Guest returns for online orders is a joke. Tried the link to start a return 5 times and it doesn't actually give you an option to start a return/get a QR code, therefore going to have to travel to a store (that hasn't yet been closed due to M&S cost cutting!) and hope the staff are capable of doing their jobs!

Has changed dramatically from years ago, gone downhill so much it's actually sad. Clothes are nowhere near the quality, the sizing is all over the place and unreliable, and returns are a nightmare, where they used to be straightforward. I've lost the will to risk shopping from them, it's just too much trouble and life's too short.

Contacted main office from website who confirmed policy for returns has changed and store staff no longer have facility to use their own initiative and change or refund faulty goods after 35 days as apparently they don't have knowledge or training to decide this.
