Lowes is one of the worst stores I've ever seen. Being a contractor I try to never shop here. Never have anything in stock. They stock Nails for guns they don't sell and that's the normal. If you shop here your going to loose. Good luck.

Lowe’s delivered a broken refrigerator to my home and will not refund delivery fee. I was told the delivery people have to get paid and I have to pay whether the product delivered is broken or not. Lowe’s should pay the delivery since they sold a broken product. I will never make another purchase from Lowe’s nor will my family ever buy anything else from Lowe’s. This is not how you treat customers. Just lost more than my business.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rose in the paint dept store#0186 10303 South Mall Dr BR,La 70809. I had to paint portions of my ceiling. I had no idea there is a white ceiling paint! Not knowing this, I scraped paint from ceiling for a sample. Got to lowes and met Rose! She quickly educated me on white ceiling paint! We both had a great laugh! Rose was an amazing person with a huge smile! Very knowledgable and I consider Rose an asset to the Lowes family! Great job Rose! Karen Mayeaux Hill

This application is just as 'useless ' as the store customer reps. It would help if you stopped hiring 'old' army vets and retirees. My experience has found them to be extremely lazy as hell and demonstrate this 'entitlement' attitude when it comes to genuine customer service. At one point, Home Depot was on the scale of 5 (1-10), and Lowes was 10, but that is no longer the case now. It has been less than seven years for Lowe's to become the worst home improvement place to shop. It is an excellent place to Steal items, though, because all the store reps are hiding out in the break room 'milking' the clock, while the customers are in the aisles yelling for help

I bought a washer and dryer with a stack kit and they gave me the wrong stack kit item now they wont refund my money.

I cancelled my credit card with a limit of $10k. This was a direct result of their DEI rollbacks. I will never shop at Lowe’s again.

I had an excellent experience with a young lady named Shanteria When I picked up my two Aloe Vera plants, on July 23 2024. There was no wait and no fuss, and she was extremely pleasant. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Mike is one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever dealt with. He allows his employees to push him over. HIs staff today was trying to help put wood in my truck. As they were pushing and pulling on my bolted down tool box the spanish gentleman was clearly about to damage my tool box by bending it to get his phone. After he poked and tried to pry the toolbox away from the setting a few times I asked for the manager. Mike came out and allowed the employee to continue to tell me how his staff hates me. (Who cares, but that's simply not true) I've been using Lutz Lowes for renovations since 2012 for a local complex. I have never felt so humiliated in all my life. As I was leaving with the phne the manager Mike said i could sell the $1500 phone and make some money. What a thing to say when I just state my husband could unbolt my tool box and get the phone and bring it back. I was able to get the phone when I got back and took it directly to Mike. I'm humilated by this service as he assumed my character would be to sell a phone. I simply didn't want someone to tear up my vehicle. WORSE PLACE EVER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , except for Larry.

I spent $800 on a dryer. The door does not close all the way and doesn’t dry my clothes. Lowe’s will not replace it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You expect a brand new dryer to work.

By now you are aware of the video going around of a employee liking Harris in your store and saying he would shoot Trump in your store if he was there. Shame! Not fit to wear the red white blue vest. I worked for you and love every moment I spend with this family. America family. Fire him!!! Embarrassing!!!

