Do not purchase anything from this company. It states in the website that you will be paying £13.50 a month each month. This is very misleading as you actually have to pay £30 every month, then claim the money back at 6,9,12,15,18 months. So you aren't paying £13.50 a month. If you have a query you are unable to get through just on hold all the time, and even the online chat wasn't working or in a queueing system and doesn't move you closer to talking to anyone. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Placed an order on Friday recieved email saying to contact the network 3 which I did credit check went through was told to email back with response. Trying to get through to mobile phones direct no one seems to pick up called 4 times waiting 20 min on the line with no luck. I am currently on the phone still waiting I have been on the line for the past 40 min. Very disappointed.

Blatant mis-selling their Nest Day Delivery. No sense of customer care. Completely sham system in place. Ordered two contracts on Black Friday Weekend. One for wife in her name and one for sister in my name. Cancelled wife's order without any explanation. None. My order referred to 3mobile second day, spoke to them and cleared it all same day and placed another order for my wife in my name this time. After ID being cleared by 3mobile and waiting 2 days, they want my ID and proof of address. Sent that in for both orders. Got an email this morning saying one order is cancelled. "for our and (most important) your security, we cannot provide additonal information and our decision in this case is final." How is that for our security. I have spent in excess of 4 hours on hold last week to sort this out. Their webchat is always queued up. I have checked every half an hour all day on wednesday and thursday last week and throughout the weekend to track my items. No news still on the second handset fyi. They think they can do anything they like, cancel orders, delay them, and than just advertise next day delivery. Their staff went so far as to tell me last week that all our orders go out the next day, it is only yours that has had issues.

As slot of other customers have stated. A total con relating to cashback offers. It would be helpful if they sent you a reminder to claim. I have missed 3 lots. Nearly £90 down the drain.

They canceled my order after 1 day of waiting with no updates at at all. I think they run out of phones or something, but they don't seem legit anymore. They won't tell you why, useless. see below message from them: "We understand this is not the outcome you were expecting however, please be assured we would not make the decision without careful and thorough consideration. Our call centre staff do not have any additional information and will not be able to assist you with any questions related to this order."

awful service!!! you cannot qualify for a phone and they dont tell you why?? is it credit score? is it because they dont want to give you the phone? you call the customer service and hold for over a hour.... to be told they cannot help what so ever, very rude and unhelpful! they left me waiting 2 days thinking i am expecting a phone to then tell you over 48 hours that your order has been declined

Took out a contract 12 months ago, with cashback the actual direct debit price isn't clear, the website shows what you will be paying after cashback, but cashback isn't automatically applied to make it that price, with my 24 month contract you claim it back at 6,9,12,15&18 months via there website with your order number and proof of paid bill, the first cashback I claimed was accepted and paid within days, the second cashback took i little longer and was paid to my account just within the 14 days after being accepted now onto the 12 month cashback claim and im at 14 days and I have yet to receive this at all, after abit of investigating alot of other people havnt received there's either, i pay £54 a month for a iPhone 6, the contract I took out in my opinion without the cashback was well over priced which I am now stuck paying and no sign of any cashback to add towards the amount due to be paid! Which in turn means I am financially effected, if id have thought the company wouldn't pay the owed monies I wouldn't have taken out the contract at all!

Absolute con artists! Sold me a 2 year contract £60 per month on the latest iPhone with unlimited data- shame it’s a DATA LITE plan with Vodafone who told me that’s a type of data plan they created for children! Sales person totally omitted that information when I purchased over the phone. Spent 4 weeks battling with them, told “supervisors don’t get in the phone” when I went to query this after and told there’s no policy for mis-selling the contracts ! No real complaints procedure but I was given an email address - seeing as no one returned my calls I won’t hold my breath. Told their customer services I would complain to trading standards and ofcom- they weren’t bothered and said they were ok with that. Customer service staff even told me they thought my contract and data speed was a joke! Absolutely shocking service ! Con artists ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!! They’ll trick you, take your money then they don’t wanna know. Such a waste of my time and money, this isn’t the last they’ll be hearing from me. WHAT A CON.

