STAY CLEAR of this company, complete fraudsters, I cancelled my holiday 8 months before it was due, the cancellation charges alone were half the price of the holiday. I've no doubt this company will investigated and appear on Watch Dog in the very near future. They get a big fat zero out of 5 unfortunately it did not give me this option.

Awful company. Booked to pay over 10 monthly instalments. Received confirmation that we had two payments to make to cover all monies. First being next month second next year on the month we travel. Numerous phone calls, rude operatives. Made a complaint, received email response from someone that was illiterate and rude telling me they'd looked into the case and id apparently selected the low cost option and not the direct debit option. This was not true, but even if it was, why couldn't it be changed after 12hours of booking with them? They offered no resolution, no support, nothing. I'm now left with a holiday I need to pay 50% for within the next few weeks. Disgraceful. Misleading, poor responses, complete disregard and total lack of support. Committed to them now, but would not use them again after this experience. Avoid like the plague.

An absolute shambles of a company who are quite happy to take your money but not acknowledge issues and problems. Apparently it's acceptable to have dirty rooms, rude staff, ant infestations, quite frankly dangerous electrics, move you from the hotel you booked and paid for to another. Quite frankly avoid this company at all costs!!!

Their booking system changed the dates of my holiday of its own accord and then they had the audacity to want to charge me £150 to change the dates back. WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. Crooks, cheats and extortion racket.

giving travel agents a bad name!!!!!! I booked a holiday to Malta with love holidays five months ago, we were/are due to fly this friday 7/72017. last Monday i decided to go on to the hotel website to show my two young children where we would be staying, there was a notice on the hotel website informing all guests that due to major building works being carried out the hotel would be closed. i immediately contacted love holidays who said they had no idea that the hotel would be closed but assured me they would find me a like for like hotel ( i had paid in full for a 4* all inclusive) after waiting 48 hours and love holiday not returning my call or replying to any emails i spent 40 minutes on the phone before i eventually got through to Jack Roberts. Jack told me that they were still waiting for their suppliers to find me a hotel and i would just have to wait..... after ringing them 5 more times over a couple of days (at this point i was due to fly in the next 7 days) and being fobbed off with the same excuses "it's not our fault" " we are waiting still" we are doing all we can" Jack eventually offered me a half board one bedroom 2star tripadvisor rated apartment and wanted me to pay £127 more than my 4* all inclusive hotel because lets not forget ...." this is not love holidays fault" after refusing their poor attempt at a like for like replacement Jack told me i was more than welcome to cancel and i would get my money back with in five working days. however, love holidays will only refund the money for the hotel and not the flights because " its not loveholidays fault" I've had to go around local travel agents in an attempt to find a suitable hotel for me and my kids, this proved to be quite difficult due to the time of year so I've ended up having to book a completely new holiday and destination with a different company. i'd advise anyone thinking of booking with love holidays to think again. they have awful customer service, they will use every excuse possible they will accept no responsibility and they are generally just rude people. i have contacted ABTA and they are looking into how I've been treated. I booked accommodation online 48 hours ahead of traveling, for dates in June 2017, confirmation has some random dates in November. When I queried it I was told that "sometimes the dates change to the cheapest option if you press the "back" button". I didn't do this. The hotel agreed a refund, loveholidays.com are withholding my money as it is non-refundable.. yes, as I booked 48 hours in advance, and not for random November dates on the confirmation. absolutely shocking. BEWARE OF THE BOOKING PROCESS.

