I placed an order for 3 dresses. The sizes were completely wrong. I sent them back. I placed another order and they sent my original order back to me!!!! Now I am out $250 for the first order, and $250 for the second order, and am stuck with the wrong sizes!!! Then I got a bill from fed ex for $49!!! I'm out $650 and they won't return my emails or PM!!! Crooks!!!!

This clothing company is absolutely ridiculous i recieved an item that was very bad in quality and due to the kind of material the top was falling off me far to big so because I didn't send my order back within 14 day yeah 14 days the cannot refund the top or even exchange it for another item and have an absolute cheek to tell me in the email that ill receive my item bak within 7 days what use is it to me so I'm just writeing to warn people if ur revieve your order and don't like put it straight bak in it packaging and go straight to post office there ripping people off with there 14 day policy or don't order atall from them the quality of ther clothes is s###!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Miss Guided and will not be shopping there ever again. The problem primarily lies within their choice of delivery company, not the actual clothing company themselves. I ordered for my parcel to be delivered for the next day, however, I did not receive it. I waited a couple days just in case it were to arrive late. Unfortunately it did not. So I called up the delivery companies' service line, the man on the end of the line declared that neither himself nor the delivery company could do anything about my missing parcel and that I would have to contact Miss Guided instead, or reorder (which I was not going to do seeing as my total came up to over £60+). I have previously had problems with other delivery companies delivering other parcels to a different house in my town, however, the last time this happened the company drove to that house and retrieved my parcel and delivered it to myself straight away. I had to go up to the house in question and ask if they had received my parcel. In which they did, but to my surprise the currier had flung the parcel over their side gate and it had been left there in the damp so when I opened it all the packaging and the invoice was wet inside. The sizing of clothes themselves was not perfect and personally the quality of the clothing is not amazing either. I would not recommend shopping at Miss Guided at all.

Almost all the items I ordered come broken, this shop is awful!! I quality for the price cant be worst. I WILL NOT BUY THERE EVER AGAIN

I am writing to express my annoyance at the shocking experience that is shopping with Missguided. Usually I don't bother with complaining but I cannot believe the continuous bad experience I have had with your organisation that I feel I have no choice. I'm going on holiday on Saturday and last week I ordered some bikinis. I received no confirmation of my order so I was clueless as to whether I would receive anything. I contact customer care and they respond the next day but tell me there's an issue with the system and I need to submit my order again, however I can see the money has actually left my bank account. Then about half an hour later my order arrives?! I'm glad I didn't submit my £80+ order again! Then all my bikinis are too small (size 10). I return them using Doddle (luckily they are easy to use!). Instead of requesting for a new size I just reorder some other bikinis in a larger size (size 12). I request for these to be delivered the next working day (£5). I go through to the checkout and the system thinks I've requested for the £4 option. I go back and have to resubmit my order. I have my order delivered to find that the bikinis are too small again! I am definitely not a size 14 let alone a size 12. Your cut-out swimming costume was too small around the waist and massive around the back. Apart from a man who had a large back and tiny waist?! Subsequently I return all of the bikinis again. Stupidly I decide to order some sandals with Missguided. I request for them to be delivered to my work address, I go through to PayPal and the information doesn't push through so my delivery address shows as my billing address and I only realise this after I've paid for the sandals. Hoping it'll will be ok and deliver to one or the other (hopeful) I then received an email from you yesterday saying my delivery address isn't clear and to contact DX at 7p a minute to speak with them. You are the one reason I do not shop on the Internet. Not only are your sizes extremely unrealistic and inaccurate but your website doesn't work and cannot even deliver my order to me! And I am still waiting for my sandals which I paid for next day delivery for. Altogether £160 has left my bank account for you and I have had absolutely nothing back. After delivery charges and phone calls to you, as well as time wasted emailing you, shopping on your website and waiting around for nothing I can actually use to turn up I can safely say I will not be shopping with you again, and I will advise others to follow.

Missguided clothing is super good quality and the sizes were perfect fitting for me ! i see there has been alot of negative reviews but i have only experienced the good! They had good service! Sent me the tracking number and kept me updated with shipping right away! When the order came everything was all the right sizes and exactly what i ordered all packaged NEATLY in a plastic wrap around! Id definately be ordering from them again !

Same issues as everyone else, I ordered some dresses for next day delivery and they haven't turned up 3 days later. Neither they nor the delivery company could tell me when my package would arrive. USELESS service. Never again.

