“Absolute garbage order 4 doors with 4 sets of handles. 4 doors came no handles. Still trying to get hold of them 8 days on. Looks like I'll bite the bullet and just buy them from bnq 1* all the way”

Ordered the doors over a month ago. Keep getting fobbed off with excuses why they keep failing to arrive on the promised delivery date.
No one answers emails. No one answers the phone. Have to spend hours, and I mean hours, on hold to get through to someone at customer services (funny how you can get through to the sales department to make a new order in a few mins!!). When you do get through to someone in customer service, its a constant stream of lies, "the courier has lost the order", "the courier van broke down", "there was a system error with your order", "you must be wrong, the order was scheduled for next tuesday, not this thursday" (yes, i was actually told i must have my dates mixed up!!!!!!).
No contact from them to say the doors wont be delivered on the days they keep promising. I keep taking days off to be home to accept the delivery (5th day now, so I have used up all of my remaining holiday for the year waiting for these f***ing doors).
Do not waste your time or money on them. I have reported them to Citizens Advice Consumer Service (as instructed to by trading standards), and recommend that anyone else in the same boat does the same thing as it looks like they are taking peoples orders (and therefore money), knowing full well that they are not able to complete the orders!”
“On 26th August I ordered 9 doors and paid for them .
On 10th September I received notification that my order was ready for shopping.
On 4th October I was informed the doors that I had purchase and paid for were not a available, and would I accept an alternative .
After several messages going backwards and forwards, my order was amended.
I received notification that my order would be delivered on Friday 28th October, it didn’t arrive and no one from the company contacted me to update me on this.
I tried calling Saturday and the phone lines were closed, I emailed and didn’t get a response.
I’ve made 3 calls today and was on hold for, 31minutes and 51minutes to the existing customer option , when I elected the new customer option my call was answered in 19 minutes and I was informed that someone from customer services would call me back they didn’t.

“My woes seem to echo a majority of the other reviewers, this company are an absolute joke. I ordered a door, was given a delivery date which I arranged to be at home to receive, never heard a thing off them on the delivery day. called to be held in a queue for over an hour to be told they could get it to me wednesday the week after. I agreed and booked the chippy in the following saturday to fit the door. Wednesday came and hurrah the door arrived. Door has a horrible chemical odour which hasnt dissipated 2 weeks later. To further compound the issue the other half of the consignment went missing which was the door handles and hinges, obviously a requirement of the fitter! after another 1 hour + call was told to go and find it elsewhere and they would send me a refund if they could not locate the lost consignment. another week passed and joiner appointment cancelled, im on the phone again to them requesting a refund, based on the below reviews, i don't feel like im going to get my money back which in my opinion constitutes daylight robbery! AVOID at all costs, should have read the reviews before ordering.”
“Really bad customer service, we have been waiting over 3 weeks for doors, they just the ignored the delivery date and didn't contact us. We rang twice got an agent who promised to ring back and they just didn't. Now if you pick the option to enquire about an existing order they won't answer the phone if you pick the option to place a new order they answer immediately but refuse to communicate saying they only deal with sales. Very poor, we will be writing a follow up review as we are in Limbo at the moment. Be warned hold on to your money and go elsewhere. We will also be writing google review.”
“I can honestly say that if I could put a negative star rating I would. Oh well I am...minus 3 stars. They are literally incapable of dealing with any customer issues. Still waiting for a refund. 8 weeks since they agreed it. The response is completely untrue. You agreed and told me I would have a refund since your company failed to inform me of the condition of the returned door. This resulted in me not being able to claim off the courier insurance. You admitted liability due to this and promised a refund. And now this. Use this company at your own risk. Completely unprofessional. Unlike my solicitor who will be in touch with them.”

“Don’t buy from this company.
Went with them as they said the door I wanted was in stock and could be delivered in 7 working days. 14 days later no door or communication. Decided to call them and spent 30 minutes on hold to be cut off. After an hour of trying to get them in the phone I was finally told that the item isn’t in stock and won’t be available for at least a month. Asked for refund but that also would take 7 working days to come through. I’m now on hold AGAIN (so far 40 mins) chasing the refund as it hasn’t come through”

The biggest mistake I made was not checking reviews before buying. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with, no communication, rude customer services and never delivering on what they have promised.
Not sure where I start with this business but a timeline is prob best.
9th August - Ordered 3 doors, advised they would be delivered on 19th August (£84 delivery)
16th August - called as I had heard nothing from them, was reassured they had been ordered and I should receive them by the end of the week.
18th August - called again as heard nothing on delivery date, only to be told the employee I spoke to had got it wrong and they hadnt been ordered, in fact they had ''missed the cut off date''. No apology offered, asked do I want my money back or do I wait, I was stupid at this point and decided to wait and was promised they have been ordered and would be in on 24th August.
25th August - Called to see if doors had arrived, told again they had been missed from the order and missed the cut off.
25th August PM - Managed to get a reply on email from a different employee advising there had been a mix up, and that the doors were expected in the following Wednesday
1st September - Email from a different employee, confirming the order was in and when would I like my delivery, of which I chose 7th September.
7th September - no sign of my delivery, called and spoke with a gentleman early afternoon, promised it would be with me before 5pm, NO DELIVERY, complaint email sent in.
8th September (today) - reply received, and told there was a delay with a courier and it would be delivered today.....Guess what....NO DELIVERY!
Use another company people, these guys are cowboys!”

We ordered a bi-fold door for our bathroom from Leader Doors, which arrived damaged. We contacted Leader Doors to send a replacement, but have been fobbed off and are now trying to deal with, what seems a non-existent complaints department.
We have a completed bathroom with no door! Avoid at all costs, unless you want to receive faulty, damaged doors and then be ignored.”
