Worst customer experience. Fast talking but not knowledgeable or helpful. My Washer is under warranty but LG charged me $350 to set up a service appointment-collected in advance. Now, the local service provider, who also had an attitude of entitlement like I’m doing them a favor, tells me they can’t find a motor to repair my washer and there is NO estimated date for a motor to be shipped. So….i don’t even know how long I need a contingency plan. It’s not like when a dishwasher goes out…gotta find a laundromat, make time to go sit there and wash my clothes, bedding and dog items….and the LG people think this is acceptable. I won’t buy LG again after this!

I purchased a LG OLED77CPUA tv from Best Buy on 11-15-23 for $2974.98. On 5-14-24 the tv would not turn on. I called LG for warranty work to be done. They needed the serial number so I called them back on 5-15-24 with all info. They could not find a repair service to work on a tv that big so I was offered $2997.49 in reward points to purchase a tv from LG.com. I ordered the same model tv and it was supposed to deliver 6-13-24. On 6-12-24 at 0738 I received a message from RXO that my delivery was confirmed for 6-13-24. At 1041 I received another message from RXO that my delivery was delayed. delivery was rescheduled for 6-17-24. On 6-14-24 at 1533 I received a message that the delivery was confirmed for 6-17-24 between 1100-1500. At 1115 I received a call from RXO that my delivery was being delayed again. I told RXO I was cancelling the order. I called LG and cancelled the order. I explained every day that RXO moved the delivery I had to reschedule the installers and reschedule my help for doing projects on the house. I was not going to give RXO a third chance based on all the BBB complaints they have for delays. On 6-18-24 at about 1800 I talked to Josh in the online orders department. I asked for a cash refund and he said he would send out the form in 24-48 hrs and once he got it back a refund of $2724.99 would be processed in 3-5 days. I never got the form. On numerous calls to LG customer service said they would escalate the matter and I would get a call back in 24-48 hrs. I never once got a call back. On 7-10-24 after being hung up on twice I talked to Monica. She informed me they are still waiting for the tv to be returned. I told her that is between LG and RXO. Delivery was not made to me or even attempted. She told me there was nothing to be done until the tv was returned. I asked for a supervisor and was told there was no one higher there. I feel I should get the refund asap. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 7-10-24. Their reply was they should have a resolution soon. Now it's 8-14-24 and still no resolution. All I get are lies and promises. Stay clear of LG, they clearly don't stand behind their products.

i brought washing machine 23 months back its sill under warranty there is a heavy noise from drum and washing machine drum got damaged it self. i spoke to the customer care team and their ASM. and they are suggesting to buy some policy to claim this in warranty these people not even helping to customers literally stupid service.

This was the worst service experience we ever experienced. We had purchased an LG refrigerator and right away it was making noise, a loud buzzing sound and also motor kept cycling on and off. LG service tech was extremely rude and condescending. When we described problem he told us that we didn't know what we were talking about and we should not read the manual furnished by LG which described problem. He did some test, said he could not find anything wrong, and told us to call if problem happened again. He never pushed our refrigerator back into position. My wife asked him to do so, and shockingly, he said, "Do it yourself!" When we called LG customer service to tell them about our experience, no one answered and no one ever responded to our numerous calls and messages. We also tried calling the LG Sales Rep and he never returned our calls. Terrible service all the way with LG! The tech's name was JIm. We later called the number furnished with our maintainence plan and they sent a tech out. This was AAA Appliance Servies, and the tech they sent, Rob, listened to us, diagnosed and fixed the problems within minutes. He also said that if any other problems happen, just call and he would be the tech that would come out. AAA was outstanding! I would never in my life ever buy another LG appliance! Their service as well as customer service was the absolute worst we have experienced in our entire lives. Beware of LG!

Worst service offered for refrigerator at Tirur, Malappuram District of Kerala India. Never recommend to buy LG refrigerator as there is no proper response and timely service.

Ordered and paid for a stove from LG. Scheduled home delivery 2.5 weeks out, and waited home that day -- all day because no delivery window was offered. At 2pm I hadn't hear from anyone so I called LG customer "support" to ask for status. After making me wait for 3hrs they call me back. They told me the stove has been delivered to the local agent. After putting me on hold for 30mins a new person comes on the line and is immediately aggressive, telling me the stove hasn't been delivered, and I guess this means the new person is the local agent since they tell me it's not their problem, I need to call LG to get help. One star is more than these clowns deserve. They have the gall to answer calls with "your time is important to us". Actions speak louder than words, It is not. I will NEVER buy anything directly from LG again. Hopeless. You are warned.

