Booked a package holiday but cant go because of pandemic they say we have to contact airline to get flight refunds 2 airlines!! Easyjet there Ryanair coming back, we have to fill a form in attach photo copies of passports, proof of address ect , they ( love holidays) should do this not us!! We have spent 5 hrs trying to sort it still not there yet!! Absolutely disgusting...they was quick enough to take our money and booked the whole package so why not refund in one go?? My daughter who has also booked with them has no idea how to go about it's her 1st time, she has no access to printers or scanner to proceed with this so she is stuck!!! Just an absolute scandalous way to treat customers! Never ever again that's a fact!!!!!!!

Disgraceful company, will NEVER book with them again , hope they go bust. How is it legal that they have refused to refund so many customers for the full package holiday process? Just terrible.

loveholidays service is absolutley disgraceful. They have refused to give me a refund for flights yet the airline they booked the flights with has refunded them the money and cancelled the flights. They have left me £300 out of pocket. What a scam of a company. Taking peoples money and keeping it.

I would not book another holiday with Love holidays if they were the last holiday firm on earth. Still owe me more than £1000 for cancelled flights. Check out their Facebook post comments which will give you an idea. Appalling customer service and no longer members of ABTA. They don’t reply to emails either are currently breaching CMA regulations.

I had booked with Loveholidays for a couple of years prior.. and all was great..until you have a problem and you are fully entitled to a refund. . Then your waiting over 12 months for them to chase the 'finance department' and they are a nightmare ... to the point of NEVER AGAIN

Awful experience and poor customer service. You pay for a service and you need to keep chasing them. Some of the times that I call them I was on the phone waiting for 1 hour. Extremely rude customer service representatives and one of them is definitely Miss Nicki. I will definitely not recommend this company to my family and friends. Simply the worst!!!

11 MONTHS OF TRYING TO OBTAIN A REFUND FROM A PACKAGE HOLIDAY AND THEY LIE AND SAY IVE BEEN REFUNDED DIRECT FROM AIRLINE!! STILL NO REFUND AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN 40 YEARS OF TRAVELLING!!!!!

I would never ever book again with this company...no customer service they lie to you when and if you get to speak to an actual person. At one point only online auto bot chat available 400 people in the queue 4 hours no nearer speaking to anyone. We told them last July that the airline cancelled our flights BUT they waited until 14 days before to say your holiday is cancelled then nothing we finally got our flight money back February 2021. They told us you have to wait until airline refund us ...not true, airline said they’ve not asked for it. Dreadful company avoid at all costs

An absolute bunch of lieing thieves, they take your money, cancel your holiday and do not refund all you have paid! Either deliver the goods or refund people - simple business practice 🤔

11 months of chasing a refund or a reschedule of a flight. Their communication has been woeful. What you do get out of them makes no sense. Near the start of the pandemic it was nigh on impossible to get hold of someone. Now when you do get someone it still moves no further on. Thankfully I had paid a little extra and managed to cancel my hotel with 7 days notice before my holiday was due to go. Or I'm guessing I would be chasing that money too. Do not book with them!!! Its a shame as before the pandemic I had never had a problem. They just can't deal with crisis situations and nearly a year on still can't if you read online forums and in the press and my experience. Jet 2 holidays as a comparison - in April 2020 was due to go on holiday. One phone call and a refund for the whole holiday was back in my account in a few days. So some companies seem to be able to deal with the pandemic.

Disgraceful company. Do not book with them. They have taken advantage of the pandemic we are in and have showed no compassion what so ever. They have caused so much stress to so many people. I am furious. Never again will I book with them 🤬

One star is one too many. Take your money and lie and lie when the holiday is cancelled 10 months and counting. They are getting interest off thousands of customers hard earned money and it is out if money

Don't bother booking with this company! Holiday cancelled last year and moved it to this year as no cnance of getting a cash refund. April holiday is now cancelled due to covid restrictions and I'll have to fight to get a refund. Can't speak to anyone, chat is useless and won't let me amend/change online. Never, ever will I use these charlatans again! 😡😡

We were supposed to fly in September 2020, however due to current circumstances the hotel was closed and the flights were cancelled. Thanks to LH we got full refund that took some time but without having to chase them. We went on a few holidays before and never had to experience any dissappointment. Will definitely book with them in the near future. People that give bad reviews should try to fit in their shoes first as it is not easy to deal with hundreds of thousands requests at the same time, they are humans end of the day and struggle just like many other busseneses at the moment.

The worse company I have ever dealt with! Holding onto refunds belonging to people & we can’t do anything about it. Not only do you not get to speak with anyone but the online customer service say talk to credit control & they say it’s nothing to do with them! I would hate to think the amount of money that this company has held onto in refunds. It’s disgraceful in a pandemic that they would treat clients like this & the fact they don’t care is outrageous! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
