I booked 2 flights for my daughter's from Pakistan to Moldova and one part of the flights were cancelled meaning they would have to wait in Turkey for 3 days which would of caused a lot of problems so I was given the option to cancel and I payed for the assisted cancellation options which said they would help me with getting a refund within 3 months that was 9 months ago and I still haven't received any refund or response I would advise anyone who is booking anything to avoid kiwi.com AT ALL COSTS

I got charged twice for a flight that never got booked ( it said it wasn’t approved while it got charged). Called them for a refund and they told me I need to call my bank ( first time in 6 years I have this problem with my bank ). Calling my bank is going to be extra 1-2 h , not worth my time. Should have checked the reviews ; what a scam site.

WORST experience. They argued with me that the flight to India still land after the Indian Government’s announced date for airport closing. They ghosted me, took 18 months from Mar 2020 till now and havent got in touch with me despite the various complaints/contacts I tried. All other cheap flights website refunded us for the cancellation. Kiwi.com happily ripped us off with the tickett hat got canceled. Low ethics! Terrible business. Everyone avoid at all costs!!

My flights were cancelled due to the Pandemic and they promised to give me a refund within 3-6 months It's been more than 18 months and I'm still waiting for it And those THIEVES don't bother replying to my emails anymore

I am just so so so sorry I didnt look at the reviews before booking my flight in 2019. I can only hope to help at least one person. I share my experience in all my platforms and to anyone flying I warn them about Kiwi.com Booked lfight in Dec 2019. Covid hit for flight in may 2020. Still waiting for refund in Aug 2021. Now got an e-mail saying I can get some refund back. So ithought , ok these scammers need to make some profit to make a living so I let it go but when I asked for refund to be made to my form of initial payment, I was told I couldnt and they are now asking my bank swift info for bank transfer. When I tried to process that, they are not letting me do that either. The links and website they lead me to are not working. They basically left me with one option which is a Kiwi credit. Id rather give my money away than use them. That's how horrible of a company they are. I am just so so so sorry I didnt look at the reviews before booking my flight in 2019. By far the worst agency that I ever used. I booked my trip with their service, and I did not receive any reservation number that refers to the flight company. Besides that, there was a change in one of my flights and as soon as I saw that I tried to contact the agency, which was impossible to do it! I tried the webchat, and the call center. The chat they only answered me in the day that my flight was supposed to happen at 5 a.m. – which is completely ridiculous -, the call center I could just not reach any person there, since I only got the message ‘your booking number doesn’t exist’. Everything with this agency looks like a big scam, and if not, their care with the costumers is less than zero! It is a waste of time and money, besides a lot of stress and frustration to cancel a trip!!!

2 flights cancelled by the carrier...I have no refund. 1 flight departure date changed and I was not notified, so missed it- no credit given. 1 flight route changed by carrier, I couldn't make my connection. Lost the value of 3 other connecting flights - tickets unusable after flight cancellation. Total air scam I paid last minute airfare prices, because I wanted a cheap ticket... 6 months later, nothing from kiwi. Lost 1500.00 and paid 3500.00 in last minute airfare to replace cancellations and changes. Never book french bee either...

Their refund policy is pretty bad Their refund policy is really bad. They let you wait over a year. Even when government announced travel restrictions during COVID pandemic and the countries have closed the boarders but they refused to refund me. After chasing them for half year they just issued me 15% refund… be careful! They will take your money and don’t give you back even when the flights were cancelled due to pandemic. They’ll say they are working on it and give them 6 months but by the time, you won’t be able to claim/dispute with credit card company. Flight 110575542 with Norwegian air and Ryan air.

DO NOT DO IT. Worst experience while traveling to Europe EVER. Once we booked our flight, the company kept emailing me that my flights are being rebooked. We did not fly on our intended flight route, instead we ended up traveling over 40 hours just to get back. Not worth it at all. WORST customer service as well. It added so much stress and ended up being twice as much as I would’ve paid for a regular ticket. Avoid at all cost!!!

Never, I say never ever buy flight tickets from this fraudulent company....... In February 2021, I bought a ticket through KIWI. After few days I received an email saying one of the segments from the whole flight has been canceled. I requested a refund on the same day. Since then I have not received my money back. On the top, they are not answering my call or email anymore. It is my humble humble humble request, please do not buy any tickets on the KIWI platform.

