I ordered new windows and they were not the same size as my old windows. There was a 1/2 gap around the side and top of the diningroom window. They used insulation in fill in the gaps around the windows and installed trim around the inside and outside of the windows. The trim looks horrible on the outside of my house. I didn't have trim around my old windows. It has screwed up the appearance of my house. The first installer that came to install the windows knew the windows were not the right size and did not order new windows. He was going to use brick mortar to make them fit. I will never have Lowe's do anything to my house again.

Purchased a dryer from Lowes to be delivered and set up by Lowes. Delivery driver showed up but refused to transfer the item into my home nor hook it up as promised because it was raining. Husband transferred the dryer into our home by himself. We called Lowes as soon as the delivery driver left and we’re told we’d receive a call back within 24 hours. No call back so the next day I called again and was told the same thing. After no call within the 2nd 24 hour timeframe I called again and was given a date for a service texh to come out and hook it up. We received a call the night before the scheduled date with a 4 hour window of when to expect the tech. Well, the service tech did not show up. So I called Lowes corporate customer care a couple times to try to get this resolved and each time I’m met with a greater than 30 minute hold time with no option for a call back. Seriously. I’ll just go to Home Depot next time. Will never do business with Lowes again and I’m going to fight them for refund of the service contract I paid for at the time of purchase.

Worst customer service ever ordered three things online only one was sent to my house tour center store had to go round and round to get that corrected. Then when I did receive the last package, not all the parts were in it called the manufacture, they said call the store you bought it from call them you can head to get it picked up at your house or drive to the next city to drop it off but you would have to wait a week for it to be in stock will not pick up from your house will not ship unless you pay for another valve, I paid for something didn’t receive it but yet I have to pay more money and spend more time and effort just to get it corrected

IS there a NEGATIVE STAR? We have had the absolute worst service! First of all I have NEVER in my 57 years left a bad review for anyone. But your store has really done a number on us and we have had it. We ordered $25,000 in windows back in October of 2022. Installation was in January 23 BUT our one slider was damaged and one of our bathroom windows had not been measured correctly and could not be installed either. Additionally the Caulking was the wrong color and had to be changed and this came from the installers that day! They also left a 2 inch wide hole at the transition of the other slider to to our flooring! We were told it would all be fixed....It is now almost May We were told TWO other doors were ordered and both had been damaged and could not be installed. We have STILL not heard back on our bathroom window and the caulking and transition area have yet to be fixed! They did send one buy to caulk ; he did the inside and stated the exterior had been done wrong and needed to be redone....we are being completely ghosted by the salesperson, the installer and the store Manager : Modesto, Ca. We have HAD IT! We demand to get some answers on this! We financed and are paying a $25,000 bill for a job that is not complete !!!! PLEASE CONTACT US !

On 4/26/2023 I went to the Pittsburgh Mills store in Tarentum, PA to purchase Estate cabinets in the garage storage area. We wanted 2 tall cabinets and 1 base cabinet, there was nobody in the department, so we found an employee (Matt) in the main aisle and asked him for his assistance. He was not happy having to help us because it was not in his department. He scanned the boxes and informed us that the store did not have the base cabinet, but the Monroeville PA store did. We asked him how we could buy the 2 taller cabinets and pick the up the next day, so he referred us to the customer service desk. When we went to the desk the store associate (Melinda) told us to go back to the department and ask someone there to place the order. We explained that we were told to come to the customer service desk to place the order and the Melinda asked us who told us that, Matt happened to be working in the paint aisle and we pointed him out. Melinda went over to him and began telling him it was his job to place the order because he had helped us. They had a discussion as to whose job it was, Melinda told us she would place our order and told Matt to pull the boxes, he again protested because it wasn't his job. Melinda walked away and we asked Matt if Melinda was the store manager and he told us she was a DS just like him. I then went to the Monroeville PA store to purchase the base cabinet, their inventory indicated that they had 4, the boxes on the floor under the store model were opened and the cabinets were damaged. The other boxes were on the top shelf, I asked for help and the young man came and asked why I didn't want the lower boxes, I showed him that the cabinets in the boxes were damaged and he insisted that I buy the damaged cabinets at a discount. I refused and he responded that if I didn't buy them he would have to return them. (Not my problem) he kept insisting that I buy them. Today, (4/27/2023) I returned to the Pittsburgh Mills store to buy paint, while the paint was being mixed, I was walking through the tool department. There was a crew who appeared to be re-barcoding inventory. The person who appeared to be the supervisor was telling the other workers something about if the original barcode was missing the product could not be re-barcoded. He then in a loud voice said "I know that I am a dick and an asshole but I will not work with the red team because they keep taking the barcodes off of the shelves and because there are thousands of dollars of merchandise that cannot be sold. I am in the store quite often and know that there are people who bring children with them, this kind of language is unacceptable. Over the years I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in the Mills store remodeling my home. Since Scott the old store manager retired, I have noticed a change for the worst at the store. Apparently, DS represents that the person is a supervisor, the current culture at your stores are that the customers don't matter. There is now a lack of professionalism.

Derby, ks Lowe’s. I went to buy a 2ft x 2ft 1/2” sheetrock and it rang up $7 a sheet. That’s $56 per 4ft x 8ft x 1/2” sheet. Same store sells a 4ft x 8ft x 1/2” Sheetrock for $11.28 a sheet. I asked for a manager for a price adjustment and was told they couldn’t. I guess I’ll start doing all my business at Home Depot. Home Depot gave me a 1ft x 1ft piece of sheetrock for free.

