Stay away from this company , I am in Turkey and a hotel has loads of hidden charges that weren’t highlighted and they are not willing to help. Cheap for a reason and beware they have filled for insolvency.

Utter utter garbage. They clearly don't wanna refund people after cancellations. I'll never use them again and I'll advise others to do the same. They blame Ryanair, Ryanair blame them. I just want a refund and as ridiculous as it is, I can’t amend my new flight details until we get the refund??? It says the 30th April but is still ongoing..... Oh and then I call the number they have given me and that doesn’t work. Utter, utter garbage.

Worst Experience Ever - Scammed by Loveholidays This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel company. I booked a holiday to Turkey, but within 24 hours, I discovered that I couldn't obtain a visa due to my status. I immediately contacted Loveholidays, thinking it would be straightforward to cancel and get a refund. How wrong I was. The first person I spoke to was utterly clueless. She told me I could only get a half refund unless the flight company agreed to refund me. Fine, I thought, I'll check with TUI. TUI confirmed they could cancel the flight and refund me since it was within 24 hours. Problem solved? Nope. When I called Loveholidays back to relay what TUI said, I got a different agent who refused to accept the cancellation. She claimed it "doesn't work like that" and gave me some nonsensical excuse about refunds going to a third-party company. I tried to explain the situation, but she just didn’t care and, to top it off, hung up on me! But it gets worse. After being hung up on, I tried to call back, but suddenly my reference number was “not valid.” This meant I couldn’t even get through to them anymore. I’ve sent several emails, only to be told that if the flight company refunded me, Loveholidays would process a refund. However, after checking with TUI, they confirmed they refunded the money on August 12th, yet Loveholidays is pretending they never received it. Now, I’m completely stuck. They’ve closed my case, don’t respond to my emails, and I can’t even reach them by phone. This company is a total scam. They have absolutely no customer service, lie to their customers, and do everything they can to avoid giving refunds, even when it’s completely justified. I canceled within 24 hours due to a legitimate reason, and they’ve done nothing but scam me. Avoid Loveholidays like the plague!

I booked in with love holidays and they did not book me on a flight that I fully paid for and didn’t give me an explanation as to why and I was also going as part of a group and they only booked half of our group on the flight and forgot about the other half of us it’s absolutely ridiculous do not book with them if you don’t want to be disappointed they left it until two days before my holiday to tell me, they do not know what they are doing do not book with them.

Received a quote for week in Turkey family of 3. After paying in full, I was then transferred to an easy jet rep who wanted a further £450 for administration fees for booking flight. This was not explained or mentioned. As far as I was convmcerned I had paid for the holiday. Asked to cancel and receive a refund and was refused. Total con of a company. Avoid!

Love Profit, NOT Holidays. // Absolutely disgusting experience // Just off the phone after 3 hours on the phone to an overseas call centre (yet the sales team are UK based - go figure). Booked a holiday on Tuesday for the following Tuesday, received confirmation to say they are on it. It's now Saturday, three days before the flight and I'm on a call with customer service agents who tell me they cannot book the flights as there are none available. At no point did I get a phone call to discuss options and with holidays prices now too late to book - I have no other option to cancel. With other options 2k more there were only willing to pay £500 towards this. They were aware of the flight issue 24 hours after the booking but did not call at any point to discuss options. Had they called sooner, I could have made other plans. They also said that my booking was a priority but said there was a call scheduled but of course they would say that. Its absolutely disgusting this level of customer service when there is a segment of customers who book late. Why there are no provisions or protocols on this is beyond me. I'm left to tell the heart breaking news to my kids that we aren't getting away. It is hands down the poorest experience I've ever had. When you have paid a considerable sum of money there's a requisite level of service and experience you expect. I can't stress how awful this experience has been. The worst part of the whole experience is other customers could book the exact same hotel and flights the day before my call. (Friday) - which means there are others in the same boat as me. You buy Google ad space so you're at the top of searches. Your social media profile says "We sort the holiday, you just pack the bags". Heartbroken doesn't even touch the sides of how I am feeling. Absolutely rotten organisation.

They aren’t ABTA registered. Fraudulent by all means … The most unhelpful and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. Paid for a five nights package holidays to Rome from 7/8/24 - 12/8/24, however upon arrival to the hotel I was told that my room suite was not available and they informed the booking company 10 days ago. The hotel showed me their email, but no one bothered to contact me to either give me an option to cancel or accept the alternative accommodation. After standing at the reception with my family of four I was given a very tired room in a different hotel which was a lot lower level than I actually booked and paid for. I contacted love holidays team straightaway with a promise to sort it out in next two hours, however heard nothing. Called them next morning and was given again the same excuse. No one bothered to contact me to find out if we were okay or provided any updates. I took the photos and video of the dates room, sent them over in my holidays time, all I got a pathetic offer of £39 as a compensation. I paid for a 4 star hotel room and service not a two stars. As love holidays failed to address the issue at every single occasion I had no choice to contact my credit card company and put a stop on the payment due to not receiving the service I paid for. I would never book with them again.

