial Ombudsman, then FCA.

I don't want to go to much into detail but you can tell Reading others reviews just how bad this company is. They will promise the world just to get you into one of their overpriced hire vehicles to sting 3rd party insurers. They will keep you in that vehicle for as long as physically possible. They don't call you back. You never go through to right department They fob you off o and if you get fed up of waiting and decide to get another work vehicle because what they supplied isn't fit for purpose and send it back They cancel their agreement with you!

AVOID AVOID AVOID This company is corrupt at the highest level. All they want is your car and to give you a courtesy car. They write your car off then charge you for the courtesy car. Negligent from the get go don't communicate with you at all tell you there is no engineer to inspect your car in the area. Central between 2 large cities how is there no engineer. Never ring back never resolve anything with Third Party Insurers infact don't even contact them. Took them to small claims they spent more on their solicitors/barristers then the value of the claim. They are unregulated and something needs to be done. I am more then happy to push this Company into the public glare anybody wishing to join feel free to contact me with your experience.

Kindertons is a USA based Insrance accident claims handling service provider. They take your car under false pretenses as "Further Inspection", by their Contracred "Salvage and Aution" partners "COPART" Who are also USA Based, who wright your repairable car off deliberately so they can Auction it off as a Repairable, to Supply Demand For the Second-hand Car sales Market. This is what is Putting up your car Insurence? Not Crash for Cash, or Fraudulent Insurence Claims.

Joke of a company, not really interested in helping as long as they pulled your trousers over your head and had there pound of flesh, there engineers must of got there qualifications from a corn flakes packet if its a small simple job they just write it off, avoid at all costs

******Please Avoid******* I genuinely have never been a customer of a company that are so so poor at customer service, in most if not all my dealings with them even though I’m the customer I’ve had to chance query, object even at one point Emailing the MD of parent company only to be fobbed of over time. So It started really as soon as they get you a car as it’s their main objective to start earning revenue( and a hell of a lot at that) messed up delivery times of that then had to swap the car two days later as it needed an Mot! Then my car took nearly two weeks to be collected to be as I thought assessed and repaired. Even the car delivery driver said if it’s going to CarPort it’s a weight off! This is before anyone’s seen it. When it was finally taken I accidentally left my dash cam in. This was stolen by the people that supposedly are taking care of my vehicle, although Kindertons repaid me the money this is wrong on so many levels. So from fighting to get a realistic quote for my vehicle to dealing with what felt like everyone in the company even though I supposedly had a claims handler. Even when I had one person that was point of contact after raising concerns he wouldn’t update me on payments or they didn't even have the decency to say that’s it your all done thank you for your custom. Just a few sarcastic Emails from the so called customer experience people. Just to rub a bit of salt in the wounds. I genuydid give them a chance to take on board my feedback and experience and fix it but they cleat don't care. I just hope to gif that this gets to people prior to them acting on your behalf or should I say their behalf as it just about revenue for them from my experience. Massive stress and uncertainty caused by them I’m missing loads out but my main point is please don’t go near them. I understand if you’re reading this and think he’s just moaning for the sake of it. I can assure you I’ve never had such a stressful time when I’ve not been to blame for an accident in all my driving time. It’s like I had to justify everything at every step along the way to the company I entrusted to act in my best interests. Also please read more reviews on here, god I wish I had. Moral of story just go to your insurance company. Note for Kindertons please don’t respond to this with any false promises or comments to make you sound sincere. This is just genuinely for your future customers to make an informed choice.

This company now seems to be stalling and delaying resolution, the Other Party are Simply Refusing to accept Liability, and as I presume Kindertons Don't Have their own Legal Department? To take this case to court they advised me to "Claim Compensation" from Aviva. It would then be wise for Aviva to Take over this Claim.

My insurence brocker called them selfs a "Insurence Intermediary", this means they are not the insurence company, just a sales team selling Insurance Polacies. After 34 years of no accidents and no claims a young lady drove out of a Juntion 8nfront withought stopping to give way to us. Her car was old and subsequently Writtern off? Our car is 2015, to replace it would cost £7,000. So we looked at my brokers paperwork and called the Claims Number, we were directed to their Claims Handeler, who was a seperate company called Kindertons. Immediately we recieved a Statement of Truth, we told them we had Pictures etc. So they sent a link , this happend 4 Time s ? In one month. Clearly they use part time staff and there is no guarantee youl get the same Handeler even if you telephone in, thus confusion and different staff didn't pass on details and Information, we recieved numerous requests for info and Pictures etc that we had already given and explained to them, everything we went through the whole process again. Then they tried to send us a Hire car, Agreement with a GTA agreement attached. It stated that our car was Un Roadworthy and Required Recovery, and we could not Store the Vehicle, they arranged a Hire Car 7 days after the Accident , they said our car needed to go for further assesment, so immediately I got concerned and cancelled the hire car and GTA agreement as it states you can doo from between the 2nd day you sighned it ,upto 14 days for any reason what so Ever. I then get a call asking why I have cancelled the claim, I said I've cancelled the Hire car and GTA because my wife is ill and were at hospital at the moment, so I cannot Recieve handover of the Hire car at the moment . They said they would re instate the claim. Subsequently after writing a Review on Trust Pilot, they replied to the review saying that 3 days after the Accident they already knew they had writtern my car off ???? And Valued it at £5,000. And Co Port, the Inspection People who also own a Salvage, Storage and Auction Yard ? would have collected my car when the Hire car Arrived, thus the reason why they told us to leave the V5 and both Keys in the car for when they collect it ? They wanted our car for Salvage and Auction it as a Repairer. In the meantime I had gone out and got two independant Repair Qotes, £2,500 and 4,000. clearly £3,000 was the bench mark. So £7,000 and £3,000 to repair it ? So how is that writtern off ???? I then contacted AVIVA, and raised my concerns, they said they would not recommend using Kindertons, I explained I was directed automaticaly to them as the brokers claim handeller, Avida said as we are the Insurer who pays for it, we can take this case away from Kindertons as process your claim ourself, this they have. So after taking my car to their approved repairer for inspection , Aviva hasn't writtern my car off and Autherised it to be Repaired. You will see a AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, Review further down, this mirrors my concern exactly.