Have tried unsuccessfully since June 16 to contact this company , left phone messages to no avail and without any response from them. Do not rate this company at all seems that once you have booked and paid they just don't want to know. A BUNCH OF COWBOYS AND WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN ANS I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM EITHER

I booked a family holiday early this year which was fine-straight through, booked and everything was fine!! Then I went to enquire about adding an additional person to the booking and no one wanted to know!! I was on holiday a number of times for 3hour periods and got sick so hung up..I then had to submit online and wait 72hours.... after that time, still no response until I complained on twitter another 24houra on. Think is a shocking way to treat customers and they will not be getting and repeat business from me..... shocking!!!!!

booked a week away, and paid for the flights and hotel. Got an email response to tell me my payment was pending and may take 48 hours. - I got another email the next day to tell me that the price of the flights through jet2 had went up £37.40 and my flights hadn't been booked and had to contact them to book these. I then tried calling them and sat on hold for over 20minutes before getting through to someone, Then was put on hold again after explaining the situation and giving all my details. As I was on hold I looked up flights myself and found they were actually cheaper than the amount they were asking for and told them that when they came back. They then booked my flight at the new price I managed to find but couldn't give us seats together which I had to add to my booking myself. I found this a bit of a pain and unprofessional as they kept chopping and changing the prices. In the long run its probably better booking with the bigger more well known companies as at least you can guarantee what you are getting.

Booked twice with love holidays, Left me high and dry the first time with no hotel or suitable replacement. This time they have failed to inform my flight has been moved to a later date so i now have to find my own accommodation for a night. Only found out 10 days before when sorting out boarding passes. They told me they would pay and then reneged. I really like the website but the service is awful. They use the line they are just the middle man so cut them out. I paid a £350 phone bill first time i'm out of pocket again second time with a kids party i'm losing my deposit on. Disgrace

Worst customer service ever Price match guarantee...what price match! It's just a marketing ploy with a mountain of clauses not to honour a price match...that's when they can be bothered to have a look at your claim. Call them, chase them....your case is likely to be at the bottom of the pile and unlikely to be picked up and responded to for weeks...Ask to speak to the manager, yeah right...It's easier to get hold of the pope. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful

This is the first time I've ever written a review, but I think people need to know how bad I found this company. I booked a holiday with them to turkey, flights and hotel. I paid £1250 for me and my 9 year old son. I found the hotel myself and I knew this was where I wanted to stay. I booked on the Monday and received and email saying we will email confirmation once, we have confirmation your holiday was successful. This alarmed me, as they took the money in full. I thought " why wouldn't it be successful you advertised it". I sent at least 5 emails to the customer service on their web site and I go no reply. I couldn't get them on the phone, on hold for 30 mins at a time. 72 hours later no Emil to confirm booking, I finally gets through on the phone, to be told they was in the process of looking for alternative accommodation for me, because my hotel was full. How dare they take my money and not inform me and try to book another hotel on my behalf!!. I've never used such a shabby company in my life.

We have found that Love Holidays trade on very poor customer service and are extremely misleading. We purchased a package holiday through yourselves in June this year (our first package holiday) and decided to go all inclusive as, following illness and a tough few months we just wanted a relaxing and stress free break. This wasn't the case. When we arrived at the hotel (Amazones Village, Piskopiano) we were informed that this board basis is not a service they provide. We chose to try and enjoy the holiday and resolve the issue upon return, meaning we paid for majority of drinks, all snacks and certain meals (dinner was only included 3/5 nights). We have contacted you numerous times since we returned stating that we were mis-sold the advertised product and you have decided to ignore our complaints. You also continue to advertise all inclusive at this hotel. I would recommend that anyone considering booking a holiday through this agent reconsider as you cannot guarantee that you will get what you pay for.

Capistrano is a complex of apartments spread over mant kilometres. My wife grandson and I arrived with transfere taxi about 11pm. Reception closed, key to apertment taped to door with map showing accommodation about a kilometre away, we have no car so we walk. The apartment is in poor condition with for sale sign on it, and it only has one bedroom. We booked a two bedroom. There is nothing to drink, tap water not an option here. we haven't had a cup of tea since the airport in uk. I have to sleep on couch till morning.then we make our way to reception again to complain but have to wait for someone in charge to arrive. There are no restaurant open to have a drink as it's October off season. Eventually we are offered two bed apartment but it's in the opposite direction and even further away. We are told that there is a restaurant nearby. We are at this point quite distressed. When we get to apartment. The restaurant is only open evenings... It's quite impossible to stay at Capistrano without a hire car. And there is dog mess all over the place because of owner occupied dog owners nearby.. Will never stay here again