Literally sat here writing this review for this joke of company. Booked an overnight flight to Turkey only to arrive at the hotel and be told I have to wait until 2pm its 6.14am right now. Not once was it mentioned I would have to wait or there might be a delay in getting my room , if it was I would have never gone for the overnight flight booking. Just spent about £40 ringing the UK help desk only to be told basically ask then your self if they will give you the room early. This farcical 3rd class holiday company making a disable person wait in a hotel lobby for 8 hours and who's already been awake for the past 30 hrs. I would love to F and blind these B****** but what good they got my money they don't give a sweet toss If your on the streets in an unknown country trying get some rest forget even having a holiday at this point, just some rest would be a blessing. So my recommendation use jet2 or any others like I was told and didn't damn listen. Put this company "loveholiday" on your skip it list. Because you will be disappointed. Stay safe stay blessed

Please do not book any holidays with loveholiday I booked a family holiday from London to Greece. When I arrived at Greece I was told that my daughter was booked on a separate Shuttle and not with me and my son. I asked why was that and they said it was done by loveholiday. Bare in mind we all travelled on the same date only that my daughter was coming back before me.I already paid for the shuttle transfer and to avoid my daughter travelling on her own I had to book a taxi and paid an 25 euros. Then love holiday is telling me they cannot refund my shuttle money. LOVE HOLIDAY ARE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. There customer service is scrap. I would tell anyone please don't book holidays with them as you may end up been stranded in the night and would need ro spend extra money because of them.

Absolutely shocking service from Love Holidays. They missold a package holiday, I was verbally abused by the hotel manager and they wanted photo and video evidence of it. I am never booking through these pirates ever again. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OPERATOR. This is twice now that I have had issues with this holiday operator. Disgusting.

This one is long but every detail is needed!!! A party of 10 family members had booked through 3 separate bookings. We were told we were affected by the insolvency and as time ticked on we heard nothing. Then one of the parties were told they were being moved hotel, the other two weren’t. After speaking to someone on the phone who was adamant there was nothing that could be done and if the other 2 parties wanted to join they would have to re book and potentially pay extra. In the end a lady over email kindly relocated everyone to the new hotel free of charge- We thought our worries had gone! Time to relax before the holiday began. On arrival at this new hotel we were told there was no reservation for us and then they announced there was also no space!!! You can imagine 10 people, 10 nights, beginning of August, all inclusive, 5 star. The sheer panic and upset fled through us. We were travelling with young children and with them crying through, the thought of having to go home was unbearable. For what felt like hours of phonecalls and live chats to love holidays they told one party that they had found a new hotel. I say hotel it was a vineyard on a farm, no pool, and bed a breakfast, 3 star. Absolute joke! I was quick to tell them this was unacceptable. In the mean time I am discussing the options of compensation as were the other 2 parties on webchat. They started off by offering 150% of the original hotel cost or the new hotel they found. Well we definitely was not going with the new hotel! So I made sure all three parties were told the amounts and then made them up it to 200%. One party was £5,900 for 5 people, one was £3,900 for 3 people and the other party of two was told £3,100. Which actually wasn’t a hard bullet to bite but still if we accepted this we then had to go home or find alternative accommodation. After hours of searching because what we wanted was so hard to find. We found a lovely hotel, it was only 4 star and half board but at this point we were so desperate. We all accepted the compensation costs and paid out for the new hotel. £10,000 later we paid out for the new hotel but knowing we was getting the compensation and a little bit more each for our troubles seemed ok at the time. We arrived at the hotel which is lovely but it’s no 5 star all inclusive, at this point we cannot complain we’re on holiday. So with emails back and fourth regarding the compensation and them asking for bank details, they also wanted proof of the new hotel booking before paying out. So we sent screenshots… one party got paid their amount that was quoted whilst the other two were waiting for it to go in their bank after being told 48 hours. We asked them to put an urgent request for this as we needed the spare money now we wasn’t all inclusive. After a day the other two had now received emails from Love Holidays saying that the amount quoted had gone down as they were taking it from the new booking booked!!! The party that received theirs of £3,900 was part refund from the total we had paid for the new hotel! That is NOT what they said. They quoted us the compensation before we even booked the new hotel because so they should give us it. They emailed one party back saying it was ‘up to 200%’ which was a lie. They said ‘we will offer you 200%’ so I sent screenshots of their emails and live chat conversations which they then replied it was the new booking they were refunding. I have then sent more screenshots explaining that everyone was given the quotes before the new hotel was booked so it is nothing to do with the new hotel it is the original one they are compensating for! The booking that was told £5,900 was told a new price of £3,600. The booking that was told £3,100 was now told £1,900. We spent 2 days of our holiday communicating back and fourth, sending all screenshots. Love Holidays ended up saying that this was their colleagues mistake of the compensation amounts and that they can only refund the local price of the new hotel. 10 of us who were expecting this money to cover the original hotel cost and more to help out now we were not all inclusive were left with nothing. Just the money to cover the new hotel. The £3,900 and £1,900 payment had been sent almost straight away. The other £3,600 gave their bank details the first day we arrived was told 48 hours later. Then a week later was told 14 working days! DISGUSTING!! Love Holidays sent an email and decided to close the case and not respond, absolutely disgusting customer service. All because they did NOT rebook us into the hotel after confirming they had. Our first family holiday completely ruined and so so stressful, full of worry and panic. No extra compensation for the troubles they have made us encounter. I will never use this company again, I have been so loyal and been using them for years and this service and empathy is unacceptable.

Never ever using love holidays again! First & last time that’s for sure. We arrived in Cyprus 12am 10/08/24 for a very important wedding. However when we arrived at Nissi beach resort we were told there was no booking under my name, after going back and forth with the hotel manager sending all of our confirmation of our bookings we were told we were not booked onto this hotel and there was no rooms available for us. He then checked with the hotel next door Nissi Blu Hotel and they confirm we are booked onto their system. (Which makes me think this happens all of the time as he knew to check with them) This is not the hotel we were sold! Our whole wedding party are in Nissi beach resort which we booked directly through love holidays! We have been missold a hotel which we 100% did not book or get confirmation for. This is absolutely not acceptable at all. We booked a specific hotel and I expect to be staying there, not turning up at midnight after a long day of travelling to be told they have no idea who we are and we are not on their system at all. I have travelled all over the world with no issues and then I use love holidays once and it is the biggest mess I have encountered!
