I am writing to complain about an issue with Online womans fashion at Missguided. I have contacted your customer services team with my complaint, but am dissatisfied with the response I've received so far. I am writing to you to raise an issue about Online womans fashion at Missguided on 30th of may and June 6th, 2017. I am not too sure where to start but first of all, I ordered an item 2 weeks ago to my address and also paid for next day delivery. The item number is 121068075. The item was given to yodel who apparently tried to deliver 3 times but couldn't get into the property. I took 3 days off work and lost out on 3 days pay to receive this item that never got delivered. I gave yodel special instructions which were the code for the back gate and even my contact number to call me if they could not get in, I did this via miss guided and via yodel directly, after not receiving my items I asked them to send it back and for a refund. I was so angry and I explained to a colleague that it made my anxiety worse. You claim to have refunded me and I am now waiting for the refund. Secondly, I decided to give miss guided another go and I ordered from you again, this time I chose the option to click and collect from a near store. order number 121190964, When I received my email it had my home address written as the delivery address and not the store I picked before paying for the items. I also changed my contact number and my old number was in the confirmation email. I am still waiting for my first refund and secondly, I am highly disappointed about the services I was given. I am not sure if I will receive my second items which I ordered today because your website did the wrong thing. I emailed you regarding two situations I had one was for a situation which has already been refunded, secondly I placed an order yesterday and I asked for it to be click and collect and I chose an address which was not my home addrsss, when I received the confirmation email it had my home address on it. I then spoke to several of your colleagues who said once I recieve the email to say it's been dispatched I can change the delivery address, I even received an email from Ben from the complaints team saying he's sorry for the way I have been treated. I now go to my email to find another email telling me my item has been cancelled and I am being refunded. How is that practical? Why would you treat people like crap? The error was a system error and I was waiting for these items to get delivered. Honestly I am sick and tired of this treatment. My first order didn't find its way to me, now my second order is also having an issue in the space of two weeks. This is a poor company I don't think you should be open any longer.

Claiming that I stained the product when I haven't and it could of been from the previous buyer. The quality is average sometimes very poor will never shop again.

what didn't go wrong? long story short, I received defective merchandise, and had to pay over $30 to ship this back. When I contacted them about this--it took forever to get this situation explanation and proof over to the right people over there--finally I was connected with a manager and she credited me a site credit for the amount I paid to ship these items back plus a little extra for the inconvenience. When I tried to use this credit, it said that the code had already been used. Then I contacted them again to get a new code. This is when I learned that they keep absolutely NO record of previous chat conversations (which is hilarious as that is the only method of live customer service that they offer--as they do not offer phone service). So I had to recap everything, share photos again, and THANK GOD I copy and pasted my previous chat conversation into a word doc for my own records. I had to recap all thew photos I already sent, people who I talked to, what they had done and the previous code given. Then Jessica (customer service representative) said that they would never have given me a code for more than the amount that I paid--so then I had to prove that Emily (customer service manager) actually did just that. Finally, I was connected to Emily again and they sorted it out. So long story short--this website is ridiculously unorganized and if you have any issues with your order DO NOT expect to spend any less than a couple of hours trying to prove that you did in fact get defective merchandise, that you paid for return shipping even thought the merchandise was defective, and that you may have gotten a code that didnt work---all of which they will not know anything about or have any record of at all. Total waste of time and I will never shop here again.

If I could award a zero rating I would do so. Shockingly bad 'customer service' to the extent that it is non existent. Paid for next day delivery. Item not received. Company response = order and pay for next day delivery again, then pay to return the second item whenever they deem to send it and finally wait 20 working days for a refund. The clue is in the title..Missguided...you would have to be to order from them.

The dress was coming apart at the seams around the neckline, the dress was baggy around the arm pits, and it was also far longer than advertised on the photograph on the Missguided site.

My dress had a big hole in the side when it arrived and my trousers have only half of the waist elasticated, the rest just sags. Awful products. Waste of money.

I have ordered with Missguided many times and I always have troubles. They do not even offer the possibility to call customer service, only to chat with consultants who are like robots and who in no way actually help you. This time I ordered 3 tops and clicked on next day delivery but instead the website redirected it to delivery in 3-5 working days. So I sent an e-mail to customer service asking if they could up me out and change it to next day delivery. So what do they do? They cancel my order. But I never asked them to cancel it? And yet on the chat they are saying it is my fault and that I did ask for the refund. I try to tell them that I never in no such words asked for a refund but I am just ignored and told that they cannot do anything. Appalling customer service, makes me wonder why even bother for all the hassle? Online shopping is meant to be hassle free... Very disappointed

I order big order for £200 and they kept me waiting for 6 days promising every day will send parcel and after 6 days said it was return and I missed it even I was home all day as I was ill and even they courier have order as not existed as they never actually send it and only one adviser confirmed after 3 days that order is still in warehouse. I am really dissapointed of this experience never buy anything online. Also they said I can re-order it but its not longer available in stock so I have to watch out when is back and they can't inform me. they never had dresses in first place but took money and kept me waiting almost for all week when I paid £7 for next day delivery.

