Booked ticket and the cancelled for covid 3 times and give me vouchers to use again with valid 10 months. How can take days off my work. Just take money first and they cancelled flight for covid 19 not refund your money . When you know there is no flight for covid 19 why you sale it.

Awful, awful, awful. Just don't use them. I have wasted enough money, time and energy on this hopeless company. Use Opodo or Expedia instead.

Cheaters and scammers Very bad site..don't use it. they are cheaters..i booked a flight ticket with 84 euros and they charged the credit card with 120 euros, although the amount appear in the last step of payment was 84 euros only, and when i sent them for refunding the difference balance, they replied that the 35 euros difference is the agency commission. this is not written in any place in the website that there is agency commission with 45% of the flight ticket price!!!

I booked a flight and paid extra for the possibility to modify it until 24h prior the departure. I asked for the modification 7d before. They say that they called me to confirm. Never happend. I then called 9 times back they asked me to wait their call. On the original departure dsy, one guy told me to write to the customer service because he saw that the mistake is on their side... It is now been 1 month. No reaction from their side. Unprofessional companies like this, should be illegal !

In your spam email, a few days (48 hours) before you leave you will find the confirmation that your flight has left this morning. If this is not the worst website with the biggest scam ever, than please update me on a better one. Disgusting, displeasing and no polite word from the customer service. I am so sorry for all people that have gone through this process before. You must have felt as powerless as we are today. The only thing that we can do is complain together and raise the attention and awareness to never ever do business with this awful company: Lastminute.de or Lastminute.com (different websites for different holdings with different methods to avoid taxes).

I wish I could give it minus 5 stars, absolutely disgusting and they prey on stressed travellers who need hotels LAST MINUTE... hence the name. Don't fall for it.

Please. Save yourself the hassle and book with ANYBODY else. Short story: booked flights with Lastminute.com. Flights cancelled by airline. Refund took 2 months. AND THEY TOOK A HANDLING FEE. This is just another example of company knowingly screwing customers for money safe in the knowledge that there is nothing you can do about it.

never had such a terrrible experience with anyone or anything. such a damn SCAAAAM ! my tickets were cancelled and i am already asking for refund more than one months. no news nothing ! then i get message that they will py half of the price only. and still no refund. terrribleee !

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Very happy to take your money and quick to ignore you in event of an issue. Didnt even tell me my flights had been cancelled by airline ... It was a trip for my 60th birthday for gods sake!!. No response to emails The ROT is from the MANAGING DIRECTORS DOWN. Avoid this shower and all its sister companies VOLGRATIS, RUMBO,BRAVOFLY,WEG.DE, JETCOST,HOTELSCAN, FWD. USE at your periul you have been warned

I would have given no stars if I could. Really poor customer service. Have been the worst travel company to deal with in terms of the pandemic and cancelations. Totally not helpful. Will never use them again.

The worst experience in my life The worst experience in my life! I bougth a fligth to St Maarten but Due to covid 19 issues the island closed those borders to Colombian travellers. In fact i canceled on time my trip and i was waiting for a re schedule it. Finally after a hard figth i must to buy a new ticket beacuse Lastminute.com did no accept changes and money refund. Its too sad lose money when i trust i pandemic times in a company like that.

BIGEEST SCAM. They cancelled a flight and instead of refund they gave me a voucher which I have 6 months to use it. I am a cardiac arrest survivor and my doctor has asked me to not travel until further notice. I phoned them and asked them to refund my money as I am clinically vulnerable to travel. They said you must travel within the next 6 months otherwise you will lose your £1,100 worth of booking. If it's not a scam, please tell me what it is.

No support, no email response and they tried to keep my payments during pandemic by replying to Amex that the hotel and the flights were still valid, even though Emirates sent email saying "Flight Cancellation" and the hotel was closed for 2 months. I am waiting for officials to remove their license. How they still operate? If you read the reviews online, you will find that everyone has the same experience.

I booked a flight for june 2020 to thailand .even paid extra for full flex insurance .what a mistake .have tried to book a flight for November 2021 using voucher and the website just keeps refusing me .have spoke to customer care by email and they just kept going round in circles and basically doing nothing .spoke to them by phone they said that yes my voucher was valid but they would have to get somebody to ring me back to resolve problem .nobody ever rang back .same answer when rang again .would advise everybody to forget last minute .com but if can't then definitely refuse to pay extra for full flex insurance .

Awful, absolutely awful. DO NOT USE!!!! This site is a scam, and I’ll tell you why. They cancelled my holiday, I asked for my refund, and they want me to PAY £92.45, and won’t even refund me. Their customer service is disgusting. I would give them nothing if I could. Do not use, save your money and time!

The worst company to book a holiday with, booked a holiday for October 2020, which was also my wedding, obviously with covid, it got cancelled. I emailed them a few times near to the holiday to try find it if it had been cancelled, so I could let the wedding venue know, they kept saying they'd be in touch, in the end I contacted Virgin who we were flying with to ask them, it had been cancelled, emailed them to ask about a refund, obviously didn't expect my money back straight away with everything going on. Got part of my refund december 2020, after lots of phone calls and emails, emailed them to ask why I hadn't got the full amount they replied saying that it was the amount I was due back, so I called them they then changed there reply to that's the flight money back, they were still waiting for the hotel money back. I emailed the hotel, they said they hadn't heard from last minute.com at all. I did some research and found out regardless of what money last minute.com get back from the flights/hotel etc they have a duty to pay their customers back the full amount. After phone calls and emails getting fobbed off everytime, I got an email in February 2021 saying the rest of my refund would be paid to me soon. After about 2 weeks I got the money in my account, to find about £300/£400 still missing, I called again, they said with booking fees that's the amount I'm owed, I asked how much booking fees were they said about £20 per person, with two people that doesn't add up, they came out with more excuses, I don't think I'm gonna get the rest back, lesson learnt, won't be using them again, just wanted to warn others.

Sometimes, when you think that they sell cheaper tickets, it's just a foolish... don't bother buying anything from lastminute.com, they simply doesn't solve your problems and get some new ones! Due to the pandemic of coronavirus, i am not allowed to travel to norway, since frontiers are closed to foreign people... So, i tried to rebook a flight, which was supposed to be made by airfrance airline company! The hotel changed my stay,to some months after, however, when i tried to do the same in lastminute.com, they asked me for 800€ (???) really?? where did this value came from??? If i'd book new tickets in airfrance directly on the airline company, it would cost me half of that money... So, beside they are not being polite, they are a fraudulent company! after contacted the customer support, they keep telling me that airfrance charges them that value, which is not true, if lastminute let it, they would change the flight and even provide me a 26€ voucher!!! .... Shame!!!