1. Lowe’s double charged me on bathroom vanities purchase. The excuse: To insure I had the funds available in my bank account. Ridiculous!!It was a debit card & of course the funds were there!! It took Lowe’s 4 days to take off the double charge. 2. Lowe’s delivery tracker online & what the freight carrier shows (reality!) never matched. First vanity appeared at my house 10 days early & without warning. Second vanity: I had to personally track since Lowe’s was if no assistance. Lowe’s only finally tracked after I had to hunt down the ph # for the freight carrier. 3. The online “Customer Care” + every Lowe’s employee couldn’t or wouldn’t help with any of these issues. I just got excuses & no empathy. 4. Both boxes arrived with dings & dents. When opened, I realized just how poor the workmanship was even though the vanities were over $3000!!! 5. Last, your final response to my reviews, complaints, purchase & delivery problems was just to offer me a $15.00 coupon. How unbelievably condescending & insulting of Lowe’s!! Lowe’s has lost all my future business. I know this means nothing to you, but you SHOULD care. Lowe’s is running a distant 2nd place to Home Depot. Lowe’s will go the way of the Dodo, just like Sears & KMart.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took over 3 months and five dishwashers before Lowe's finally delivered one that I actually ordered and worked, and to add unbelievable insult to my injury, after spending over 20 hours trying to get a working dishwasher, they FAILED AND NOW REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE DEFECTIVE DISHWASHERS I had to return. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The incompetence was and continues to be so extreme I think they are doing this on purpose hoping I will just give up. I have been fighting this for over a year!!!! No one disputes that I have paid for three dishwashers and only have one. Everyone I spoke to said they would fix it, but it the end, Lowe's literally refused to refund my money. At this point, even if I manage to get my money back I will still be damaged due of the time I have put into this. Further, the feeling of complete powerlessness ENRAGES me. What a terrible corporation. Now I have to wait another 60 days to get a response from my Lowe's credit card. If that does not work, I will have to file a lawsuit -- just to get my money back. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This is so wrong and I am so angry. No one should have to go through this. It is treatment lie this and unfair practices like these that make people go "postal". I am a middle aged women and I have been screwed over by Lowe's so many times I cannot contain my rage. It is ridiculous. The store manager was so incompetent that even when I pointed out the three charges she still couldn't now comprehend the math and told me to dispute it with my credit card. And when that call was over, corporate call me and said that even though they understood, there was nothing more they could do for me -- even though I had still paid for three dishwashers and only had possession of one!!!!!!!! This is corporate greed on full display and if they are banking on me giving up, they bet on the wrong middle aged woman. Do yourself a favor and buy your appliances somewhere else. Lowes seems to go out of their way to screw over their customers. I wonder how many other people have had a similar experience. I would not be surprised at all if the number is high because this feels VERY INTENTIONAL! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a craftsman 3100 psi pressure 32 days ago used it 3 times today it wouldn’t start . So took it back to lowes of clarksburg wv . The lady told me it only had 48 hrs to return it . Told me to contact craftsman. So i did the lady at craftsman told me that lowes should exchange it . But lowes said no they will send it out for service . I need the pressure washer today . Not when they decide to send it out and be going for a month . Ill never shop at lowes again .

Their warranty on their GE washing machines aren’t worth the money I paid for it. I had a 3 year extended warranty and after 2 years I can’t seem to get anyone to fix my washing machine.

So I purchased a dishwasher from lowes they have shady rebate policy. #1 they make it impossible to actually get a rebate so buyer beware. I will not purchase another large item there ever. And possibly never give them my business unless I’m pushed because Home Depot or best by does not carry it.

I ordered a refrigerator and it was to be delivered the next day. When the delivery crew arrived, the unloaded the refrigerator on it's side! That is the wrong way to handle a refrigerator, it can ruin the compressor) They brought the refrigerator inside and immediately connected it to electricity and turned it on. Now I have. refrigerator that I am uncertain of its longevity or reliability. I am going to contact Lowes and let them know I do not approve of their delivery!

Hello, on the 12th I had a problem getting warranty service on a covered product purchased from Lowes, The warranty company directed me to customer service at the Lowes on Western Blvd, in Jacksonville NC. I then proceeded to the store with my receipt and spoke with BRANDI in customer service, She went out of her way to get with the Lowes warranty department on the phone and get the issue resolved. ( they were stating they could not find my warranty) I as well as Brandi found it odd that I was directed to the store, regardless she got the issue squared away. Thanks Brandi for all you do and Thanks for getting my issue resolved, I have since purchased a new over the range Microwave, Your professionalism and diligence was greatly appreciated and were an outstanding example of what customer service is. Thanks again Brandi, JOB WELL DONE

The Lowe’s representative to purchase and install the water heater was very nice in the beginning. Once payment was made, I couldn’t reach him at all! He would never return my calls. I finally got a hold of him by using someone else’s telephone to which he responded! I’m missing the manual and warranty papers. I finally called the manufacture and was told that I had to download 40 pages!. I don’t have enough ink or paperwork. I went to Lowe’s to complain but they told me they had nothing to do with the purchase etc. the unit was sold to me by a third party and they were responsible for everything. I thought I had bought it from Lowe’s!!!! I used a Lowe’s credit card to pay for it! This is absurd! Don’t buy from Lowe’s, you’re not really buying from them! So now I’m putting a stop payment on the card

Quoted a roof because of a good Lowes experience by our neighbor. This WAS NOT our experience. First and foremost, Lowes sent a contractor to quote. We signed on LOWES website but found out that all warranty was the responsibility of the contractor. This included both materials and workmanship. Workmanship was substandard as well. Navigating Lowes Corporate was not a pleasant experience. In the end, we were told "this is how it is" - AFTER the work was done. Bottom line - if you need a roof, get a LOCAL roofing contractor. I have not entered a Lowes store in over one year and was a loyal customer for the last 30 years. My late father was a loyal general contractor who introduced me to Lowes. If he were around, he would not believe my experience.

Lowes lost a customer today. Sorry to see many new self-check out lanes installed since our last visit. One lane was left for cashier transactions, which is the one we wanted to use because we had questions. That lane was closed. The self-checkout lanes were backed up because of customer issues. We left the store without making any purchases. It wasn't worth the waste of time to wait for assistance. In the future we will shop anywhere but Lowes, even if we have to pay a little more for better customer service.