I had an insurance with clements and after somebody broke my parked car, the car was taken and some money for the value of the car was promised. I stopped receiving any contact from the last weeks and the incident was actually in beginning of October (exactly 155 days ago without me receiving the money promised) I need to chase them for more info and if I actually needed the money urgently I would be struggling. Avoid any contact with this company!

Do not use this company,they are a joke pretending to be insurance company...never answer your calls never once retired my Calls.... Had a guy call David clulow assigned to my case never once help me,had to do everything myself NEVER AGAIN!!! stay well away,,

Avoid this company, waited nearly 2 months just to be told that they can't deal with my case. Two months I was driving my car damaged. And if you try to get in touch with them, stay tight cause it takes hours for someone to answer. So Avoid, Avoid...

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE AND YOUR OWN SANITY! This company have absolutely no clue about accident management. If I could give a 0 star rating I would, but unfortunately this is not an option. I was involved in a rear end non stop RTC on 09/12/22. Hyundai First took on my case on 10/12/22 & then appointed Kindertons Accident Management to deal with my claim. I received a courtesy (rental) car very quickly which was good, but then again this is how they earn part of their money. They drag things out in a farcical way to clock up the income from an astronomically overpriced hire car and storage of your vehicle (wherever that may end up being) My car was taken from my property on 19/12/22 on a flatbed truck. I was then contacted the following day by Danielle Brown - CLAIMS HANDLER –LEVEL 3 at Kindertons Accident Management asking for Dash Cam footage (that had already been provided) of the 09/12 incident. On 23/12/22 I was contacted by Kindertons and was informed that they would not be carrying out the repairs to my car because there is no clear picture of the registration of the offending vehicle that hit my car & fled the scene. I was offered no information or advice regarding the next steps and the call was ended (they then lied about what was said within this call). After numerous unreturned calls to Kindertons, I finally got to speak with someone who informed me that the company had no idea where my car was. After more unreturned calls/numerous emails and having to threaten to report my car as being stolen, I was then contacted by James Williams at Kindertons on 28/12/22 who lied about the information allegedly given to me previously (he cockily stated “we record calls”) well guess what James, I obtained the recordings via a data access request and they prove your company has lied and falsified case notes. This call pretty much ended with my car being held to ransom by Kindertons until I meet their request of contacting my insurers myself and requesting my insurers contact Kindertons to confirm they will carry out the repairs. Funnily enough, evidence of my formal complaints (that were ignored) were witheld by Kindertons from my data access request along with other information that could paint them in a bad light. (A data access request can be submitted via email to Kindertons free of charge and can be escalated to the data commissioner if necessary) Kindertons were contacted by my insurers multiple times and were not responding to them (dragging things out). Kindertons were holding property that does not belong to them and were not complying with any contract that I had agreed to. All checks should have been carried out by Kindertons before they took my car under the false pretence of repairing it. Kindertons have held my car for almost 3 weeks without doing anything that they promised and will no doubt be expecting someone to foot the bill for a significant payout for a courtesy (hire) car, transportation/storage of my car. AVOID THIS DISGRACE OF A COMPANY AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!

They do not answer the phones, when you push the buttons they ask you to do to get to the proper department they do not work, they keep you on the phone but never answer it, The chat line never responds to you, they advised another company that I had 13 claims, I had no claims, they sent another persons details to MEM about me, they said I had an accident in York with a Red Kia, I have never had a Red Kia and never been in York, I live 350 miles away from York, Looks like this is a Proceeds of crime and money laundering operation

Joke of a company. Someone went into my car completely their fault which they are taking blame for. However workshop that my car went into came back with more faults than it did when it went in! 3 weeks later and still waiting on a resolution. Phone them numerous times and eventually days later they get back to you and totally useless advice. I'm the innocent party here and Kindertoms meant to be acting on my behalf yet its like the total opposite. My anxiety and stress levels are through the roof. Would NOT recommend this company at all.