Attention. these are scammers. They haven't returned my ticket for 1.5 years. customer service does not respond. They reply to everyone on Twitter, but they don't respond to anyone about the return. I'm writing from everywhere but no answer. Months ago I received an email with a fake document and a refund, but no refund.

This review is to warn people not to book through Kiwi Having received an email following the cancellation of our flights due to covid restrictions kiwi suggested we pay a fee of €20 extra for priority assisted refund.This meant that they would make contact the airline and sort out the refund in a quick timeframe of about 6 weeks. This was on Friday May 28th .Here I am 11 weeks later and nothing. So much for taking the stress out of chasing the airlines. What a joke.

Fraudulent company. I would give zero stars if possible. I mistakenly entered a wrong date on my return flight that I realized immediately after pressing "book" button. I immediately tried to fix it the moment after pressing the button. They didn't let me change it and charged me for a whole new returning flight. There was no customer service representative available to talk to on the phone as it's not within 14 days of my flight date. Horrible company and horrible website. I will never book with them again. Avoid booking on this website by any means.

Booking # 153300675 1. I bought an international round trip (2 legs each way) for my family of 4. 2. The third leg flight was cancelled by the airline. 3. Here is where the issues started: the options Kiwi.com gave me to replace the flight were not good for us. 4. They allowed me to deal directly with the airline and I found a solution, by adding one more stop to the return flight (5 legs now). I did on my own what Kiwi’s customer service could not do. 5. Unfortunately, when I bought the tickets, I had made a mistake in my son’s last name missing one letter. 6. I was able to make the correction directly with the airlines in 4 of the 5 legs. The last one was impossible due to the fact that Kiwi bought the ticket thru a company in Europe. 7. I called Kiwi and paid 30 Euros for them to make the change. 8. I called them twice a day for 5 days before they did anything. They finally admitted they were not able to make the change. 9. I lost the 30 euros and I had to buy a new ticket for my son for the missing leg. 10. Horrible customer service. I will never buy from Kiwi.com ever again.

This is the worst company i have dealt with. Paid for flights worth up to £4000.They said i have kiwi.com guarantee but it turns out to be a TOTAL SCAM!!! Flights got cancelled and they gave me only £200 worth of vouchers!!! Not a penny back!! Absolute joke. Stay away from them please

I wish I had read the reviews before buying a ticket flight with this company. Despite I paid for kiwi guarantee they don't want to refund the money for my flight that I cannot use because the other flight was canceled. Poor response by message helpline and impossible to call them. I am really disappointed!

I would never recommend or use this company again as a mediator for a flight. They don’t provide you with most important information, don’t take any responsibility for their mistakes, takes them extreme long to answer a request, in my case they needed almost one year to answer my emails, lost a lot of money because of them. What a robbery. Bad customer service! Choose reputable companies and mediators, not Kiwi!

SCAM COMPANY! Ordered a ticket through them for a flight to Berlin; around $850 The flight was cancelled on their side and they asked me to pay for another flight or request a refund in December 2020. I chose a refund because I was not even allowed to leave Canada around that time. No communication regarding the refund after April. They were going to make me wait a few months for the refund or pay MORE MONEY to have them help with my refund. I picked the slower method because the refund was not guaranteed. They stated they were waiting for the airline to get my money back. I spoke with one of the airlines, they refunded the ticket in full, but because the flights were purchased through Kiwi's 2 credit cards, I would not get the refund. Air Canada, Air Transat and TAP have all been refunding due to the bailouts, so it's unlikely that at all that they would not refund in full. Kiwi stopped answering my messages and randomly refunded only $45 credit, despite them being refunded in full.

ZERO STARS ACTUALLY. They booked me on a flight all the way from HRE to MEL as though it were actually possible. (Normally use Flight Centre coz they do all the homework for you). I get to Singapore Air desk in Jburg 28 July 21 and they refused me boarding coz kiwi shouldn't have booked me through NZ according to the lady at the desk (or in the least told me prior so I shouldn't have left). Spoke to an agent from Kiwi, promised to look into rebook...not happening, so returned to HRE after failing to get an alternative route.They flat out refuse to refund me denying all responsibility and now my overnight Singapore layover hotel wont refund me either. In a nutshell, totally useless, disappointing, unbearable! I used to be certain that travel agents were your go-to people when especially being busy and all. It appears not always! I advise people to book their own flights and skip this scammery/unethical behaviour OR stick with the professionals! If reading small print and going through a multitude of hoops with no advice/direction at all is your cup of latte, then this company ticks all the boxes and more!
