today 28/05/24 we were informed that our return flight had been cancelled, they offered us a few alternatives which were ridiculous. (Our holiday should have departed on 08/06/24) Flying from London Gatwick they offered us a return flight that would arrive at London Heathrow! So, we decided to cancel our holiday, which we were very upset about - the holiday was to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary! When we were offered our refund it was less £90, yet the reason for cancellation was due to the flights being changed - nothing to do with us! However, they offered to give us another refund option! Leave the money in their account, for which we would receive a 'Credit Voucher' and they we give us 110% of what we had paid back!! Unfortunately, most people need the money that they have paid out to fund an alternative holiday! They have now alienated themselves and our family and friends will be encouraged never ever to use lastminute.com again. It's a pity that we could not have given a score of zero, as that is what this organisation really deserves..... PROTECT YOURSELVES - PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!

Terrible service. Have contacted their customer support with a request to change of details in the invoice. Manual editing of those details is possible with a promised 3-4 days of delivery, though that feature is either broken or has never worked since the begining. Contacted support with this request 4-5 times and promised that it will be delivered in 3-4 days. Every time I check back with them, mention a different excuse. Its now over 3 months. Now when I visit my profile or my trips, seems like they even deleted my details and am unable to access it. Its not even terrible service at this point, its a scam.

I have received yesterday an email saying that my flight is cancelled. On the email, they haven't mentioned any refund of my money so I decided to wait until today which I try to contact the customer service. The phone number they have it says an automatic message so is useless. Then I trying to talk with the robot on the chat two times and the second time finally connected me with a 'human'. To sum up he told me they are going to charge me £35 per passenger after asking him three times and also they will submit a refund request to the airline which it my take up to two months to process. Although they were not sure if I will get my money back. No confirmation, no specific day, no specific refund and charging me £35 per passenger! Their terms and conditions are not clear on their website so they can take your money. Then they will say they are really sorry! Be careful! Avoid those scammers!

Useless, I had to cancel my holiday I cancelled it within a week of booking they want my deposit which was £568.66 and want another 746 euro to cancel or they will take me to court

utter scam website. between the price you see and the price your CC gets charged is a difference. AVOID AT ALL COST. go Direct to the airline. UTTER SCAM

Honestly wish I had read the reviews before I used this cowboy company, ah well at least my review may help others avoid the poor company, overpriced, poor service, no communication, ropey insurance, list goes on, avoid at all costs

I book three flight yesterday the same separately the second and third was €20 more. 17 hours later a email regarding the first booking saying “ Important - Your booking could not be confirmed” this was done by lastminute for greed to get more money on another booking for it again. This won’t happened though. I will prove that I will get same flight for same price as it is their legal responsibility. I will challenge them through a small claims court and prove to them that they can’t treat customers like this. Stay well away from lastminute and avoid distress and the abuse they cause. They simply don’t care or listen. DO NOT RECOMMEND - FAKE APOLOGIES AND NOT QUICK TO GET BACK TO YOU TO RESOLVE.

The worst company To book with. I booked a back to back holiday and encountered problems in both. The first trip last Minute did not give us all the relevant visa information and therefore I lost all the monies on this trip. The second trip I wanted to cancel one leg of my trip and last Minute refused. They are not helpful at all I will never book with them again

Lastminute.com is cheating people, they add a hidden fees on the total amount. Warning: Never buy something through them, the total amount is something and in your bank statement is something else.

On the 26 of April i booked tickets in advance from Yerevan to Paris 06/05/2022 for 4 persons.Later this flight was rescheduled to 07/05/2022.On that day I went with my family to airport in Yerevan and i was informed that this flight was cancelled and the next available flight is in June only, one month later. I had to book tickets from other company on 07/05 and to the different airport in Paris these tickets costed me 1162,13 pounds.,not planned expenses.I spent the last money i had to do it. After so much time passed ,money is still not refunded for cancelled flight.

The worst company,poor attention lying you to extend your claim and ignoring you,l don't recommended it to book in this company and becareful don't mistake if you try book otherwise you lost your full money.

The airline has rescheduled the flight and lastminute confirmed the new one without my permission. The airline would be able to change the flight that suits us if lastminute did not do it without asking and their customer service staff were of no help and tried to get away with it. They refused to accept that it was totally their fault, did not provide any solutions, and even tried to charge us cancellation fee for what they caused.

The misrepresentation and dishonesty I encountered with this holiday package have left me utterly disappointed and furious, deserving nothing more than a single star In conclusion, this mis-sold holiday was a disaster from start to finish. It's been 2 months they have not found the solution or refund our money. every time we communicate they keep saying "we have escalated to higher team" The only silver lining was that it served as a stark reminder to thoroughly research and read reviews before booking any travel experience. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this deceitful, subpar, and disappointing vacation package. It is a prime example of how not to treat paying customers, and I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone I know. One star is one star too many for this disgrace of a holiday. Last minute .com more like last time .com absolutely appalling service, the original hotel we booked in the middle of Singapore, cancelled last minute offered us a hotel on the beach next to Changi airport. We told them this wasn’t acceptable so they eventually offered us a hotel in the city. This was eight days before we were due to fly, so we didn’t really have much choice but to accept this hotel. The quality of this hotel was horrendous room was tiny on the 16th floor, it was very noisy and the service wasn’t great. If you wanted to contact last minute you can only do it through email or online chat, once they have your money they’re not interested in talking to you.

The worst experience I've ever had! Avoid it at all costs, even if you have to pay twice the price for your tickets. They canceled my booking two months after my reservation, claiming that the airline had no alternative flights, despite the airline confirming the opposite. All they tell you is that the system won't allow them to do anything. I ended up having to pay three times the price for my ticket. And now, after three months of sending numerous emails requesting a refund, they are offering me options to credit my account instead of providing a refund.

Terrible!!! worse company ever!! DO NOT USE THEM! They scam people! I booked flight plus luggages which i was charged!! On the day of the trip i arrived at the airport, the airline told me they have no record of luggages! so i have to pay for my luggages again! I arrived at my destination, took the taxi arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me they have my booking but payment has not been done so i have to pay to get the room! Really people!!!!! in 2023 this is how you treat your customer? now i had to negociate with the reception manager to get the room, not to mentioned i was travelling with my parent (they are both over 60s). If you want the worse holiday experience ever.... USE LAST MINUTES.COM

Booked flights via this organisation last April, outbound flight cancelled about a week after booking was made, it is now Sept 21 and still awaiting a refund !!!! My advice to anyone out there is to steer well clear of this organisation whose customer care is non existent.

I paid for hold luggage for a flight. Their website said I did. The boarding pass doesn't say I have luggage. The airline doesn't say I have luggage. Now I have to go 3 hours up front to a small airfield on my holiday, to book extra hold luggage with the airline. Which I already paid for. Customer service is non existant. It's a bot who is trained to say hello.