ORDERED A NEW MOBILE FROM MOBILEPHONES DIRECT AFTER LOOKING ON WEBSITE AND ADVERTISED AT A GOOD RATE. THEY DO NOT SAY THAT THIS IS AFTER A CASHBACK DISCOUNT WHICH YOU HAVE TO CLAIM AT SET PERIODS OF THE YEAR . COMPLETE CON AND WASTE OF TIME. I HAVE CANCELLED MY ONLINE REQUEST TI FIND THAT O2 WILL STILL CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE.

Very happy with this company. I have used the cash back on three different phones. So long as you remember to claim on time then they pay lightening quick. Very easy to do, just complete the claim online, no need to send copies of bills by post. I always claim the day I get the bill to that there is plenty of time to send the right bill if I mess up. They respond immediately whether the claim is correct or wrong. You get paid within 14 days. All works well, but you must diarise to remind yourself when to claim.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! After numerous attempts/phone calls I haven’t received a single penny of the £300 cashback i was supposed too! I’m livid! They couldn’t care less YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

DO NOT USE THEM - Not trustworthy or forthcoming about their deals. I recently ordered a refurbed phone through their site. Received the phone and it didn’t have any headphones or a legitimate Apple charger (apparently when you get a refurbed phone you don’t get accessories with it) which I found weird so I returned the device within 4 days of receiving it, I never opened the SIM card or even got past the introductory screen on the iPhone 8. But I still got charged the full month’s bill within a few days of returning the phone. How is that even possible? So I informed my bank and they cancelled the transaction. I’ve just found out today from Vodaphone that I owe them money because mobile phones direct returned the phone to Vodaphone almost 3 weeks after I initially returned the phone to mobile phones direct. I’ve just gotten off the phone with a staff at mobilephonesdirect and the conclusion is that I have to pay the money myself and they are willing to refund some of the money to me once I’ve paid vodaphone. The manager refused to speak to me (surprise!). Just a twisted and untrustworthy company. Best advice would be to get your phones directly from the companies Apple, EE, etc and not third parties like mobile phones direct.

Honestly, this website is very sneaky. Their cashback scheme is designed to fail for the customer, as you have to claim it yourself, there is no reminder to claim, and you have a limited time to claim. This would even be fine, but it is very hidden in T&C's and small prints, which basically encourages you to forget. The phone deals are very low, but there are also hidden T&C's. If you see a deal with the same allowance, same network, but cheaper, there's almost always an underlying trick somewhere (e.g. capped internet speeds, no european roaming). This website could be so much better, and I really like their deals, but their lack of transparency makes it hard to trust them for 2 years! I did order a Samsung Galaxy S8 2 years ago, and it was okay. At first they sent me a dodgy phone (volume rocker falling out) but it was replaced by a new one. I've now ordered the new iPhone 11 Pro Max, which was supposed to come today (20th Sept) but I am yet to receive tracking details. Deals and stuff are great, but the customer service, sneakyness and lack of transparency is terrible. I don't write reviews, but this company kinda sucks.

Do not order a phone from here FLASE ADVERTISEMENT phone was advertised at 30g per month when phone arrived it only come with 15g had to send the phone back as they would not change it.

This cashback scheme is the biggest scam scheme I've seen in my life, imagine still being in a contract with them and they won't honour the cashback because it was more than 60 days after the 6/9 month Why can't you just do 12 months and 24th? Legit a scam don't not take out contact with them. I just don't understand why you should have to claim back the money yourself. Looks as though you want customers to forget to claim. Why not just pay out the money! I forgot to claim back on time 3 times, claimed 4th and they are refusing last one ignoring my emails. Avoid this scammers

I was told on phone to claim by end of August for my first bill generated. First I was told to submit June bill by end of August for myself and my wife. I just did on 2nd August and both were rejected. Called customer service again and been on hold for last 25 minutes! Never again. Beware of Cashback scams they run and do not trust what they advice on phone. If it helps your call quality team, I was told: my first claim should be for the bill of June and that gave me 2 months i.e. till end of August to submit my claim. I only found out when I tried to make a claim that it should be May bill, not June bill. I haven't heard anything back yet so am not sure who is going to get in touch and when.
