We arranged via Hermes to collect a parcel we had bought. Sent the bar code to our supplier. No pick up, but no text, no phone call, and no email from Hermes. Only when our supplier told us that the pick up hadn’t happened, and we went onto the Hermes app to track the parcel did we find out that they couldn’t find the address. Terrible customer service and communication!

Bohoo change your courier. Paid next day delivery as I was going travel guess what never got it. Just a email saying 24h or 48h What's the point of paying a fiver if you don't get your goods next day.

Pay for next day delivery never for the past few weeks have I got it next day. Amazon Boohoo I saw it first You need to change your carrier because what you promise isn't being being accomplished by them. Even got messages by them saying they tried to deliver at 12.30 am!! Just point out that they are normally spot on but I seems they've got worse over these few weeks. Don't understand why.

Absolutely appalling service. Would never use them again. Parcel was sent to an overseas address. Although it was correctly addressed it was returned to me four months later as unable to deliver. Sent many emails to Customer Services but never received a satisfactory response. Reported them to Trading Standards.

I paid for next day delivery. Hermes delivered on the fourth day. Their reason for the delay was, on first and second day they had attempted delivery but could not. I was at home all 4 days, no calling card was left. Third day no word at all. Unable to telephone unless I used a connecting firm for £6 plus own phone charges. Had to get in touch with my purchasing company. Within 6 hours of them checking, Hermes delivered , although package was damaged, and contents were all but falling out. They are a rubbish firm, not reliable and almost impossible to speak to a human being.

Absolutely awful. I'd have been quicker walking to England, collecting my parcel by hand and walking back to Scotland with it. A farce of a delivery service. I will not be ordering from anywhere that uses Hermes in the future.

I could not print my label and am now so glad I couldn't. Got an email abut my complaint requiring a screen shot of my payment- how is that going to happen? I may have lost £3.80 (which I will try and get via ChargeBack on my credit card) but at least I have not lost my precious slides which will now go by recorded Royal Mail delivery even if it costs twice as much. never using Hermes again, for sure.

I still have no parcel, time slot 2-4pm my daughter was in. I did redirect this parcel to my outbuilding (cellar) but driver didn’t get update even though received email confirming update at 12pm. Still have no idea when I’m receiving g parcel and Paid for next day delivery.

Worst company ever Had a parcel arriving in depot and refused by curier and returned back to seller without any notice. Had another parcel that didn’t arrive at all. No excuse for this. Don’t use them if you want to avoid disappointment!

They are an absolute joke, three lost consignments after total confusion. The last consignment has so many lies regarding delivery, it’s too long to publish. Why are they allowed to do business’s? They promise a quick cheep delivery, but in truth it’s failure after failure. Let’s do every one a favour and shut these idiots down.

I have received 8 emails from Hermes in the last week giving 2 tracking numbers. They claim both have been delivered. One has not. Customer services is just a recorded message. Web chat is not working. I received an email at 7a.m. to say a parcel had been delivered. I checked at 7.15 and it had not. I had another mail at 10.45 claiming a delivery. I was at home at the time and nothing was received. I hope no-one else is as fed up as I am with them

Worse than useless. They lost a parcel of mine but claimed it was delivered (I was at home when this was allegedly delivered and handed to me in person!). It has left me out of pocket and I now refuse to deal with any company that uses this bunch of thieves. I also when looking to make a purchase I make a point of checking and contacting any companies that use this useless outfit that I will not be using them for this reason. Avoid them like the plague.

Disgusting customer service Disgusting customer service, I have never been so frustrated in my entire life. They are a ridiculous company. Hermes doesn't have a customer services manned by humans (fair enough), but what happens when Holly their digital assistant can not help? The answer is frustration on a level that is incalculable. I sent a parcel on the 19th of August as of the 28th of August my parcel still hasn't been delivered to the Amazon Fulfilment centre. Holly can only help me with sending, receiving or tracking and nothing more, call their number 0330 808 5456 you get the same as Holly, try and track the parcel it says the parcel is at their Hub. Mind you this has been going on now since the 21st of August (it was meant to be next day delivery) today the 28th of August I called gave my tracking and I was told to contact their International hub that my parcel is with them. I was delighted at least some progress, my elation was premature after well over an hour chatting to a customer service rep (yes they exist at hermes, but only at Hermes International and cannot help with Hermes UK) I was told that they do not have my parcel infact they can't even see it on their systems, I was repeatedly told to go back to myhermes.co.uk. Go back to Holly they said, call 0330 808 5456 they said (I've been chatting to Holly and calling for 9 days, I have followed every link called every number and 9 days later I am still no closer to knowing what is happening to or has happened to my parcel. Finally what takes the biscuit is I cannot make a complaint, go to their website and follow their complaints link you will see what I mean Hint: It sends you right back to Holly.

Reading everyone else’s review breaks my heart as I know I’m in the same boat as them, I absolutely refuse to buy anything off eBay now from sellers who use Hermes. I was a courier for 15 years and this is not the way to run a courier company, my 1st parcel was lost, the driver actually tried to post the envelope with NOTHING in it, now I’m still waiting for my replacement and this Mickey Mouse courier company have had my parcel “In Transit” for the last 9 days! Hermes is a joke! God knows when I’m getting my parcel as I don’t, obviously the managers don’t care about their numbers and figures. I’m surprised this lot are still in business.

Constantly changing delivery times, then saying you have "tried to deliever" when yous have clearly not. Waiting in all day on deliverys to be told the driver will make a second attempt, The first attempt never even happened.

Huge Thank you to Hermes staff for continually giving absolutely top service. I have received many parcels over the past several months following a variety of on-line shopping searches all of which have been delivered by Hermes...each one delivered promptly, securely and in perfect condition by a smiling, polite Hermes delivery person plus delivery taken place as informed. THANK YOU HERMES ftom a grateful customer.

Useless. A terrible company, how are they still in business! They do not care about your parcel, they destroyed one to which I sued and won, another is currently in Scotland and another Hermes actually changed the delivery address so it ended up at the wrong address. They are slow, make excuses for not delivering, you cant talk to anyone, which isnt surprising as their call centre would be nothing but complaints, instead you get Holly which is like talking to a brick wall, you may as well give your parcel to the cat, more chance of it getting there. DON'T use Hermes!!

Terrible company no customer service to talk to.booked a 2-3 service through packlink day 4 still not collected I was advised to tell the customer there would be a delay. Unbelievable please don’t use