I bought a microwave in Nov 2022 but unable to install it, so the delivery guy took it back and I requested a refund then but it’s been almost 6 months but until now I haven’t received my refund. I called multiple times and kept telling me they will work on giving my refund but I don’t know if I will ever get my refund. Lowes owes me delivery fee, installation, tax, warranty and the cost of the microwave which $500+. Pls pls pls, Lowes in San Bruno,Ca attention Mr Fred at appliance department, send my refund ASAP..

Delivery date move forward 1day without my knowledge, received a messages on voicemail 5min before call center closing to let me know. Call next day to let them know this was not what I agreed to they informed me that they had to change my date to better accommodate all the deliveries for that week and I called back too late to chg it. When I tried to explain what happened when the info alert call she plainly said I missed the window to chg and it was on its way and someone needed to be at my home rec the item. I swear I hate this company and all the self righteous as*holes who shove the customers around. I am done with Lowe’s!

Today my husband and I visited the Lowe's on Seaboard Street in Myrtle Beach, SC. We met with the most fantastic every sales associate, Sabrina. This person brought smiles to our faces. She was knowledgeable about plants and trees, able to view our photos and identify issue with our current tree and make recommendations as to what plants/ trees would work best for us. This is the best salesperson we have met in Myrtle Beach. Thanks, Lowe's for having such a gifted employee.

the entire installation was horrible. No communication. material delivered was wrong. store associates indifferent. I will NEVER use Lowe's again for not one single thing. I will go back to shopping at Home Depot. The whole process reflected so much incompetency its ridiculous! Once I pay my account off, I am cutting up the card and closing the account. I will not buy as much as a plant from Lowe's again. I will go to walmart's garden section before I darken the doorstep of Lowe's again. Every service/installation I have received/paid for with Lowes this year has been horrible and half done! Beware, don't go to Lowe's if you want people to care, do good work, and follow through with their promises. Wish there was a 0 stars, 1 is too good!

The delivery employees at the Knoxville warehouse are the worst of the worst. Can’t get to the location within the promised window. Do a horrible job on the delivery/setup and the schedulers and incompetent to say the least. These people just don’t care.

Lowes does not appear to have anyone in charge and they like it that way. They follow their own rules, couldnt care less about customers, and will not solve any issues

I purchased a water heater from Lowe's. The installer was efficient and pleasant, the help desk was very pleasant though it took several calles to get helped. However, the price charged was roughly four times the price quoted. They charged $300 for a valve they sell in the store for about $35, for example, and many other vastly overpriced "Misc" items. I consider their inflated charged to be borderline fraudulent and would strongly encourage you NOT to do business with them.

14' X 12' Barrington Brown Wood Rectangle Gazebo With Steel Roof This item was delivered today —excuse me—I mean dumped in our driveway by a very discourteous third party truck driver! It’s several heavy boxes and he flat out told us he can’t slide the skid into our garage. Really? Well it is going to rain heavy most of this weekend. And we paid $3,000 for this kind of treatment? No one ever said there’s an extra charge for delivery inside our wide open garage? !!! That was never an option.!! The order indicates YRC trucking, but it was handled by a different trucker. Tracker number is 9029667388 via fragilepak.com which was who delivered it. What kind of treatment is this? We spent hard earned money only to be dissed and told “no, I can’t help you”!! Is this how Lowes handles their customers? Is this how Lowes treats people who spend a lot of money with them? Well, just be informed that this is the last time we will make that kind of purchase with Lowes nothing past bug spray!! We may even drive further to Home Depot for that instead! Let’s hope that all of the pieces for the gazebo are included in the boxes and that the pre-drilled holes are accurate, etc.!! We actually felt like returning the entire gazebo after the way we were made to feel and that the driver would have to come back and get it. So now the boxes will be ruined in the rain and nobody cares at all like a hit and run —-you made your money so too bad for us customers right?? We will make sure to tell our neighbors not to make investments with Lowes, large purchases, and such. Below, you will see a copy of the order and order number so you will have all of our information, and we would expect some kind of compensation for our inconvenience. We called your customer service department and they could do absolutely nothing except apologize apologize apologize!! Well that’s not going to help and we’re tired of hearing apologies without resolution.!! Disgusted with this entire purchase, and we would hope to vigorously hear back from you promptly! Thank you.

Bought Brand New Dishwasher and had it installed from Lowes. From day one it leaked from the door area. After 3 tech visits to verify that it was truly leaking, instead of Lowes taking responsibly for their product, they informed me that "I" Had to call Whirlpool Warranty department to get it fixed. They would not replace it or even talk about it. I will NEVER buy anything else form Lowes.

The store employees except for one were helpful and assisted me to the extent that was possible. The product is what I wanted at an appropriate price. It goes downhill from there. The automated system took hours to complete using the phone. There is no communication between store, installers, and credit card company and none of them function well for the other. I knew I would have to wait for installation but more than a month for a small piece of transition is unacceptable and was not indicated at time of purchase. The biggest problem is the credit card company is demanding payment before any product or service is delivered. If I make no payment until service I will incur interest and loose the price reduction I was given for using a Lowes credit card. Never again will i set foot in the store!!!

Do not buy appliances at Lowe’s. I bought a dishwasher and when the plumber came to install it we found that the door was broken. Lowe’s refuses to cover the damage as I did not report it within 48 hours.

Ordered a front door and installment in October of 2022. They had me pay in full at that time. They stated that they should have it done in November but could potentially be delayed into December. This time extended into Feb. I’m he door came in finally in Feb then the contractor called me and stated the door wasn’t stained nor was it the right measurements. Said that they would need to reorder the door. Door was reordered. I called to check on process med March and they apologized and told me that they had never reordered the door. Supposedly the door will arrive mid April. But my hopes are not high. Very disappointed in Lowes.
