I been waiting for 5 month for a refund the worst company to contact. Can't speak with anyone or even reach their live chat. Just left in the dark. Have written a letter but have never received a response, have also left messages on manage my booking and not replied to. It is disgusting and very very poor customer service and not being manage at all.

absolutely terrible after sale service. You can not contact them via phone but only via live chat and obviously no agent is available so good luck. Not recommend. I wish I have checked reviews before buying 😕

i find love holidays responding and contact extremely unreliable, i booked a holiday for 6 girls back in February, i was trying to contact and when i did they said they cant do nothing about my request although they knew one flight to Ibiza was cancelled. love holidays waited till the last few day when we was meant to departure that it was cancelled, we have been requesting a refund since which was back in July and no one is contacting us back. its stressful and unreliable. And will never uses again.

Do not book with this company waiting for a refund for 4 months now. They are saying they have not been refunded by airline yet others who booked direct have been refunded weeks ago. You can't contact them live chat is always busy. Worst tour operator I have ever dealt with. You have been warned. DO NOT USE.

Stay away from love holidays. And if they tell you that they waiting for refund from airline..its a lie as it a package holidays and had 14 days pay you that the law. and if you speak to the air operator they will tell you they already refund them ..on good authority what they are doing is banking your refund and take future bookings for 2021 ..and some point in November go declare bankruptcy..leaving with millions pound of its coustermers money and ..re operator the business under new trading name ..so don't book with them ..and contact watch dog ..and trading standards and let get in quickly before they run off with your money . And dare anyone from love holidays to contact me .. bring it on im come for you and im bringing the law with me and ceo will going to be under investigation for fraud and deception .now and to staff of love holidays this is for you by November you not be payed and be out of a job ..help customers get there refund or you will be prosecuted as you aid and abetting a crime .. so do right thing now and give refunds out or least tell truth on on line chat you been threatened by your head office not refund coustermers till further notice . But not help them as all go be out work soon

Love Holidays took our money by Direct Debit In May 2020 knowing that our holiday would be cancelled because of the Coronavirus and in spite of numerous requests for a refund they have continually ignored our requests. Four months on they still haven’t repaid our £1,790. I have sent letters by recorded delivery and they refused to accept them from Royal Mail. To add insult to injury they send you an email after four months asking if you would like to rebook your holiday, or take a credit note or a refund. They ask you to request your refund using Manage My Booking but when you select the refund option it tells you to select Manage My Booking and you go around in circles. The only way you can contact them is by phone and you can wait hours to get a response. They don’t provide an email address, live chat is not available and they won’t accept letters by post. In my opinion Love Holidays are dishonest, money grabbing ....... I strongly recommend that you boycott Love Holidays and save yourself a lot of trouble and money. Your customers will not forgive this behaviour and you deserve to suffer the consequences in the future.

Well I don't know where to start with these scumbags ! Was looking forward to a family holiday to Jamaica for me and my two girls , the flights were cancelled with Virgin they then shut there phone lines and e mail system down and I'm still £1480 out of pocket , no contact for 4 months have reported them to Metrobank for fraud , do not ever give these scumbags your money they will rob you . I have been trying to contact them for 4 months now through various different formats , e mail phone sms . They are robbers . Worst company on planet earth taking innocent people money for holidays one robbing them . SCUM Not even with a star I hate you love holidays Hope the whole company gets infected with covid 19 and you all drop dead !

I have just received my flight money for a holiday cancelled in March, due to take place in April, which my bank got back for me. The last contact I had with loveholidays was when they refunded my accommodation in June. I was expected to chase the flight money from the airline myself, despite the fact that I had booked a package holiday with loveholidays ie flight + accommodation= package. I would certainly never use them again nor could I recommend them to anyone.

1 star is more than generous. I’ve had no contact re a holiday in March 2020. Despite me trying to phone, message & chat on line, no one will engage. I even emailed their CEO directly to no avail. No chance of a refund. Daylight robbery, avoid Love Holidays at all costs.

I don’t know why people are giving this company a hard time! It seems people are forgetting what is going on in the world!! I was contacted later than expected for obvious reason but refund process was very simple you call your airline (took 15 min) got a refund then did the love holidays refund all sorted in a couple of weeks ! Simples, will be re-Booking my holiday today ! Thanks LH

Very very disappointing experience! Still waiting for them to even get in contact with me. My holidays were due in May. I have paid already. I have tried ever since getting in contact, no luck. There lines got disconnected, and their live chat is never available. They dont get back to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SURVIVE OF PEOPLE WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SERVICE.

Booked a package holiday flight was cancelled and now can't get in touch with them by any means whatsoever.If you've got money to throw away book with these clowns if not steer well away.Abdolutely appalling customer service unless you owe them money

The worst travel company I have had the misfortune to deal with, you simply can't get hold of them to discuss whether or not your holiday is going ahead due to covid. Please if you are thinking of booking with this joke of a company, DONT BOTHER !

Disgusting customer service, can’t get hold of anyone on phone or chat and when you send a message through manage my booking no one ever replies. Booked a package deal, paid so far £2700, then they cancelled offering just £330 refund. Complaining to them won’t work I was just told to go to Ryanair to try and get a refund!l Ryanair won’t refund as they say their still flying!!

Hello I can't believe what is happening to me I've booked a holiday to antalya in turkey in August 2020 with loveholiday it was a half board including the transfer from the airport to the hotel which cost me 40£ with the package. When arrived to the airport no body was there for the transfer i stayed 1 hour outside the airport looking for help and it was a late flight I Had to pay another 30£ to go to the hotel after arriving to the hotel the receptionist couldn't find any booking with my name I nearly had a Hart attacked can you believe this nothing was sent or confirmed to the hotel. The men was kind and left me to stay for the night. The next day I went to the restaurant for my half board. The waiter said the restaurant was closed because of the coronavirus .another blow. They only cook a la carte if you pay of course after they gave me some food because they believed me but iwil not go with loveholiday never ever

Poor Service Booked on condition of amendments to be available and was informed once I sorted the flight amendments myself, I could arrange for new dates. I sorted my flights and was then refused any change to accommodation and lied to. Only by threatening a charge back via bank, did LoveHolidays actually finally amend my dates as the bank agreed I would win and also win the dispute as I had evidence of terms of amendments and their refusal to honor agreement. Love Holidays only amended in the end as the bank would have refunded the full amount including flight money for which Love Holidays had already paid to Ryanair, so they would have been down that amount unless Ryanair refunded them (You know Ryanair would not have refunded them lol)