Took two weeks and 3 days to receive my order - but they advertise 4-6 day shipping. Yeah right. AND you have to pay to return the package that I have not worn? Never again.

I received expired promo codes from them twice in one week and they would not honor the discount codes sent to me. They advised I had to purchase the items full price, wait 48 hours for them to process the code, then another possible 5-10 days to receive the refund. That's insane and unacceptable. It ultimately sounds like a scam. Please be aware and don't fall for this. I don't know if this is some time of scam they're doing to multiple consumers.

I've received a poorly sewn jumper which would fall apart after wearing it one day, threads loose even after sewing it back 2 times it would still fall apart at both sides of the neck. They told me I could return it and they would send out a new one, I had to pay for the return costs myself (?). The only thing I could get is a discount code worth of the returning costs. I've send it back to them registered and had to email them after I saw they already received it a week ago, they told me they would send a new jumper but after 2 days I got half of the money refunded. They don't want to give me a discount code for the registered return costs I've made even when I've send them a picture of the receipt and the returned package with the stamp on it. Customer service it the worst, you can expect automatic responses and in the middle of a email conversation they will just say ' Sorry we can't find your info, can you send your order number again?'.

Definitely would not recommend to order of misguided site....... I order 2 top I returned them, they told me one was damaged it smelt of perfume, so I would not get a refund and they would return it me I never received the top back.... tried to call!!!!! the line is always busy I've tried to email. So I lost my money... I would never order of misguided again

I ordered a dress for next day delivery to be here a day before my birthday and it got lost in transit. I usually live abroad so now I am left with absolutely nothing to wear on my birthday! If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life!!!! They have the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Sent me a faulty item, twice in a row. And then the third time they sent me the wrong item!!!! Every time I had to phone them I dreaded what they would say as they were so rude and so uncooperative! Don't buy from here, save yourself the hassle!

I placed an order with next day delivery on 28/03/17 expecting delivery on 29/03. The tracking stopped updating once it had stated it was on the way to the courier.. I queried this with Missguided, they said there had been a delay with the courier and it should be with me on 30/03 but to keep checking the tracking for updates. The next day I had a look at tracking in the morning and it had still not been updated, I queried this and they stated the parcel had never been scanned with Hermes and it would take roughly 48 hours for them to find out more. I then took the assumption that meant it would be delivered on 03/04 and they stated this should be the latest date it would be with me. I asked them for an update on the progress with my order midday 30/03 and they advised that the order had reached the courier and its on the way to the driver, I asked if this means I should expect it 31/03 and they replied telling me there had been yet again another delay with the courier, surprise surprise. As you can imagine this is where I started to get very frustrated as my next day delivery had so far taken 3 working days at least and as I needed this for the following Monday 03/04, I was starting to panic. It got to Friday 31/03 and yet again my tracking still hadn't been updated, so I asked if it could be reordered there end for Saturday delivery as I needed this for Monday and the parcel was obviously lost. They declined this and told me they couldn't as the parcel could still reach me and just repeatedly told me to keep looking at tracking and wait a further 24 hours which I could not afford to do as I had previously stated I needed it for the Monday. I cancelled my order with them and demanded a refund, and then placed a brand new order of the same items for Sunday delivery. Bearing in mind, I am now out of pocket for one delivery that I haven't received and have then had to pay out again for a further delivery. Shockingly but not surprisingly.... my parcel ordered for Sunday delivery DID NOT TURN UP. I waited in from 8am-9pm to await the parcel. Funnily enough, late evening after 9pm the tracking updated stating it had been delivered to 'reception'?!?! One, not one person called at my house on Sunday. Two, I live in a 3 bedroom house.. there is no reception. I brought this up with Missguided and they told me to check with my neighbours as it could be with them if I was not in. but I was in so why would the courier deliver to a neighbour and which neighbour?!?! End result is I have to fill out a disclamer form which takes 72 hours to process, I have paid for two deliveries and received neither, my friend has not received her birthday present and Missguided have lost a loyal customer that has spent a fair amount of money with them. Safe to say, I wont be using them again.. I now await my refund for both orders.