Ive ordered several times from Missguided.co.uk and to be very honest, I keep ordering because the clothes are great quality and very trendy HOWEVER I am at ends with this company and their customer service representatives. They are not well informed, VERY incompetent and tardy in their responses. I am BEYOND frustrated with this company. Even with UK orders they mess up and send wrong items and repeat packages. When it comes to international orders, their courier service DPD is HORRIBLE and despite leaving SEVERAL contact numbers, NO ONE has contacted me. As a result my package was send back to Missguided and I have asked to have the same package shipped to a UK address, til now i am still uncertain what the answer is. NO ONE seems to know anything. I HATE MISSGUIDED.CO.UK! I HATE MISSGUIDED.CO.UK! I HATE MISSGUIDED.CO.UK! I HATE MISSGUIDED.CO.UK!

Missguided is the worse clothing company to work with. I order 2 dresses and a purse totaling at $166 on Sept 4th (sometime in the A.M). I request expedited shipping due to the following week ( week of the 13th) I would be going out of town and would be out of town for 3 weeks (keep in mind return policy is 14 days). As I am waiting for tracking information I decided let me go through the actual site because I had not received an email with tracking information. I went to the site and SAW THERE that my items were on hold due to the company needing to verify my billing address. I had to do this once before so I just sent what I sent before a picture of my drivers license and front of a bank statement showing my address. They advise that was not good enough (this make no sense because clearly my card would not go through if the information i sent to you was not correct). I am sending pictures of my personal information to someone I do not know. They then told me that the letter needed to be open (why?! so you can see how much I have in my account). I open the letter and that was not good enough because it was not recent (bank statement is not something you just have laying around). I advise that this is something that I should not have to do AND I had no recent. I still have not received a response. I requested a refund but I am just waiting. I would say NEVER EVER use there site go to Asos they sell the clothes there IF you have to have that item.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Missguided. I placed an order on 5th August 2015 (purchased 6 different items totalling to approx. NZD $180) and 20 days later I still hadn't received my parcel. I tried using the tracking number I was given but the website failed to load my results and so I was unable to keep track of my parcel and find it's whereabouts. I contacted customer service and told them this, was given no proper explanation or apology as to why the website wasn't working and not displaying the results it should have been! A few days later my parcel still hadn't arrived so I contacted customer service AGAIN and enquired about my order, I was told it was still in transit (20 days in transit, really?!) but could expect to receive it the following Tuesday. Of course it still didn't show up so I contacted them AGAIN (third time for just one order) and informed them that it still hadn't arrived, I was then told my entire order had gotten LOST and they had no idea where it was! I was told my order would be re-dispatched and I would have to wait at least another 10 working days for it to be processed and sent out again. I was patient enough to wait for this but in the mean time received an email with my order details. Only 2 out of 6 items were included in the order! I found this very strange as my original order had 6 purchases, all for different things, and enquired AGAIN (fourth time) as to why the email only showed 2 items. They said the rest had gone OUT OF STOCK and they could only send what was still available!! So basically I'm only going to receive 2 out of 6 things that I ordered and paid good money for (a very small portion of my purchases). I was given no other compensation other than a refund for the unavailable stock, although I expected some sort of coupon for my next purchase with them or a $10 voucher - anything really! They also didn't seem to take this seriously as I was given no real apology for any of the mistakes made on their behalf or the fact that I was kept in the dark about my own purchases. I say this because I actually had to spent a lot of my time enquiring about it and was then told what had gone wrong - they didn't have the respect or courtesy to email me and let me know! It seems extremely slack service that they don't even bother to let customers know that their order has gone missing and won't ever arrive, also that their ordered stock is now unavailable and won't be in the parcel. The only reason I knew these things had happened is because I contacted THEM and ASKED...otherwise I doubt I would have ever been told! I'm very annoyed and angry that the rest of my orders went out of stock, it's no wonder considering a full month has passed since I placed my original order. So while I was waiting for my order to arrive, it was actually lost somewhere between UK and New Zealand and the rest of their stock was quickly running out! I had no idea this was even happening until now, when it's too late! To make matters worse, I really really wanted everything in my order and was so looking forward to receiving it, now I will never get them because there's none left. I do like the clothes on Missguided but I must say they are overpriced for what they are, nothing that special and pretty simple styles and fabrics. Also I'm not sure I could handle another mistake made with my orders in the future, this experience has put me off Missguided for at least the next little while.

Has anybody else returned something to missguided & they deducted an adjustment fee with no explanation what for??? Absolutely shocking - sent two parcels back, they've deducted 2.50 for return delivery & a further £25.66!! Asked what this was for & got told 'sorry you've been overcharged on your adjustment fee, will re credit £12.86' is this a joke??

