“ Everything. I ordered clothing online and paid for nominated delivery day. On my nominated day no one turned up. I received an email saying the items would be delivered but no time given. Apparently one of the items was out of stock and they were going to send them a week later. I had to ask to have the money I paid for the nominated day to be refunded. ”

“ Order Number : 2004502203 dated 6/7/24. Item not received even after 10 days and the customer service rep is telling me to wait for some more time. The courier service provider has to be penalised for the delay. Very bad delivery services. ”