After3 scheduled appointments, and a referral to the LG Presidential Liasion Team. Still have a non- working LG Refrigerator. Recommend never buying anything from Korea, or from a Korean company. Nobody shows up after scheduling service appointments. Customer Service is a non-English speaking cruel joke. You don’t get to speak to a supervisor when you ask. You cannot speak to anyone beyond the worthless Customer Service phone number. Never ever buy this mechanically defective LG brand of dryers, or refrigerators.

If I could go lower I would. Customer service ripoff. Don't buy Lg. Bad company to deal with and they don't care! Rob your customers blind! It's ok word of mouth gets around fast. You will lose more than what you owe me. I will tell everyone I know and the ones I don't know not to buy lg because you don't stand behind your word. Last lg products I will ever buy.

I bought an LG washer and dryer front loader. I had nothing but problems. The washing machine does not spin the clothes all the way out every load of wash the clothes are sopping wet. I called Lowe’s where I bought it and they sent three different repairman at three different times. They all told me I was using too much soap. And you only need a teaspoon of soap, that’s the stupidest thing I ever heard sometimes I will do wash. I have to run it through the wash cycle three times and the clothes are still soaking wet. I’ve written reviews before I called Lowe’s. I called LG. Nothing was done. I’m gonna have to throw it out and buy a new set . Not to mention everything I own stinks smells like mildew from all the water being left in the washing machine

The worse customer service that I have ever experienced in all my years. I have a 7 month old dryer that has had several issues. They had us spend $130 to clean the vent which I told them that didn't need cleaning because it had recently been done. They had us call Best Buy, the merchant we bought from and install, in order to install different coils in the back. All this in addition to LG having sent 2 different technicians and the dryer smells like something burning now when you turn it on. It takes days for an LG US representative to call you once your case is escalated because the overseas reps cannot help you. If you happen to miss their call, like I did, they give you another day to call you. In my cade, they said they would call 2 days later but never did. Called again to complain that no one called me and I had to wait 4 more days. Long story short, even though I'm still under the 1 year warranty, they're offering to give me the sale price which I paid, not including installation or haul away. LG is a multi BILLION dollar corporation and they won't just replace it themselves. We bought 4 other LG appliances the day we bought the dryer, not to mention that we have 3 LG televisions. I think they want to wear you down with their tactics so that you'll give up. Very frustrating and stressful. I am once again waiting for a reply to my last question. We'll see how many days it takes. Pathetic!

Bought an LG refrigerator two years ago it’s been nothing but problems six months after purchase. Customer service is a joke. They outsource all their customer service agents to Thailand or somewhere you can’t understand them and they don’t care time on hold forever. I’m still waiting on a replaced unit or final repair which they tell me I’m not getting I’m renting a refrigerator for right now and I’m going to get an attorney. I would never buy LG again!!!!

I bought an LG refrigerator to replace one that stopped working. I was limited to certain models due to the size that fit in my kitchen. The model I bought did not have a factory installed ice maker, but I found on the LG site that there was a compatible one you could purchase and install yourself. Easy fix. The ice maker fill tube assembly that feeds water into the freezer did not fit. I called customer service to get a replacement part or adapter. Communication with the cs rep was difficult at best. She said she understood but when I finally received the part, it was a bracket that had nothing to do with the fill tube. Called cs again and asked for a supervisor. Explained my problem and thought it was resolved. Received a complete ice maker with the same fill tube assembly. Returned the ice maker and bought a table top ice maker. Will never buy LG again!

I ordered a Washer and Dryer from website, they collected the money. After a couple of days they sent me an email saying my order will deliver at Aguest 8th. I got a day off work and stayed home, I was confused why nobody sent me any instructions so I called and they said oh we sent them to another company to deliver it to you, being on hold for over an hour and the delivery company said they don’t have my order nor my information on the system. I called LG again over and over and no answer! So I finally figured in LG system my order is missing somehow. I asked them to refund my money so I can go and buy it from somewhere else and they said they should first return the items to their warehouse and then they will pay me back, the items are missing!!! So I really don’t know what to do! This will be my last time shopping any LG product! Their website and customer support is sucks!

I can’t get Wi-Fi when I have no trouble with my Samsung tvs. My lg will not accept my wifipassword when both Samsung tvs do. I can’t get to talk to any LG customer service.No more LGs

I bought a $ 2.,400 french door fridge in 2020 compressor goes bad I called a tech to conferm LG says the only the part is been shipped so I can pay $700. dollars to have it replaced . I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A LG PRODUCT AS LONG AS I LIVE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD>

Called for service of my LG refrigerator. After paying $400 and 4 visits from 2 different technicians the refrigerator is still not fixed. The worst part is they didnt return the $400 I paid for repairing. Had no choice but to buy a new refrigerator from other company. LG may have good products but if they dont fix their repairing and services then no one will buy their products in the second time.