I received the a wrong top. I requested for the correct item to be shipped, and to send return labels so I could mail back the incorrect item. In the first e-mail that I received, they did not address any of the concerns I had. It was automated and all the information that was available was that I could receive a full refund if I mailed back the item with my own money. I sent a response stating why I was paying additionally and how I could receive the correct item. They basically claimed they could not do anything to help me with postage and would only amend their mistake if I sent back their item. Practically giving me no option other than to pay postage and receive store credit on the money sent to get my order corrected. That's just unacceptable. I understand if it was my fault or I had wanted an exchange due to something being incorrect on my end but holding the buyer responsible for their company mistakes is horrible conduct. Plus receiving an automated response to your e-mail inquiries when the customer is addressing issues they have with their order is horrible customer service. I would not recommend shopping with them. Even if the items are decent upon arrival, any type of issues you have with them will be glazed over and it will not be resolved fairly. I have sent my dispute to PayPal. Know your rights as a consumer and do NOT let companies like this take your money.

This is my first time ordering from this company and will surely be my last. I bought 10 items expressed shipped for a vaca I was going on. First they messed up my invoice sent to customs so it delayed my shipment by a day, ok no big deal. The quality of clothes was decent. I just had issues with sizing on 3 items, so they needed to be returned. The company states that the customer has to pay for returns. I go to fedex and they tell me just to ship back 3 items it amounted to $150. I contact the company to let them know that I'm not paying that that's absolutely ridiculous. Their response was to pay it and they will refund me, that's it. No that's unacceptable. Why would you tell someone to pay that ! Instead they should have said they will send me a paid return postage. But after emailing constantly with no response I'm pretty fed up! They purposely only give you an email address as their only means of communication for a reason because they are very unprofessional. They don't want to deal with issues head on! Then today I get an invoice from Fedex saying I owe $50 for customs and duty fees. My thing is I see that it was stated in their shipping policy after the fact but why wouldn't you let the customer know as a courtesy once they complete checkout that they have to pay that if their order is more than $200. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN OVERSEAS COMPANY EVER!

Bad. Ordered a dress on a Thursday at around 18:00/19:00 and opted for next day delivery as it was my birthday the next day and I was still in the time frame for eligibility for next day delivery - so I paid £5.00 extra. Waited at home the next day up until about 17:00 when there was still no sign of the dress - I had an email the day before saying it had been dispatched so I was patiently waiting. until I got another email about 18:00 saying the dress will be delivered on the Saturday the day after! I was fuming I had to go out in the rain to go and get a last minute dress! No apologies or explanation as to why it was late - I contacted them to get a refund and was told I would be deducted money from my refund as it needed to cover postage cost to send it back! outraged! first and last time I will be using Missguided !! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered from Miss Guided on 28th July 2015. I purchased three items and selected next day delivery as in a few days I was going on holiday. I purchased these items (bikinis) in hope to take them on holiday with me. My package never showed up within the time I had left before going on holiday. I contacted Customer Help and all they could offer me was a 10% discount off my next purchase, which is not helpful to me at all as I get that anyway with Unidays. I then went on holiday and hoped when I came back that I would have received my packaged from Miss Guided, however I didn't. I contacted Customer Help again and they advised me to fill out a disclaimer form which I did and I asked if they would be able to re dispatch my items, as I still wanted them. I was informed that they would be dispatched via next day delivery. However two days later I emailed again to see the status of my package and they told me sorry, the person didn't dispatch the items and did it today, Saturday 15th August. I then received an order confirmation and only TWO items were listed when I had ordered and PAID for THREE. I emailed several times asking the Customer Help team why there were only two listed and I still haven't got a response. I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM MISS GUIDED AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Can not believe the service of missguided. I ordered 2 tops and a pair of shorts 2 weeks ago. For one they forgot the top out of my delivery, and two they sent me the wrong shorts. It is a pain getting in touch with the service who take 24 hours to reply when some times it is an emegergency (I needed the shorts for my holiday). So I send the shorts back to be exchanged and a week later I receive a new package WITH THE WRONG SHORTS AGAIN! Such bad service, they are meant to be a worldwide fashion store but they are clearly not well organised enough to get people's deliveries right.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I understand we are all human and make mistakes but this was next level. I bought three items with express shipping a couple months ago and am still dealing with it. First they sent me my package weeks after the scheduled date I paid for, I didn't mind I was just excited to receive my items. I paid full duties and taxes for these items only to open up the package and realize inside was only one of my items. I searched everywhere for contact information to realize they had none besides an email in which the response time was days to no response at all. Eventually they apologized and said they would express shipping the rest. When I received the second package (also weeks later) again there was only one item. Mad and confused I continued emailing... They apologized and offered me %10 off next order.... Finally about a month later I received a notice saying if I wanted my item I would have to come to the fed ex main office (30 minutes away from my home) and pay $40 to receive my item. Furious I sent an email saying I just simply wanted my money back and they could keep the last item. They never responded. I kept emailing and finally they said that if I wanted a refund that would be fine... But I would have to pay the duties and taxes to return it to their UK office. All the duties and taxes got charged to my card (over $100) and I still never received a refund for my last item or an apology from them. I would never take the time to complain or put negativity out there but I just am hoping no one else ever has to deal with what this company has put me through.
